i dont really have one, but i try and hit 10,000 steps each day, plus i do quite a few sport clubs at school
what? an eating disorder?! i say as i retreat slowly, dropping my protein bars and laxatives 😊

my parents dont know im actively trying to lose weight, but they have noticed ive lost weight recently and my mum says i look slimmer which im taking as a win

i just weighed myself after like a week im 50.1kg im so close to reaching the 40s but i have some intense training tmrw and im going to skip lunch

ive always wanted to lose weight, and i got really depressed for my first few years of secondary school and got really chubby and i think thats when i properly started skipping meals and exercising more
