NOTES. this is actually from a request from @rinkahayamisupremacy thank you for the request and i hope you’ll like it :)) the angst is not that much visible so this is mostly comfort or flirting. i might post this late tonight because i’m outside for most of today. i hope you’ll enjoy reading! i made this as general as possible so that it would be more convenient for everyone. i hope you don’t mind!

When ALBEDO first saw you, he knew immediately that you were intoxicated. You’ve been like this recently and the truth was? He’s probably one of the reasons why. At least, in his conclusion. He’d been noticing that you get like this whenever he would be out for most of the days and despite already knowing you would, it’s not like it’s something he could control. Nor did he think he could control you for your actions since he, at the very least, was responsible for such actions of yours.

Already knowing you were at Angel’s Share, his feet drag him to the pub even though he had been journeying for almost a day from Dragonspine. Diluc, who was on the counter as you and Kaeya were laughing at something together, sends him a look. He just knows that the other was judging him for not taking care of you but it’s not like it’s the alchemist’s responsibility to please the man as well. He’s there for you and you alone.

“Darling? Let’s go home, shall we?” he smiles softly at you, and for some reason, his chest crumpled upon seeing your face lit up all of a sudden at the sight of him.

“Bedo!~ You’re finally here! You missed me, didn’t you? Didn’t you?~” you wrapped your arms around his neck and if he didn’t know the reason why you were drinking at that moment, he would have been flustered at your actions. Instead, though, he keeps up his smile as he says,

“Of course I did, how about we get out of here first, don’t you think?”

By the time you both came home, he already prepared your needs for tomorrow morning, knowing how difficult it will be after a night of drinking. He’s a very patient and knowledgeable man, he just hopes that he could think of a solution to not be away from you for you to drink like this again.

CHILDE has this saddened look on his eyes the moment he saw you—a look he rarely shows in front of others, but upon seeing you like this, it was difficult not to show his true self upon the light.

“Childe?! Baby is that you?!” you say up from your seat and leaps onto him, arms and legs wrapped on his frame. He also wraps his arms around you and lets you cling unto him, even if there may be eyes everywhere, actually. He buries his head by your neck and he could immediately smell the scent of alcohol on you, but it doesn’t matter.

“Yes it’d me baby, why are you drinking here? You should have invoted me, y’know?”

He’s quite protective so he’ll want to be there when you’re having drinking sessions. And if you’re flirty with him, he does the same and would actually be glad that you could still recognize him despite your state.

Unliek popular belief, he may not drink whenever you’re drinking—depends if you force him to, but he won’t drink too much so he could take you both home.

DILUC frowns upon seeing you down another glass, “You’ve almost finished the whole bottle, Y/n…” he frowns visibly, shoulders slumped. He’s terribly concerned not only about your emotions but more so your health. He, above everyone else, knows the consequences of drinking too much alcohol and he most likely will not tolerate you if you ask for one more bottle.

“Oh come on, darling, don’t you love me anymore?” you pouted, even so far as taking a hold of his arms and wrapping your own around them. Apparently, this is one of your tactics to get him to give in to you, but along with the embarrassment of being seen like this and his concern for you, he still doesn’t let in of course.

“This is for the best, my love,” he says softly, maybe for others not to hear or as a sign for him to remain calm despite the circumstances. He’s pretty soft though, he’ll be one of those who’ll be very gentle with you and he has lots of patience, as he had seen many drunks already in all of his life.

GOROU has been busy these days but he already knew you were drinking these past few nights since he can smell it from you whenever he snuggles on your body when he comes home. He confronts you about it even if it was the first time but you still smelled like you drank alcohol the next few days.

“Honey?” he stays that night, not slipping out of the bed during the morning to attend to his job in his worry for you. After all, he already told the others that he may not be able to since he wanted to see why you get drunk at night.

He may be one of those who will know that you have a problem deep inside and he’ll do whatever it takes for him to be able to help you as much as he can.

When you’re in your drunk state, he will be flustered when you try to make a move on him that he finds it hard to talk to you, thus he gives up and just merely awaits for you to be sober in the morning.

He’s actually one of the most compassionate of all, so he knows how to take care of you all throughout the night.

KAEYA is with you when you drink, obviously. Actually, don’t be surprised if he’s the one who asked you to drink it all away.

He flirts with you, all the same, it actually amuses him how you could keep up even with your current state.

He’s absolutely good at wagering with you. You wouldn’t know he was trying to get you to stop drinking and come home early because he was sly about it. “How about this? The first one to get the other flustered will win the bet.”

Of course, he wins in the end because he’s obviously not intoxicated and will be able to control his feelings in an instant, not unlike you who had a couple of drinks already--he’ll actually pretend that he’s drinking but he only does a couple of sips and that’s it.

KAZUHA is fond of ale, of course, he and the rest of the crew were. But when they realized that you were drinking more than you possibly could or should, he tries to stop you modestly. He may actually flirt with you once you start to, calling him “Hey pretty boy,” but the moment he does the same, you will suddenly jerk, as if you remembered something.

“Wait, I have a boyfriend… I’m sorry if I lead you on,”

He chuckles at your claims and will act and say that he is just a mere stranger, willing to help you for the night. It’s amusing that you couldn’t recognize him but still recall your relationship with him all at the same time. However, he is still there to take care of you and make sure that you won’t be having too much for your health.

SCARAMOUCHE scoffs but it was visible in his eyes that you were going through something—not that he knows about it or he should pry on it. Your business is yours alone, but he sure do care about your health—I mean… he cares about how you’d act in front of others! Yeah! His subordinates knows that you’re his significant other so of course you should act properly, at the very least… yes, that’s it.

“Hey… let’s get you back home, you look pathetic,” he insults, but apparently that was not enough to tick you off for you made a comeback at him.

“You’re just trying to get me to your tent, I know you, Scara… why? Too excited for tonight?” you joked, even having the guts of winking right at him, obviously trying to embarrass him in front of his subordinates and still quite stubborn to get away from your drink.

“Tsk, if that’s what you think…” he suddenly hoists you up on your feet and drags you with him, not minding if you were stumbling because he could not care less, “then alright, it seems you’re looking for a punishment, after all,”

He smirks when you instantly turn silent on your way back to his tent. He was just trying to actually get you out of there to prevent further embarrassment, don’t worry.

THOMA finds you in one of the pubs of Inazuma City. He frowns upon the sight and was already by your side, bargaining for you to come home with him. He will try absolutely anything.

“Y/n, how about a drinking challenge? If I win, I’d get to take you home early, yeah?”

“Whattt? But I am engaged! See? I won’t go home with you!” you show off the ring that he himself gave you when he proposed to you. THOMA’s chest swells in pride and softness at your actions but he came there to get you, and after that stunt of yours, he’ll do absolutely anything to win against you.

“But babe… this is me! Oh, never mind. Alright, if I win, I’ll take you to your fiance so that he could take care of you, deal?”

Now it is no surprise that VENTI comes by Angel’s Share every once in a while especially after he had you—meaning, he didn’t go every night just like before. Imagine his shock when he sees you drowning on bottles without stop one night to the point that Diluc was actually the one who called for him to go and pick you up—and the redhead is now sending him a look as if saying he should pay your tab now that he came for you.

The bard merely chuckles to the man behind the counter as he then approaches you, “So this is where you’ve been, windblume!”

Above most, he may have a lot of difficulties convincing you to come back home because not only were you trying to flirt with him but he’s also usually the one who’s in your position before this very moment. It’s new to him.

“Venti, baby, now I understand why you always drink alcohol!”

In the end, he’ll be successful though. He can also carry you back home because obviously, he can use his Anemo abilities—ehem, Barbatos, a little help please?—to do so.

He’s also having a difficult time when he gets home because he’s still getting flustered by your flirtiness with him, but he can actually deflect them back… at times. He didn’t know you’re like this when you’re drunk, he can’t say he’s not amused, but he definitely would want to know why you’re drinking these past few days.

“XIAO~” you called onto him and of course, he came instantly. He was still guarded, but with the way your voice sounded, he was prepared to discard his spear and see your drunk form. You’re like this every once in awhile but he’s still not used to your character.

