This is really hard and sorta nsfw... But one of the guys I used to know has done some things that are inexcusable, like make sexual advances towards me and my girlfriend, but he's one of the two people that genders me correctly (I'm mtf) and he is autistic, so I don't know what to do about all this, especially since I am terrified of him and confrontation in general.
boy howdy have i been in this situation before. don’t make my mistake and give him multiple chances, because chances are it’s only going to get worse as time goes on. if worst case happens, sever all contact and try to disappear from his life, and if he keeps harassing you that strays into illegality.
good luck <3

Are there any LGBT dating sites/apps that aren't Grindr? I'm over 18 so age isn't an issue, but the amount of transphobic people on Grindr (I'm a pansexual trans girl, pre-everything) and the people just looking for hookups make it impossible to use.
personally, i’ve used Her in the past. it’s original purpose was for lesbians, but it’s definitely super trans girl friendly, as well as just trans friendly in general. funnily enough it’s actually where i met my girlfriend-turned-best-friend back a few years ago. tinder is like….okay. it really depends on where you are in terms of people, but it is definitely trans friendly. interestingly enough fetlife is pretty trans friendly, but the interface is total garbage and that’s definitely more for the kink crowd and that’s not everyone’s cup of tea.
i hope this helps!

Hi, so is it possible for me to be a trans girl, but prefer to be fluid in my expression? Like I know I don't fit in my body and need to transition, but after that, I want to be able to wear feminine and masculine clothes and express myself as more of a mix of both. Hope this makes sense.
Yes absolutely! Lots of girls are tomboys, and trans girls aren’t any different.
I need some help with dysphoria. I'm not able to start E for about another year or two, but I'm really dysphoric about my hair in general. I haven't been able to grow it out, so that's one thing that bothers me, but also it's starting to recede and thin, and I need support and advice for preventing it as much as possible and cope with how much I've lost already. Sorry, long ask, its just really bothering me and worrying me.
Hi anon! I’m sorry you’re feeling nervous and dysphoric. I know that feeling and it really sucks.
If you’re able, I’d talk to your doctor about hair regrowth treatments. There are medications out there that can help slow or stop hair loss, depending on a few factors. Unfortunately, since I am not a doctor, I don’t know what drugs are good options for you or if there are any safe OTC drugs you could look into.
The good news is, there are trans women who had receded hairlines pre-E who have beautiful long, natural hair now. There are some examples of them in the Before and After tag.
I hope you’re able to get the help you need soon!
