A comic featuring Greg Davies, Alex Horne and Seth Meyers. The happenings are as follows.

In the first panel, Seth Meyers enters the room, a radiant smile lighting up his face. "Hi, just checking in," he greets, as an unrelated, muted argument unfolds in the background. "Give me that! Now!" commands a person. "Oh, come on, just one more chapter," says another.

When Seth looks to the side in the second panel, it is revealed that the argument is between Greg Davies and Alex Horne. Greg is lurched uncomfortably on the couch, one hand holding a phone showing a text-filled website that is implied to be the popular fanfiction website Archive of Our Own, seemingly pulling it away from a blushing Alex, who is, in turn, hovering on top of Greg, pushing his face down. They both turn to Seth, their faces etched with shock as an uneasy silence fills the room.

The third panel of the comic, drawn in a more cartoonish style, reveals the aftermath. All three men are sitting on the couch with vastly different emotions. Greg is joyful, Alex is covering his face in shame, and Seth is holding Greg's phone with a curious expression. "This is quite interesting, actually!" Seth exclaims.

alternatively: Hello, Taskmaster fans. I'm slowly getting into Taskmaster and more British comedy in general. Please allow me to enter; I offer you possibly out-of-character art because I am a bit rusty fanfic-wise. (But I also tried writing the alt text, which might as well be a fanfic...)

Below be my suffering trying to draw.

This is the rough concept art for the full comic above. It is drawn in a simple style.

This is the first concept for the pose that Greg and Alex make in the comic. Fun fact: this was actually drawn before I planned out the whole comic, thus the weird poses.

This is a process shot of the couch scene in the comic. It pained me to erase so much of Greg.

A process shot of the coloring. Was very happy with Alex's beard. I realized too late that his hair is way too brown, though.

A zoom-in on Seth being cute. My 51-year-old American who has terribly aged. Can someone bring the AWW BABY SO SOFT meme here? That's a Jimmy Fallon meme, but it applies here as well.

If I'm being honest, I admittedly was not happy with this drawing. I was planning on trying rendering for the first time digitally (as in not just shading and lighting, but also blending it all in), and my device kept heating up and lagging so hard. I scrolled through a ton of Taskmaster art, and I was really in awe at the talent you all have, and one day, I hope to finally get a better device to show my full potential.

two things I hate:

finishing a show from the middle of a season

& forgetting what happened or if i even watched the episodes