Actually, he’s probably the only one who doesn’t have a single clue how to take care of you, especially if you’re flirty with him.

“Baby… why so far? Come’re sit with me, yeah?” you tap on the space beside you and he actually obeys you, but he’s stiff the entire time. He knows about intoxicated humans but of course, as someone who never had an actual social life, it’s impossible for him to handle you on his own. He may even ask others how to do so but he’s usually hesitant, not wanting them to know about the situation.

If you do open up to him about your problems, he actually had no idea that you were having such, although the next time you do the same, he’ll actually be more relaxed and lets you indulge in alcohol unless you already had too much.

“Darling, I think you’ve had enough of this alcohol, hm?” ZHONGLI calmly says as he smiles at you and makes eye contact, all the while trying to slowly take away the third bottle that you were trying to finish. He had been there the entire time and he can’t say it’s pleasing to his eyes for you to drown yourself in alcohol, he knows someone like that, but he couldn’t blame you as well. If it is already a part of you, he won’t try to reprimand you, unless it is very detrimental to your health. He will listen to your rants as you drink alcohol and will only give you advice in the morning when you’re sober. For now, he has to take care of you and for him to lend his ears for you as you do the same to him any other day. It’s endearing, actually, how he could sense the truthfulness in your emotions whilst you’re intoxicated. After all, he’s not a mortal and these are things that humans do when they have problems most of the time, it seems.

If you try to make moves on him, it’s alluring for him and he chuckles wholeheartedly at each of them, yet nothing can ever make this man flustered… unless you’re really bold in your drunk flirting statements. No matter how hard you try, this man is a rock--no pun intended.

“Stay here on the bed for a while, let me brew you some tea for tomorrow,” he says, but when you follow him on the kitchen and hug him from behind while he does what he has to do, he won’t reprimand you and it’ll actually make him break a smile and reward you with a soft kiss on the forehead afterward.

“Thank you for waiting for me, dearest.”

ZHONGLI will take the matter innocently that you may be the only one who realized that you have only said it accidentally and only realized how wrong it sounded with the way you said it.

“Why do you look so flustered, Y/n?” he’ll inquire out of curiosity, eyes peering over yours, as if investigating something that’s of utter importance.

“It’s nothing,” you say, “just—I realized how wrong my words actually sounded.”

“Hm?” he hums, “How is it wrong?”

Biting your lip, you could only chuckle awkwardly as you explained it to your best friend, who remained as calm as you expected him to be. And even after you’ve finished elaborating your statement, he could only huff out a small laugh, suddenly raising a hand to gently brush over the back of your head. “So adorable, you are. You know there’s no need to get embarrassed over these.”

Feeling your face warm up again, you cried, “How should I not, Li?! Not everyone can be calm like you!”

THEMES. mostly fluff, very very slight angst. mild suggestive (special mention to kaeya and gorou) but nothing too much. established relationship.

WARNINGS. jealousy and possessiveness. language for scaramouche’s. also, just a side note that i am not a prankster irl and i do not recommend doing pranks on your s/o 24/7 (unless you do these to each other just for fun lmao) pls this is purely just for entertainment and to indulge on our 2d men<3

ALBEDO has sharp eyes and is naturally very observant. The moment he sees it, he has a feeling that something about it looks oddly familiar. “Is that… a love bite?” he could barely even call it by its other name mostly because he knew in himself that he didn’t give that to you. He wasn’t even at home last night. So it was best to question if it was really a love bite like he thinks it is. If you lie that it was a bruise, he’d question you even more about how it happened and there may even be a chance that he’ll believe you. He always believes you and he might not even believe in himself even if he was sure it’s a love bite… so in conclusion, don’t lie to him and tell him it’s a prank instead.

CHILDE was a mixture of mad and anxious, it’s obvious in his eyes. Actually, his whole expression would show that he’s annoyed but his eyes definitely showed confusion and hurt. “Is this a hickey?” his mood would instantly drop the moment he sees it—of course he knows what it was, he wanted to see if you’d lie. If you would, he’d say, “It’s obviously one, who gave this to you? I did not give this to you.” He trusts you enough not to think the worst but… “Don’t lie to me, Y/n, tell the truth,” he’d add, thinking that maybe it was all a joke. Honestly, this is the perfect time to say that it is and he’d heave out a sigh of relief and immediately wrap his arms around you. “Please don’t do that again, you’re hurting my heart, love.”

DILUC is a very sensible and calm man, at first, he might even think that it’s a bruise, asking you if you were alright, but upon further inspection, you could see him obviously recoil from it. “Why do you have a hickey, Y/n?” his voice would drop and if you take a peek on his vision, it would flicker despite him attempting to keep his cool. “Who gave that to you?” he adds, and it should be the indication of the end of the prank because he was getting angrier by the second. A heavy and relieved sigh escapes his lips as his entire body eases up, He ushers you close to him and he embraces you, burying his nose by your hair or neck, “Don’t do that again, okay?” he’d plead and you honestly think it is one of the often times he would show his emotions out in the open.

I firmly believe that GOROU has a natural instinct of being slightly more possessive than what he seems to be. He couldn’t actually control it. “What’s this?” The moment he sees the mark on your neck, he’ll make you halt in your tracks and he’d instantly inspect it, his eyes squinting at the mark as he holds onto your arm, might even be growling lowly at some point and he’s not afraid to touch the mark to see if it was real and when he proves that it’s not, he heaves out a relieved sigh. But then, he wouldn’t be able to stop himself from making a similar mark not too far away from it, leaning down and pressing gentle kisses on your neck before claiming his prize on a spot, sucking on your skin almost possessively. He leans away and his eyes gazes upon his work of art and you could see the hazed look in his eye before he turns to you and his facade instantly changes, smiling brightly at you like nothing happened.

KAEYA, the knowledgeable and flirt that he is, would lean down and kisses on the opposite side of where the mark is and leaves his own, sucking your skin gently and almost intentionally longer than he would. When he leans away does he licks his glove-covered thumb and use it to gently wipe the makeup away. “There. Now that’s what you call a hickey,” he’d smirk while winking and walk away, muscles easing up as he was immensely grateful that what his instincts told him was true.

KAZUHA would know how to catch you in your lie. Of course, there is that part in his mind that thinks the worst, but he wouldn’t accuse you of something that easily. “Where did you go before here, dove?” he’d ask questions like that and if he kisses you on the neck later on and see that you weren’t recoiling back, especially when he pokes at the mark, he’d know it was fake. He’d chuckle and press a peck on your temple and say, “Ying’er must have put something in your mind again, hm? You should have come to me if you’d like one.”

SCARAMOUCHE is angry as hell. “What the fuck is that?” he sneers, holding onto your skin at the edge of your jaw as he inspects the ‘thing’ as he calls it in his mind. “Where and who, answer me, Y/n before I lose my patience,” he glares at you, as sharp as any sword if it has to. He’s a Fatui Harbinger, a high-rank, even. Anyone who wrongs him shall be punished. Don’t try to attempt this on him if he hasn't trusted you that much because you will definitely lose that even if it’s a prank. “Tsk, don’t fool me again with that same trick,” because he definitely almost panicked that you were seeing another person. Almost. 100% will leave love bites on you that same night.

THOMA, on the other hand, was internally panicking. He almost didn’t want to ask you, and it took a lot from him to do so. “Babe… is that a love bite?” he squeaks, unable to look at the mark. The moment you would make eye contact with him, you wouldn’t even have the heart to lie because he looked absolutely hurt. Notably, he has a hand on your back as he holds onto the thin thread of hope that it was not true and that you still love him no matter what. Actually, he might also be ready to forgive you if it was… He just wants you to be honest. When you tell him the truth, he instantly wraps his arms around you and tells you, “Let’s stay like this for awhile. I thought... “ he’d sigh, “You almost had me there. I was so scared, you know?” and he definitely was.

