So I have started a thing to motivate me (kinda)
I have a jar next to my bedroom door and everytime I have a good health day, I put a tiny piece of origami in it
My friend (@ask-and-i-answer ) wanted to do something similar so we came up with a mug and money system. The bigger the coin, the bigger the pain she had that day.
For example: a quarter would mean that she was having extremely bad pain and a dime means very little pain.
There was a dude who looked like Elon Musk in the ER.
I want to see uncanny valley for homes. And I don't mean a bloody handprint or a leg sticking out from under the couch. I want a fireplace that is a hint too small or one too many lamps.
Living with chronic illness means learning to use your left foot to drive (while on a busy road alone in the car) because your right leg became extremely painful to move.
I freaking love this 😂
PREACH
💀 Someone just told me "exercise shouldn't hurt at all, if it does, you're doing it wrong" because I said I was resting because everything hurt like hell after exercising a little the other day and I literally laughed in their face. Like I'm sorry, but I have a chronic pain disorder, everything hurts, all the time. If pain means I'm doing something wrong, I've been doing everything wrong for years.
But please enlighten me more about how my body should feel doing exercise, when you're a random able-bodied fucker who I never asked for advice from in the first place.
This was the sign at my dog training facility...
"These hands may be broken, but they can still be thrown."
