Hello, my name is Saja. I’m a mother to a beautiful 8-month-old baby girl, writing this from a place I never imagined I’d be — surrounded by destruction, holding on to my daughter while the world around us falls apart. 💔
We used to have a home. 🏚 A simple place, but it was filled with love. Now it’s gone. What remains are memories, silence, and an overwhelming fear of what tomorrow may bring.
Each day, I wake up not knowing if we will make it through the next. My daughter should be learning to walk, to smile at strangers, to feel safe in her world — but instead, she’s learning to live in the middle of a war zone. 🕊️
I’m not writing this to ask for pity. I’m sharing our truth because silence won’t protect us. Maybe, through this message, someone will hear us — and care. 🤍

At first, I was sharing my campaign link to get the price of my destroyed house and resettle, but this is frankly difficult. So, I am now posting to collect the rent, which is only $400 a month. But in light of these conditions and after the crossing has been closed for more than 10 days, not a cup of water has entered Gaza. Therefore, I decided to publish another post to collect some money to buy some basic necessities, which have become very expensive due to the closure of the crossings. Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!
They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.
They are currently on the street, with no tent, no blankets, no food, and no clothes other than what they were wearing when they had to flee for their lives. They are literally just sitting in the dirt under the night sky.
Ayla’s mother Bashaer @bshaeromars-blog is trying to get Ayla to sleep, but Ayla is too cold and uncomfortable. The low temperature in Gaza tonight is just 47 F or 8 C. They are starving, freezing, and totally without resources. They DESPERATELY need funds for a tent, food, and other basic necessities!! The tent alone is $3000

Mostafa is 22. His younger brothers are 4 and 5. None of them have been able to eat in 6 days. The prices of food in Palestine have soared, and remain high as food transportation remains restricted.
According to the Al-Jazeera article on the cost of food in Gaza, 25 kilograms of flour can cost up to $1,000 USD. To make and eat bread has become a luxury!
It is expensive, even if you were to have a job. Mostafa's father is unable to walk, and his mother is diabetic without access to insulin— the closest person their family has to a breadwinner is Mostafa, as he manages their campaign. He needs $500 USD, or €475, for a bag of flour.
Currently, they have raised €627 out of €50K. 41 donations have been made so far. Let's make that number higher!