VENTI would see it in almost an instant and freaks out. “Is that what I think it is?! Tell me it isn’t! Windblume, I did not give that to you!” he’d whine, even if it’s in the public setting, so it would probably be best if you do this away from people, maybe even in Windrise or somewhere that’s not in town because he’s definitely going to be loud. He might even cling onto you until you answer his questions. Knowing him he probably propped himself on your back and made you piggy-back him as he tried to give you the same mark. You two ended up falling on the grass because of that.

You really thought XIAO had been fooled. “Where did you get that?” he glares at the mark as he would to any other enemy then he turns to you to demand once more, “Who hurt you?” For the love of the Archons, poor boy thought that it was a bruise of some sort. If you tell him that it’s a love bite, he’d be even more confused. It honestly would take a lot more time because he really doesn’t have any idea about this… so your prank would soon be revealed because the hype died down along the way. However, he might be slightly more clingy than before, even glancing onto your neck for the rest of the day. Mission failed, but it’s worth it nonetheless.

ZHONGLI trusts you, with all of his heart, and it is to the point that he’d think it was done by your friend or that it’s a bruise. He’d ask you about it though. “What is this, love?” he’d trace the skin around the mark, inspecting it with his piercing eyes. You can almost feel him eyeing on it with his gaze. If you answer truthfully that it is a love bite, he’d momentarily freeze and he’d clear his throat, shifting on his seat. “Did I… give that to you?” he’d question even if he was sure that he didn’t. Maybe he just forgot? Surely he must have. Someone like him being not entirely sure? It would hurt to even see him like this so it’s a failed attempt on your side. When you reveal the truth, he’d just nuzzle his head by your neck and press a kiss on the back of your neck, “Please don’t scare me like this again, love, I don’t think I can handle it. I think I love you so much to let you go like that.”

NOTES. hello! this is a little late because it got longer than i anticipated i hope you will like this one! this is just an idea that i came up with before and listed it in my checklist so i hope that i was able to do it with justice! i’m officially out of my break now so i’ll try to post one daily (if not every other day~) so yep hello again!

ALBEDO had rarely gone home before. But now, he was always in Mondstadt and the Church, where you were being taken care of by the Sisters while he momentarily leaves and comes back soon anyway. Word got around soon that his lover, you, had unfortunately fell ill and couldn’t wake up. So that’s why the genius Alchemist had gone down from the cold paths to his laboratory on the freezing mountain, everybody thought. They rarely see his face in the streets and now, they would frequently see him on a daily, carrying a bunch of flowers neatly wrapped in a bouquet on one hand while the other holds a sketch book.

When you woke up, he was beside you. There was a distant look on his eyes as his gaze was focused on one of the windows, looking afar outside. The light of the sun draped over his beautiful face, hair messily styled as usual. Everything was silent until he turned back to your form and his eyes met you. You could see the way they widened ever so slightly before it softened when he smiled, prompting himself to stand and walk by your side. He traces his hand on the side of your face and you could barely let out a few words, breath taken away by his appearance. What you didn’t know, he was feeling the same way.

“You had your beauty sleep for far too long, darling, but I know you’d come back to me.”

CHILDE is a mess. Ah, how did this come to be? He already went and gave revenge for you, but why are you still not awake? The wait is slowly eating him up from the inside; bags under his tired eyes, hair even messier than usual, shoulders slumped over, his confidence completely dropped down to a notch. He had gone sloppier, his subordinates would whisper around—always making the job quicker, taking care of it by himself as to be able to go home with you faster. Poor lord harbinger, they’d say, and he'd usually hear them. It didn’t help.

When you woke up, he wasn’t there, but one of his subordinates was. Nadia panicked when she saw your state and immediately called the others, hearing her shout that they should call Dr. Baizhu and their boss, Childe. He was the only one you saw despite the doctors and nurses that entered the room, appearance looking more disheveled than usual.

“What… happened…?” you tried to ask him but he only smiled and reached for the hand that you raised to attempt touching his cheeks, kissing it and holding it tight with both his hands.

“Don’t worry about me, baby, I’m just glad you’re awake now.”

DILUC rarely goes out on his night rounds anymore. He made sure that he hired the best doctors for you and he let the maids take care of you whilst he was momentarily away. Even they will sense the new schedule that their young master circled on the past few months. It was then that they truly witnessed how much he loves you.

When you came to be, it was one of the maids who stopped by that you saw first. You were already sitting on the bed, gazing out at the window and letting the sunlight bathe you gently. Moments later, doctors came and it took awhile for him to come home. He was out at that time but it was a good thing he was on his way home when Elzer came running and told him the news.

He was already reaching out to you as the others gave the two of you a moment to spend some time together. An overwhelming surge of joy came to him that he couldn’t stop himself from kissing the crown of your head and pulling them to his chest, cradling you ever so gently.

“Thank you, thank you for coming back, love.”

GOROU saw you as his peace. Whenever he seeks to take a rest and have a moment of silence, he visits you on Watatsumi Island, where the Divine Priestess herself promised to have you greatly taken care of.

By the time he entered the room, he was surprised to see you already speaking to Kokomi, who briefly smiled at him and stood up to walk out of the room and leave the two of you behind. When she was gone, he was frozen in place for the meantime until you held out your arms, “Are you not going to hug me, cutie?”

There were tears in the corner of his eyes but with a call of your name, he was already buried in your chest for you to see them, arms clenched tightly on your waist, carried away by emotions.

He said no more words as you played with his ears and he leaned his head more into your touch, clearly missing the way it was before. And now, you had came back and his sense of peace only increased.

From afar, KAEYA looks really fine. He acts and works as he would before and will always say that he’s alright. The pitiful stares, however, it’s getting to him. He didn’t like them, but he could do nothing else but pretend that everything is okay—he is okay. you may not have written a poem for your man, but you do know some of the stars that are shining as always. while you point out some of the stars and explain about it happily, kazuha could simply watch you and listen to you for hours with a loving look on his face.

it won't take long before beidou calls out for you two, telling you that you should come down with your lover and celebrate your anniversary with the crux, who has a feast waiting for you to eat, reminding you and kazuha that you're no longer as alone as you were back then in inazuma.

instead of staying in komore's teahouse or explore around inazuma city together, THOMA wanted to change things up a little and take you somewhere far away from the city, which is the amakane island, where the two of you not only will get to star-gaze together but will also get to see a fireworks show prepared by yoimiya.

the chief retainer could spend years gushing about how amazing you look in your outfit that he hasn’t seen you use until now, his words stumbling because of how breathtaking you look much to your amusement and embarrassment.

it was a cute sight to see you two like a high-school couple, and merchants did not hesitate to tease thoma right at the spot whenever the two of you stop by to buy something, causing the housekeeper to laugh and ignore the way his face turns even more red. even some of the merchants gave you and thoma a huge discount after finding out that the two of you are celebrating your anniversary toegther.

not to mention the fact that thoma actually bought himself matching kitsune masks for the both of you to wear – he'll absolutely gush more about this moment too!!

by the time the both of you found a spot to watch the stars and the fireworks alike, you immediately intertwine your fingers with his, leaning against him with a content sigh as he wraps his arm around you with a grin.

"did you enjoy it?" you asked him, still staring at the sky.

