MODERN AU JAYCE/ARCANE AU VIKTOR

Jayce got isekaid (fell asleep while playing LOL/got hit by a truck) to Arcane AU. Jayce is confused by everything. He found himself waking up days after the explosion in his apartment. Then he was sent to trial immediately, but initially thought it was a drwam/prank that he started rambling about his reailty. Some people with alternative selves from where Jayce is from (Ximena, Caitlyn, Kirammans, Councillor) which was why he thought it was a prank.

Got expelled, then got branded as crazy person, then realized he could feel pain but also knew that his memories were real. He theorized that if he could recreate the accident it might return him home but VIKTOR APPEARED and stopped him from doing it (he thought he was gonna jump)

Viktor was intrigued by the Alternate Universes then showed the hextech reseearch to Jayce, which belonged to Arcane!Jayce. Jayce kind of understood it in a sense it had a mirror to physics.

Focuses initially on inventing travelling device, but realized hextech could be use to cure Viktor. And when he realzied they were running out of time (Vik is dying), he researched more on Vik's disease. Jayce theorized there might be a cure in his modern au for Vik's lung disease. So they trY TO MAKE HEXTECH TRAVEL DEVICE TO CURE VIK BEFORE HE DIES

Lowkey want to end that Vik dies when they almost completed it. Like for example Vik said he'll just sleep then thanks Jayce for giving him hope, then Jayce tells him sweet dreams, but Jayce didnt realize that was their last conversation. Next morning, Jayce had finally solved the last puzzle but Viktor wouldnt wake up.

Ending can go two ways:

1. Jayce cant accept it and tries to turn on machine, carrying Viktor with him. When Jayce wakes up, he's back again in his world but no Viktor. He thinks everything that has happened was a dream, but still could remember the pain from losing Viktor, until he meets modern Viktor :3

2. Jayce arranges Viktor's funeral because he had no family member. He stays in Arxane AU for a couple mor days to ensure that Viktor's legacy would be in the history books, then leaves. Jayce promises to honor Viktor by remembering him, even sometimes he doubts himself if it ever happened.

3. Viktor slipped into a temporary coma and Jayce gets him the cure in modern au. Jayce introduces him to the modern world aND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER (they made the device in modern au as well and they sometimes visit arcane au because Viktor misses it)

learned today (after googling it upon seeing the "Sadomasochism Brothers" post) that masochism was named by a psychiatrist who had read Leopold von Sacher-Masoch's erotic writing and was like "I feel safe in concluding that this man had Fucked-Up Freak Sex Disorder, which now until forever will bear his name", while von Sacher-Masoch was still alive. there are accounts of von Sacher-Masoch being like "bro what the fuck" about this