"of course," he replied, pulling you closer to him. "why wouldn't i be when i'm with you?"

coincidentally, your anniversary with XIAO is on the day the lantern rite releases its lanterns and mingxiao lantern, so you decided to take this opportunity to take your lover out from wangshu inn and spend the night watching together.

if it were any other person, xiao wouldn't hesitate to refuse. however, since it's you, xiao won't mind coming out to spend time with you.

you decided to make it up to your lover by treating him to dinner in wangshu inn, insisting to your lover that you don't want to watch the lanterns rise with an empty stomach as verr goldet and the rest of the wangshu inn staff watch you both from time to time in adoration, thinking that the both of you look so cute together (xiao knows you and him are being watched, but he won't say anything due to his embarrassment).

by the time the both of you finished, you decided to go to liyue harbor with the help of your lover's teleportation abilities. you were too busy from preparing yourself to notice the way his face has a light pink shade on his cheeks from how close the both of you are.

of course, knowing that his karma debt could affect those in liyue harbor, you decided to watch the lanterns with the yaksha at the same area as where you and him watched the previous lanterns together, which is near the entrance to liyue harbor.

while waiting for the lanterns to rise, you decided to pick up the lanterns that you made with the help of traveler, thinking that it'd be great for xiao to experience wishing in the lantern and let it fly to the sky.

it was as beautiful as it was before, you admit. watching the lanterns along with yours rise along with the mingxiao lantern as it lights up the starry night was indeed a memorable sight, but not as much as the way your lover's eyes brightens at the sight of his lantern floating high above to the sky in awe.

there's nothing more romantic than mondstadt’s most famous spot that's perfect for couples to hang out in: the starsnatch cliff. call KAEYA cheesy, but he honestly likes the idea of star-gazing with his love while dining delicious foods and drinking wine instead of spending the night in angel's share – which isn't an ideal date for an anniversary, if you ask him.

but then again, star-gazing isn't just enough for kaeya, so he decided to plan a scavenger hunt for you to find him and your anniversary spot.

at first, you found it romantic and a bit cliche – but then you realized just how far you might have to go from the city to wherever the hell kaeya is. maybe it wasn't a good idea to let kaeya plan your anniversary.

by the time you arrived, kaeya was standing not too far away from where you are with a smirk. "how was the scavenger hunt, sweetheart?" he asked.

"terrible, not recommended." you replied in a monotone. "you better have food up there or i'm leaving."

he chuckles. "leaving so soon? won't you at least stay for the surprise?'

by the end of the night, kaeya's surprise turned out to be a very expensive wine that you had never seen in your life.

oh, and a very special ring that made kaeya go from being your boyfriend to your fiance.

given that you're the first person EULA has dated, it's safe to say that the woman doesn't know what to do to celebrate her first anniversary with you, so you have to be the one to take the lead on this and guide her.

you made sure that your date isn't somewhere in the city or anywhere that has people, not wanting eula to get another backlash from others on the day of your anniversary, so you chose a spot that's a nice and quiet area around windwail highland that can show you the view of the city of freedom, with springvale not being too far from where you are – it's a perfect area for a picnic with your lover.

when you and eula meet up in your "secret" spot, expect her to give you a gift – which is a home-made special dish made by yours truly alongside a brooch that matches your usual outfit – however, she won't expect you to give her anything in return, so if you too got her a gift, she'll be surprised and happy.

the two of you then eat each other's dishes with your choice of drink, enjoying the quiet atmosphere around your surroundings.

and what else would be great other than amazing meals? dancing with your lover without a care of the world of course !!!

eula will pretty much invite you to dance with her once she deems that it's enough for your stomachs to rest from eating so much food, and despite your protests that you don't know how, she'll simply insist and pull you away from the picnic blanket.

"shouldn't we be using music?" you asked, laughing nervously as your lover holds both of your hands.

"who says we have to use music?" she said with an amused smile. "there's nothing to worry about – just hold onto me and i'll lead the way."

you sat alone by the dining table staring at the untouched foods that you made by yourself, wishing that your lover was sitting beside you celebrating this memorable occasion, but alas, fate is too cruel for the both of you to get what you want.

you wondered what he was doing. is he celebrating alone as well in a hideout? is he safe from the fatui chasing him? you could only sigh, knowing you'll never get to know the answer until then.

"happy anniversary to you, kunikuzushi." you whispered, smiling in sadness. "please come back here safe and sound someday."

unnoticed to you, a lone figure stood a few feet away in your cottage, staring at the window where he can see you eating your food alone, which caused his stomach to twist from the sad sight of his lover. there's nothing more scaramouche desires than to enter the place he considers home and have you in his arms, but he knows it'll only risk your safety.

"...happy anniversary to you too, n/n." he mumbles, covering his face with his hat before walking away, never knowing when will the day come that he'll go back to your waiting arms.

The summer festivals with Diluc are quite interesting. Since he's always so business with the wine industry, you'll have to convince him to take a few days off to enjoy the summer festivities with you. He eventually concedes, since he has been working hard, and you used your puppy eyes, your best weapon.

With the streets of Mondstadt being so crowded due to the festivities, he'll use that as an excuse to hold your hand, so you won't get lost in the sea of people.

You convince him to buy the foods from the street vendors, and as you gobble away, he'll stop you before wiping away any loose crumbs from the corners of your mouth. Diluc thinks that you look like a cute little chipmunk when you eat to your heart's content.

Diluc may seem hesitant to participate in the games that are provided, but he eventually agrees. He actually scores quite high and seems to be surprised that you're surprised he did so well. If you start praising him, he'll avert his eyes and cough in an attempt to hide his blush.

He noticed that you had been eyeing some relationship bracelets. He heard that they were to be gifted to someone you loved as a way of telling them you'd love them forever. Diluc ended up buying a matching one for you, and you excitedly slip one onto his wrist. It seems childish, but the thought behind it makes his heart race.

You occasionally take breaks from the bustling and loud environment of the festival and take breathers in an alleyway. You can't stop giggling because Diluc, despite what he says, is actually enjoying himself. You reward him with kisses because he's so damn cute.

When it's finally time for the fireworks, Diluc finds a good secluded spot for the two of you, and as the fireworks light up the dark night sky, you let your head rest against his shoulder. The colorful and explosive sight takes your breath away, and you can tell Diluc is just as amazed as you are.

ー 𝐊𝐀𝐄𝐘𝐀

With Kaeya, the summer festival is never boring. He's always stirring up something, whether it be good or bad. Kaeya makes sure to flee from the scene with you in tow. He wouldn't want to ruin your date now, would he?

You've had to stop his shenanigans more than once, and had to haul his ass away. You swear you're gonna get a headache from how much mischief he makes.

Kaeya will participate in the festival games playful, not really caring if he scores high or not. But he does make sure to flex should you be watching. He puffs up his chest the whole time with a shit-eating smirk.

He absolutely buys the festival wine but makes sure the two of you are sitting while drinking. If you're not in the mood for wine, he'll let you choose another drink. As long as it's not grape juice. He will judge you the whole time.

If you overheat from the hot summer night, he'll press his hand against your forehead to cool down your body temperature. If Kayea is feeling more teasing, he'll begin to kiss your face all over, and he'll chuckle at your embarrassed face.

Did he just steal a bouquet that was meant for decoration and give it to you? Damn right he did. You wonder if that damn bard put him up to it, or if the wine is getting to his brain.

Kaeya actually takes you up on the Mondstandt walls and sits atop them when the fireworks explode in the air. The two of you swing your legs slightly before he turns to you and presses a chaste kiss on your cheek. The sincerity in his smile and azure eyes says everything.

ー 𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐎

You and Klee were the deciding factors in taking him to a festival. The two of you gave him your best puppy eyes before he finally cracked and agreed. But you owe him big time.

Klee is practically on a sugar high, bouncing from vendor to vendor, and you're out of breath from how much you've been chasing after the little one. Albedo is giving you the most subtly 'I-told-you-so' look he's ever given.

The two of you take turns carrying Klee when she gets a bit exhausted, but when the two of you aren't carrying her, you'll be holding hands while you enjoy the atmosphere of the festival.

Sucrose might actually have an alchemy stand set up, and she'll shyly greet the two of you before letting you try out the activities she set up with Timaeus' help, and Albedo giving out his thoughts every so often. Klee got a really pretty flower that took a few tries, but it was worth it.

Albedo buys a really nice dinner for the three of you to enjoy, and a small dessert for Klee to have since she was constantly asking for one. You and Albedo share one, with you feeding Albedo small forkfuls' of it. When he's full, he'll lean against your shoulder, his fluffy blonde locks tickling your cheek.

While Klee is excitedly trying out the games provided at the festival, you're just hoping she doesn't ask you or Albedo, because you know that he would probably stink at it, and the same can be said for you. If either one of you is called over by Klee, the other will be either laughing or just sighing in relief that they won't embarrass themselves.

You and Albedo take Klee down to the docks by Cider Lake, with Klee sitting on your lap. She's incredibly hyper when the first firework bursts into the air. Unbeknownst to her, you and the chief alchemist have your fingers intertwined together as you admire the dazzling sight.

ー 𝐙𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐈

This man knows every single detail about the summer festivals that take place in Liyue. Zhongli knows the history of the festival, what kinds of games and food will be set up, and what kind of aesthetics the festivals will follow.

Zhongli is rather eager to tell you all about the history of the festivals, and it warms his heart that you're actually listening and taking in what he says. But what really warms his heart is when you recall details that he told you himself.

You make sure that he remembers to bring his damn wallet, and he does end up forgetting it, you end up bringing it in your pocket. Now hopefully he won't spend his money on overpriced gifts sold at the festival.

He bought simple paper fans for the two of you so you could at least stay nice and cool whenever it gets too hot. The close proximity of the crowd gets overwhelming too quickly, so you're grateful for the fans.

Zhongli actually bought you simple but elegant hairpins, and they were at quite a decent price. He of course paid with his own mora. You were surprised by how beautiful they were, but you can't say that it wasn't pleasant. You let out a happy smile at the sudden but welcomed gift.

He is the one who recommended which dishes to try out, and, well, who are you to say no to this man? He describes every dish in very accurate detail, and what they taste like. By the end of it, you swear that you're gonna go into a food coma from how full your belly is.

When the fireworks begin, Zhongli holds you close to him, his arm wrapped around your side, and when the brightest firework begins its crescendo, he brings your hand to his lips and presses a firm but gentle kiss to it, as a way of thanking you for spending this festival with him.

ー 𝐗𝐈𝐀𝐎

The fact that you convinced this man to participate is enough to get an award. With his rather aloof and offputting personality, you honestly thought he was gonna say no. He questions the fact that you were prepared for rejection, but sighs and just acknowledges it as another odd human thing.

Just to look cute, you bought a simple but cute custom-made hanfu outfit that matched Xiao's outfit color scheme. It was complete with a paper fan. He didn't expect you to look this cute, but here you were, smiling in his direction and bouncing on the walls just to go. He never properly says it, but he thinks you look absolutely stunning.

He stands guard while you innocently hold his hand while exploring all that the festival has to offer. It's not that he doesn't trust you to be by yourself, he just doesn't trust the people that could have ill will towards you. He's doing his best though, so you don't mind too much.

You convinced Xiao to release lanterns with you, that you made yourself too! He gives you a look, but eventually comes around, and watches them float off into the night sky with the rest of Liyue's. It's honestly an amazing sight, so Xiao better be prepared for you randomly releasing lanterns whenever you please.

If you struggle with any of the festival games and they just so happen to require speed, well, Xiao just so happens to offer his help with your weird human games, so you let him at it. You are pleasantly surprised by how good he is at them. He actually won a plush of a certain dragon, and you're happily nuzzling into it the whole night.

When you need an energy recharge, you buy yourself a simple dessert, and Xiao refused any food since he technically doesn't require it. You're too busy to notice the rather gentle look that Xiao's golden eyes hold in them when he gazes at you.

Xiao actually takes you to the same spot where he witnessed the lanterns of the Lantern Rite. His golden hues hold the same wonder as they did at the previous festival when the fireworks show begins. You give him a simple kiss on the cheek as your thanks, and he almost sputters at the sudden affection. Your Xiao is really like a cat.

ー 𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐄

This man is so damn excited just to have a date with you at any festival. If you didn't know any better, you'd think that you could see a tail frantically and eagerly wagging back and forth. Since his homeland is basically a real-world freezer, I doubt that they'd really have any summer activities. So your best bet would have been in Liyue.

Since he's a walking wallet, he'll eagerly cover the costs. Don't have a nice outfit to wear? Well, he bought matching ones for the two of you! Ran out of mora while out buying snacks? Don't worry baby, he's gotcha covered.

Childe is all too eager to share food with you, even purposefully ordering one serving, and make it so that the two of you can feed one another. You're giving him a very judgemental look, but just humor him by taking a bite, and he's physically holding himself back from squealing how cute you are.

He does get very competitive with the festival games, but he can also just buy you a prize, but you're giving him the look again, so he has to earn a prize fair and square. He actually managed to get a fairly medium-sized narwhal plush. It reminds you of him a bit, and it's really squishy too.

Someone had a setup for photos, and Childe is all too eager for that. After a few tries, he keeps the one where you embrace each other with silly grins. He'll take it on his next mission so he can never feel lonely.

If there's any type of games that actually require strategy, you bet that Childe will put the other team to shame. The man is a harbinger for God's sake, he's being paid to strategize. His winning not only boosts his ego, but he gets to show off how clever and smart he is.

Childe took you up to a roof of a nearby building to have a clear and unblocked view of the fireworks. While they're blasting away into the night, he'll press his forehead against yours, gazing into your eyes briefly before giving you quite the loving kiss. It's the perfect cherry on top for the night.

ー 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐇𝐄

He'll say no very firmly to your face, and then later yell at his subordinates to finds a damn good festival. They're all scrambling to find one to his tastes, while he's wondering if you'll enjoy your time with him.

You wore a simple violet-blue kimono that reminded you of Scara's vibrant and electrifying eyes. You didn't even give him time to react before dragging him and lightly chastising him for being an arse. When you aren't looking, his eyes are studying your form, without the usual harshness to them.

Did he really laugh at some poor guy that dropped his food? Yes absolutely. If he doesn't laugh, he has a very satisfied smirk upon his lips, while you're questioning everything you've ever done up to that point.

You don't let him near any of the games that can make one's anger and frustration spike tenfold. You know that he can and will try to commit arson on the poor game, so you just do it yourself, regardless of how much Scara tells you that you suck.

When the two of you take a quick snack break, you definitely try to play footsie with him, because he can't exactly cause a scene because of your feet, so he has to sit there and accept his fate. If he tries to kick you, however, he's dead meat.

Scara is actually decently good at making origami, much to your surprise. He seems rather offended that you didn't think him capable of doing such simple folding, so he'll use this opportunity to tease you at every wrong fold. If someone else tries that though, he'll beat them up. He gets boyfriend rights.

The two of you watch the fireworks from a bridge that overlooks a majority of the crowds and watchful eyes. So you'll be sure to get back at him by firmly hugging him and pressing your kisses everywhere. He's hissing at you to let go and to quit it, but you won't let this opportunity go to waste so you don't relent. All while the fireworks burst away and light up the two of you.

ー 𝐃𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐈𝐅

He was a bit hesitant at first, but since he knows it's something that you look forward to, he agrees. You, however, insist that he change into something more fitting and that doesn't stand out. Well too bad for him, because you bought quite the handsome suit that is very breathable and light for the summer nights. He doesn't know how you know his sizes but he accepts it nonetheless.

Dainsleif holds your hand the whole time, before and after interacting with the festivities. It's a mix of safety reasons, but also your hand looks so cute and he was a bit shy to initiate hand-holding, but once you notice and hold his hand in yours, he's never letting go.

He insists on paying for everything, regardless of how much mora you brought. Dainsleif doesn't mind, as he'll buy you anything you want, regardless of the price. He doesn't mind paying for your meal and drink, despite your protests. Hell, he'll even feed you himself if you let him. You pout and whine that he spoils you too much, to which he only responds with a breathy chuckle and a heartfelt," Forgive me, but you're so endearing that I can't help but spoil you."

Dainsleif is quite relatively new to these types of games, but you assure him that you don't know what you're doing either, so you can both learn together. He didn't win a top prize or anything, but rather, matching rings. After some thought, you slipped them onto your ring fingers with a tender smile and giggle before dragging Dain off to a new vendor. After that, he's much more flushed and can't stop staring at the new ring.

You bought him a cute little wind chime, that had the same dark blues as did he. It was almost like a cute mini him of sorts. You gazed at it for a bit, before telling him that if he ever thought of you, he could hang up the wind chime and listen to its tune and think of you.

If he notices that you're getting tired, he'll offer to carry you so your feet won't get any more sores upon them. You decline and insist that he doesn't have to. He respects your decision, but he also lets you lean against him to balance your weight back and forth.

Dainsleif asks for your permission to kiss you, wanting your consent first. He'll let his deep blue eyes gaze lovingly into your own before he finally kisses you. Just as the first firework of the night blooms into a fiery and colorful explosion. It's the most romantic thing you could ask for.

ー 𝐓𝐎𝐇𝐌𝐀

His damn energy almost puts Childe's to shame, as he's eagerly skipping up to you and asking you out on a date to the festival. His excited smile melts your heart, and you like the man, so you agree. Tohma is practically telling the entirety of Inazuma about his date at this point.

Tohma bought sparkles for the two of you, so you could enjoy the joy they bring, and you can draw in the air. You had to elbow him just for attempting to draw suggestive things. There are children here Tohma, think of the innocent children. It was still funny as hell though

You actually suggested wearing matching kimono's and he's actually ecstatic about that idea. But his heart was not prepared when he saw how amazing you looked in yours. Tohma refuses to leave your side for the entirety of the festival since he knows others will think the same thing too.

He likes sharing his food with you and letting you take small nibbles. You don't really mind, since, hey, free food, so you take your bites and that's that. But in Tohma's head, the fact that the two of you put your lips on the same piece of food means that you indirectly kissed.

Tohma has gotten a little too competitive with the small games, mostly so he can show off, but also so he can gift you something special. He wants you to be able to remember these moments with him forever.

There was a small play of sorts that was happening, so you sit in between Tohma's legs to save space, and after a bit, he wraps his arms around you and rests his chin on your shoulder. You're too enthralled with the play's plot to notice how happy Tohma is to just be near you.

When it's time for the fireworks, and they've begun to really light up the night, Tohma will turn to you, rubbing the nape of his neck, about to say something when you pull him down for a kiss. He's absolutely frozen until you pull away, happily thanking him for the fun night before watching the spectacle before you. Tohma is an absolute mess and he's ready to combust at this point.

ZHONGLI had been through so much, lost so much—it frightens him sometimes how they would take you too. It was given that your lover was quite calm and collected, difficult to even stumble. Yet it was he himself who admitted his one true weakness—losing you.

“Dearest, I wish this wouldn’t sound so selfish of me, but I must confess,” he whispers to you one night as you sit on his lap with your back on his, his breath tingling by your neck and the side of your face. It was such a peaceful night that it came out of your expectation. You couldn’t see his face, his eyes, yet you knew he was serious, “What is it, my dear?” you inquire.

You felt his embrace on you tighten, as if he was afraid you’d let go—which you never would, your hand instinctively heading to his arms and reassuringly placing it over them.

That night was the moment he admitted to you his fears, the voice inside his head that a god shouldn’t even speak of in front of anyone, let alone a human. Yet he trusted you, he trusted you because he loves you. At least for now, he could hold on to you for as much as you’d let him. He just hopes that his insecurities would not suffocate you with the millenia he spent losing everyone else.

There are many unexpected moments when it comes to XIAO, he never fails to surprise you, really—just as much as you never fail to surprise him. He says he doesn’t know anything about mortal traditions and yet he actually does. He knows that giving flowers to your lover might give them joy, or maybe gifting trinkets such as crystals or jades. He knows how humans, most of the time, would desire for their partner’s attention and touch, and would ask for them if they could. He has lived for thousands of years—he has seen thousands of humans interact with each other.

You’re still surprised, however, whenever three stems of Qingxin were left by your bedside, or when he forms them into a crown to give to you, knowing you’d look good on them, just like how those kids by the harbor do towards their friends whenever they have flowers with them. He’s not clueless, but you, for one, was baffled and wanted to love him more because of this—he was trying his best for you, for this kind of love a Yaksha like him could have never expected.

VENTI may seem like the most sociable and open of all, but he can be very selfish when it comes to you. He wants to be with you all the time, he wants to feel or see your presence in the room, he wants to show you off in front of everyone else, and he also want to take you away to have a peaceful time with you and you only.

“Venti, where are you taking me now?” you laugh as you both get away from being stopped by Kaeya who had been trying to get in contact with you due to work—who could’ve known you’d even be part of the Knights of Favonius and also end up with the Anemo Archon himself? You were bound to be busy, but he’s taking your time and you couldn’t even peep a single complaint—you liked it, you loved it. Spending time with VENTI was more exciting and fun than you could’ve ever had with just doing your work alone.

Sometimes it could be a nuisance to others mostly though.

“Liyue!” he replies, grinning towards you, “Do you want to meet an old friend of mine? Guess we could pay him some visit.”

THOMA is always a positive guy who’s good with his words, that was what you saw him as, no matter how much other people in Inazuma say never to mess with him—the Retainer of the Kamisato Clan. You thought they were just rumors, after all, he never showed any indication that he’s actually a scary person. When it involves the safety of you or other people he cares about, however, you realized that he could be feared of—in his own way.

“Say, what do you think the Kujou Clan—Kujou Sara, probably, will say, if I report that there are a bunch of Treasure Hoarders around this area?” he says, his eyes darting towards yours every couple of times to check how you were. It was obvious that he was trying his best not to engage in a fight, not with you there.

“What if you let us pass this road safely, we won’t report it if you do. You know, we’ll keep it a secret,” he even winked at the Treasure Hoarders as he held your hand tightly, keeping his cool throughout the interaction.

When they did, however, he went straight to the Tenryou Commission and reported what you and him both saw, “Of course, I won’t let them get away. We never know who they’ll attack next,” he smiles at you, pecking you on the cheek as you both walk hand in hand on the way home, “I know you always pass by that road too, right? Your safety, above all, is my priority, darling.”

He’s good with words—more so that he could us it as a weapon and a shield, but this definitely is one of the things he doesn’t show often unless needed.

SCARAMOUCHE is always cold. You have come to terms with his hisses and his snaps, his raised brows or his sharp glances that are usually followed by an amused chuckle or a ghost of a smile that you always fail to catch since he turns away almost immediately. It was not quite obvious, but he’s actually softer towards you than he did—actually, he spoils you whenever he can. He has subordinates guarding you whenever you’re going out without him; he replies to your letters, though it may take awhile, he reads each and every word and responds to them well; he even may have small gifts or trinkets with the letter that was sent—most of the time, they’re local goods from the region he currently is. He prides in taking care of his beloved, to be honest. He feels powerful—relieved, whenever he sees your contented smile.

“You like that?” he raises a brow, a small quirk on the side of his lips, “Of course you would, I picked that myself.”

On the other hand, he can be warm when you really opened your eyes.

KAZUHA is a calm individual, indeed he is. However rare, though, due to the circumstance, he is quite protective, especially when it’s you involved. He will draw his sword whenever needed—most of the time, he would not even think when your safety is hindered.

“Are you alright, dove?” he reaches for your face with his bandaged hand, soon followed by his other, once he had finished scanning the rest of your body if you were injured anywhere else. When he met your eyes, however, you saw it—fear.

All of a sudden, you were in a tight embrace, his hair tickling the side of your face as he whispered “I thought I lost you.” Of course, how could you forget?

Wrapping your arms on his waist, you reassure him, “You won’t, Kazu,”

He didn’t say anything else, but you knew that in his heart, he was still erratic. All you could do for now, however, was hold him and hope that it would be enough.

KAEYA, no matter how flirty he was, is extremely loyal. He’s probably one of those who’s quite sensitive to your feelings most of the time. He never fails to reassure you. Actually, if you’re the jealous type, he knows, and he’ll be trying his best to comfort you in any way.

“Look at me, love,” he has his hand on your chin, egging you to do what he says with his velvety voice. When you did, that was when you saw him slowly smile—not the smirks that he usually let out though. It was different, “Trust me on this, yeah?”

Unbeknownst to you, he was also testing you, trying to see if you were to be trusted with his own very secret—secrets he never should reveal but he found the potential to tell you anyway. Trust is something he was willing to give and receive, as long as it’s you.

GOROU, when he’s not called in for work, is rather lazy. There may be times when he feels bad for making you do all the work in the house if you’re visiting his home—which is quite messy. You think it may have been due to his work or maybe it’s already mixed with his own blood, but either way, you find him utterly adorable whenever he says “It’s alright… you know. You don’t have to clean if you don’t have to,” or “I’m sorry I got you in this… uhm… what else should I do?”

Don’t worry though because after you both clean up his house, he’ll reward you with a long session of cuddling with his tail affectionately wrapped around your waist, whispering “Thank you”s by your ear as he scatter soft kisses on your neck.

DILUC, unlike popular belief, will show his affections in public when he’s already comfortable with it. He’s not a cold and heartless man, after all. This happens slowly and gradually, however. First were holding your hand while Kaeya or maybe others like Jean, Albedo or Barbara were there, then the next would be letting your fingers interlaced with him stay as you walk down the streets of Mondstadt City, letting the others see the progress of your relationship with the most famous bachelor of the town.

The next thing you knew, he was already comfortable with pressing you forehead kisses or letting his arms circle on your waist as you two walked home after a shift of his at Angel’s Share. It takes time, but it will definitely be worth it.

CHILDE would lose to you. Yes, you got that right. You never actually see this kind of situation most of the time, but it will happen more than you’d notice. You two probably tried pillow fighting somewhere in between your relationship and he would say “Come on, hit me!” and he wouldn’t actually dodge. His hits are also light, not wanting to hurt you, of course. He fights for the thrill, the fever, the fun—but for some reason, play fights with you were the same as well. Would you be able to push him down? Beat him on your own accord? How dedicated are you to beating him and winning against him? His chest pounds at the sight of your wide grin and the sound of your laughter.

Yes, he loves this—he truly is whipped for you, huh?

AYATO may be busy, but he never takes back any promises he makes. You expected he’d be the kind to never have time for you, you were prepared for it. After all, he’s the Commissioner of the Yashiro Commission, it was a given and you’ll still love him for it. What you certainly did not expect was whenever he tries to find you always and will be making time for you whenever he wants to—which is actually most of the time.

“Ayato, darling, I thought you’re working on some papers sent by the Tenryou Commission? You know how they are with deadlines…” you muse as you snuggle next to him, yet he only tightens his grip on you and buries his face by your neck, feeling him smile next to your skin.

“I can do them later, let me indulge with my beloved for a little more.”

ALBEDO wants to know everything about love; little by little, as careful as possible. Actually, he was not just curious about the concept of love, but of you as well—the very reason why he feels this way in the first place. Everything is so new to him that even if he does have sweet moments, he is still new to everything. Which meant a lot of patience for him. One minute he could be someone who could tell you sweet little nothings but the next he could neglect you for the work in front of him. If it would be too much, let him see your mind, hear your thoughts, your voices.

“I apologize, my love. I did not know I was hurting you,” he says as he rubs your shoulder lightly, gently, almost as if it was a part of his apology after not coming home for two entire weeks without a single letter or word, buried in work above the snow of Dragonspine. He doesn’t have any experience with any of this, and he hopes that you could guide him to your needs and desires, so that he could recognize his own as well.

AETHER is extremely protective of you. Even the other Abyss members doesn’t see you that often—actually, most of them doesn’t know your face. They just know that their prince has a lover, and that was enough. When you journey or travel alone, there’s a specific emblem or some sort that reminds them not to attack you—a symbol or a mark to never bring you harm. That’s why any Adventurer or civilian that may be being attacked by the members of Abyss and you unknowingly stepped in, the members will instantly back away when they see that symbol on you.

Or else they may be the ones who will end up hurting themselves from the wrath of the prince.

You never knew about this until he himself confesses about it—which might actually take a very long time to do so.

Diluc

Diluc is naturally warm in winter and summer, his body always giving off exceptional heat. In winter, it's a blessing to have him in bed with you. If your feet, hands, or any other part of your body are frozen, you can simply snuggle up to him for warmth. He'll always be happy to share his warmth with you, even if he's half asleep, which is a great excuse to keep you close. His hand will bring you back against his chest, gently inviting you to rest your head on his uncovered chest. You'll feel his hand cradling your body and his lips brushing your forehead and hair, leaving a trail of shivers behind him. He will welcome your leg between his, rubbing your icy feet on the fabric of his night pants. His hand will caress your waist, your hip and then your thigh, spreading his warmth everywhere he went. Your body relaxed against him, and this made Diluc smile tenderly. He will wait patiently until you stop shivering from the cold and fall back to sleep before following you into the arms of Morpheus.

Sometimes you'll steal his long black coat and dive into it. His warmth and his smell are still anchored there. Outside, when Diluc feels your cold skin touching him, he pulls you against him, grabbing your hands to put them under his coat. He'll let you enjoy his warmth for as long as you need, wrapping his arms around your shoulders, his lips kissing the top of your head, he just hopes no one comes to tease him next. In the privacy of your home, Diluc will keep you sitting astride him, his coat carefully covering you as he busies himself reading some work-related papers. Your head rests heavily on his shoulder, your nose brushing the skin of his neck. His free hand cradles your back, causing you to gradually drift off to sleep.

Diluc's passionate kisses are the best way to warm your body and soul.

Zhongli

It is not uncommon for you to cling to Zhongli once you are in bed, wrapping your legs around his like a vine. Feeling the cold against the silk fabric of his pants, his arms will encircle your body to bring you a little closer to him. Zhongli is not afraid of the cold, not because he is a follower, but simply because it is in his nature. He'll do anything to warm you up, pulling the sheets up over your shoulders or lovingly massaging your skin. He'll cover you with kisses and soft whispers until sleep comes. He'll make sure your body is warm before falling asleep with you. If his presence really isn't enough to thaw you out, he'll get out of bed and bring you a steaming cup of tea and, if necessary, a hot water bottle filled with hot water.

Outside, Zhongli will tenderly hold your frozen hands in his, blowing on them in hopes of warming you up. He doesn't expose his personal life for all to see, but if he sees you shivering or shivering, his arms will wrap around you to warm you while his lips kiss the tips of your nose, lips and ears in hopes of warming you. His hand will come to cover yours, caressing your skin with his thumb. If he feels you shivering with cold, he'll cover you up to your shoulders with the sheets before wrapping his arms around you. He'll check to make sure you're still asleep, stroking the bridge of your nose with his fingertip. Seeing the soothing expression on your face, Kaeya smiles tenderly, continuing his caresses until sleep takes him away again.

Kaeya does not hesitate to remove the ornament around his shoulders and hang it around your neck. The winter wind has always been fierce for you, and no matter how much you buy the warmest coats in Mondstadt, the shivering and redness on your cheeks and nose speaks for itself. Kaeya will also cover you with his warm arms, kissing with his lips the extremities of your frozen body.

Kaeya will offer you your favorite hot drink and some sweets to help warm you up and ease the fatigue caused by the winter cold.

Xiao

Cold and heat have no impact on the Yaksha. After all, we are talking about a man who likes to eat snow and spends his nights sitting on the roof of an inn. Yet, when he feels you shivering in the warmth of your blankets, legs folded against your torso in hopes of warming your feet, Xiao will instinctively move closer to you, encircling your body with his warm arms to ease your shaking. His chest against your back sends a pleasant sensation through your body, one of his hands, the one that was caressing your arm, will reach down to your frozen feet, gently grasping them before rubbing them to warm you up. Your whispered thanks make his heart beat. The Yaksha's gentle touches, his kisses on your shoulder and the hollow of your neck, will slowly help you fall asleep.

When he sees the tips of your fingers reddened by the cold, Xiao will grasp them in his hands, rubbing them gently in his palms. The fear of you getting sick haunts him and he sometimes scolds you, reminding you to take gloves and a scarf when you go out. Xiao will then hug you, wishing he had a coat with him that he could share with you. But he doesn't realize that the warmth of his embrace is more than enough for you.

Venti

Venti is not as chilly as you are, being the god governing the winds, he is used to feeling its coolness. But he must admit that in winter, he is as shivering as you are. He is happy to stick to you, embracing you face to face to warm you up. He'll rub his nose against yours while your feet tangle together. Venti will let you bury your head in the crook of his neck, shivering as he feels the tip of your frozen nose against his skin. His arms will deepen their grip around you, pressing you more against him. He'll press a few sleepy kisses to the top of your head, patiently waiting for you to fall asleep. The heat quickly settles between the two of you, weighing down your eyes. Winter has its advantages, as he can keep you close to him.

Outside, Venti will slip a scarf he took from you around your neck. He can't do much to warm you up except hold your hands in his or take you to one of the many taverns in Mondstadt for a hot drink. Having very little moras on him, it is difficult to offer you something to warm you up properly, but Venti has the merit to do his best for your well-being.

Albedo

Albedo is usually a light sleeper. So your body tremors will tend to wake him up quickly. When he opens his eyes, he will usually find you in the fetal position, your legs folded against your chest in an attempt to keep you warm. Albedo will get up from the bed to fetch you a comforter to cover the sheets already on the bed. This man is not afraid of the cold, his time in the mountains of Dragonspine has hardened him, but seeing you like this, shivering in your sleep, twists his stomach. Part of him is still afraid you'll get sick. As soon as he's covered you, Albedo will duck back under the sheets, tucking his chest against your back and wrapping his arm around your waist to speed up the warming process. Gradually, he will feel your body relax against him, smiling softly against your neck, kissing your neck warmly before calmly closing his eyes.

Most of the time, when Albedo is not at Dragonspine, you will find him in his laboratory, sitting on a stool with several vials filled with strange liquid in front of him. He agrees to let you in, keeping you away from any dangerous objects. Feeling your cold skin against his fingers, Albedo will concoct an elixir to warm your body. He will then hold you in his arms, kissing your hands, nose and lips, waiting patiently for you to warm up.

Kazuha

Kazuha is used to winter temperatures. His many trips across the oceans and the lands of Teyvat have hardened him. But when he feels your frozen hands brush against his neck while you are fast asleep, he can't help but take them in his hands to warm them up. He knows that in the winter, you constantly complain about having icy extremities, so Kazuha does everything to keep you warm. He will check your feet, your nose, and even your lips which he will gently kiss to share his warmth with you. He is always careful not to wake you up, knowing that if he does, you will have a hard time falling back to sleep. Kazuha's hands wrap you in his warmth, his lips exclusively attending to your face and fingertips, and when your body is finally completely warmed and relaxed, Kazuha will finally drift off to sleep, a soft smile on his lips.

The ronin always keeps you warm, wrapping you in a scarf of his own before leaving your home. He checks that you are wearing gloves and a warm enough coat when the wind blows outside the walls of your house. He doesn't want you to get sick, seeing you with a fever always makes him worried. He will keep your hand in his, sticking his shoulder against yours. Kazuha will always share his warmth with you.

Childe

Childe comes from Snezhnaya, a land as cold as the peaks of Dragonspine. The coolness of Liyue's nights is nothing in comparison... Nevertheless, when he finds you shivering in bed, wrapped in your silky sheets, his first reaction will be to quickly run you a hot bath. He'll take you in himself, helping you undress and tie up your hair. He'll sit by the tub, massaging your shoulders and warming the submerged parts of your body. Childe is eager for your lips, and seeing them shivering from the cold will give him an excuse to kiss you again and again until you are completely breathless. He does not like to see you like this, shivering and pale. The heat of the water weighs down your head, sleep invading your body now fully warmed up. Childe will dry you off and dress you again, bringing your sleeping body back into the softness of your bed. Lying down beside you, one arm wrapped around your waist, Childe will caress your face, admiring your soothed features. Undressing in turn, he will join you under the sheets, keeping your body in his arms to keep you warm.

Childe always keeps you close to him when you go outside. His arm will stay wrapped around your waist to keep you close. His long red scarf is wrapped around your neck, allowing you to have his scent constantly. Whenever you get a chance, you tease him by sharing his scarf with him, wrapping part of his face in the fabric.

Childe pays attention to you, examining your every move, your skin color, your expressions. This man will never let you suffer from the cold.

Dainsleif

Not having a home, it is common for the two of you to sleep outside. It is essential for Dain to keep you warm, so he will light a campfire before settling you between his legs, facing the heat emanating from the flames. He'll cover you with his cloak, keeping your hands in his, his fingers rubbing your extremities to warm you. He feels you trembling against him as you try to leave for the realm of dreams, your head resting heavily in the hollow of his neck. He wished he could offer you a more comfortable and luxurious life, in the warmth of a home and the softness of a bed. He knew that his presence alone was enough for you, but regret is a poisonous feeling, which sometimes clouds his thoughts. When he felt you move against him, your still cold hands seeking the warmth of his skin, Dainsleif tightened his embrace around you, kissing the border that separated your shoulder and your neck. He wrapped his arms around you, keeping your hands in his. His warmth helped you sleep peacefully while yours soothed his mind.

He constantly keeps your hand in his, sometimes bringing it to his lips to blow warm air over it. Your flushed face urges him to do more, and his lips end up tenderly kissing your fingertips. Everything about him warms you. His voice, his eyes, his hands, his frail smiles. And when Dain presses his lips to yours, the warmth from them warms your whole being.

Scaramouche

He doesn't feel the cold like you do. It's not painful or unpleasant on his skin. Yet, when he joins you in bed and finds you freezing, your lips trembling as you try to fall asleep, he can only imagine how you feel. Of course, Scaramouche would look at you with furrowed brows, telling you how you could be so awkward sometimes. How could he sleep peacefully when he could feel you trembling beside him? Clicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth, he turned sharply toward you, wrapping his arms around your waist to pull you back against him. He was exhausted and had only one desire, to sleep. Yet there you were, cold and shivering against his chest, a part of him feeling bad for you. He abruptly pulled the sheets up over you, forcing your eyes open to look at him. You murmured an apology, but Scaramouche silenced you, straightening on his forearm to kiss you. He didn't want your apology, he wanted you to stop shaking, he wanted to feel your body warm against him, he wanted to see the serene expression on your sleeping face. Slowly, sleep overtook you, the warmth of the Harbinger slowly spreading through your body.

Scaramouche got used to feeling you wrapped around his arm, seeking the warmth you lacked in him. His cold, menacing gaze would plant itself in anyone who dared to spy on him. He also got used to intertwining his fingers with yours, chasing the cold that covered your hand.

Razor

Razor can easily withstand the cold. All his years in the forest have made him tougher than normal humans. So when he felt you shivering in bed, teeth chattering loudly, he sat up and took a long look at you. At first he wondered if you were sick. Then you turned to him, grabbing his wrist that was close to your face with your icy fingers. Razor didn't understand. How could you be so cold in the warmth of this house? But, Razor being extremely protective, he would lie down beside you, making sure to warm you with his own body. His gaze would not leave your face as his hands caressed you in hopes of soothing you. Your expression would relax as the warmth invaded your sleeping body. In your sleep, you smiled softly, whispering his name. Blushing, Razor gently kissed your lips. He was willing to share his warmth with you as many times as necessary if it meant hearing you speak his name so tenderly.

Razor keeps your hand firmly in his, sometimes a little too tightly. He wants to keep you warm, sometimes offering you his jacket to cover your head with his hood. If you're both exploring the area around Mondstadt, he'll light a fire to keep you warm.

Thomas

Thomas is warm, both physically and in character. He always draws you to him when you complain of being cold. Letting yourself trail off into his embrace, you press your cheek against his chest, digging your fingers under the fabric of his t-shirt, seeking the warmth you lack to fall asleep. Thomas shivers at the contact, still stunned when he notices the freezing temperature of your fingertips. His hand will come to rest on yours, offering you a little more of his warmth, while his free arm wraps around your quivering shoulders. One of your legs positioned itself between his, offering you an extra source of warmth. Thomas sighed silently, glancing down at his chest to see your sleeping face. His hand dropped the one you were keeping under his robe to tenderly caress your cheek, which was beginning to redden from his warmth. He would stay a moment like that, just looking at you, his fingers gently touching your skin.

Thomas would prepare a cup of cherry blossom tea to help you warm up. He would set up a kotatsu, a typical Inazuma warming table, to keep you warm. Sitting behind you, his legs encircling you, his arms would tenderly embrace your waist while you sipped your tea. Even if your body was completely warmed by his care, Thomas would continue to keep you against him, his reassuring warmth being much more effective than any tea.
