If any of you, especially USamericans, have any money to spare, I recommend donating to the From Our Hearts to Cuba campaign, dedicated to getting pacemakers past the blockade. 50 pacemakers have already been installed in patients, they are 75% of the way to the current goal of $250,000. They are part of the broader, global struggle to break the blockade as well, and they outline some of the ways USamericans can help in their website. Cuba already has an exemplary cadre of doctors and a great system, all that they're missing is the essential equipment the US starves them of.
A game I’ll definitely-at-one-point-sometime get around playing was trending on my side of tumblr! :D Game dev is @insertdisc5!
This is huge!
For those who can’t read the tweet: Sticker Mule is doxxing people who respond negatively to their posts supporting trump, with the help of LibsOfTiktok.
If you’re a Leftist, if you support Palestine, it’s absolutely fundemental that you read this. I actually encourage that everyone should read this:
“The Palestinian People have consistently made it crystal clear that our enemy is the colonialist and racist ideology of Zionism, not Jews.”
“I have zero interest in memorising or apologising for centuries old tropes created by Europeans, or giving semantics more heft than they warrant, chiefly when millions of us confront real, tangible oppression[…]”
Words by Mohammed El-Kurd.

I've been on the "Fuck Stickermule" train for a few years now after they posted COVID conspiracy bullshit, and it was found out their CEO was a Trump / Anti-LGBTQ+ donor.
Take your business elsewhere. Just because they have good deals occasionally shouldn't mean they should be able to use your money to support shitty recipients.
Some businesses I'd recommend checking out:
StickerGuy -Been using Sticker Guy for like 15 years for my bands stickers over the years. They have some of the best vinyl stickers I've ever used and those things are practically indestructible. Ridiculously good prices too.
RockinMonkey - I've only ever used them for one run of holographic stickers but the quality is so good and I'd definitely go to them again if I were to get more printed.
StickerNinja - Never personally used but I've seen so many people recommend them and their quality shows on their socials. And I'm fairly certain they're BIPOC owned, super pro-LGBTQ+ and are very vocally Pro-Palestine which is a plus in my book!
Please feel free to leave any other suggestions!
Hello world, we're here begging for your help as LGBT refugees in kakuma refugee camp located in the turkana west of kenya, we have been in Kenya for four years of suffering up to now, all bad things happened to us and others lost lives. It's so unfortunate that right now Kenya doesn't want us anymore 💔, recently we had a dialogue with officials and they openly informed us that we're no longer accepted in Kenya and as am talking we're remaining 7 LGBT refugees in kakuma camp, unfortunately we haven't gotten any means of resources to help us relocate 💔 and any time soon they promised to check door to door, so we're all in fear of what may happen next! We need to raise 175,000ksh equivalent to 1,150USD.
For any kind of help here is our donation link, https://www.gofundme.com/f/lgbt-refugees-in-kakuma?utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:
Jasmine: Hi. You're gonna want to hear this.
Omnia: Hello, everyone. I'm here to deliver the worst news of my life. There has been a report talking about how, by September, it is estimated that 2.5 million people in Sudan are going to die, due to hunger and malnutrition and sickness. And you can probably understand that we as the Sudanese people feel very helpless, as we cannot do anything to change the situation or the outcomes. However, it has been stated, even in the report itself, that the only way we can tackle such an issue is by supporting local initiatives and community kitchens.
Jasmine: Now that you've heard from somebody on the ground and from the experts, I'm here to tell you how you can help. In the report that Omnia mentions, they say that this 2.5 million represents 15% of the population of Darfur and Kordofan, two of the areas they believe are the worst affected by this hunger crisis.
This is where HRRDS comes in. They are a Sudanese organization working in South Kordofan, supporting some of the most vulnerable people, including raising funds to feed people across South Kordofan. You can make a one time donation. You can make a monthly donation, if you like. Whichever you choose.
If you want to help people in the Darfur area, you can donate to Sudan Solidarity Collective. They are supporting emergency response rooms and community kitchens in Darfur and across Sudan.
This hunger crisis is affecting the entire country, and especially the conflict zones, which includes Khartoum. Khartoum is the capital city/state. It includes Khartoum, Bahri and Omdurman. And Khartoum Aid Kitchen has been raising funds to support community kitchens across the state.
I urge you all-- particularly people who have been talking about, "Why isn't anybody talking about Sudan? Why isn't anybody doing anything about Sudan?"-- to engage with this, to donate. And, listen, times are tight, money is tough-- flip that over, you know what I'm talking about. If you cannot donate, then please absolutely share.
Abdullah Haniyah's fundraiser has moved very slowly as of late. I must remind you all that he already has 4 children and that his wife is dealing with post-partum while in recovery from childbirth, his newborn is at risk of infection!!
Please do not hesitate to donate!

These past few days, Hussam says that the temperature was quite high, going as high as 37C on Yawn Arafat (the day before Eid)! The situation for everyone continues to be tough in the middle of their continued displacement while they seek safety from bombings.
Thankfully, Hussam managed to buy 5 liter reusable water bottles and pads for the people of the camp he is staying at. Each family received a 5 liter water bottle and 3 packages of high quality hygiene pads. Your donations helped make this possible!
Please keep donating to HelpGazaChildren! This grassroots effort is helping so many people in Gaza when the world has abandoned them!
Donate to our GoFundMe which goes directly to Hussam with NO middleman in between! He also sends money to the North!

Happy new year, and Eid Mubarak
Yesterday, the Israeli army launched three raids, and the raids were so close that shrapnel from rockets fell on our tents.
Please watch the video as fragments fall on our tent and our children are screaming and crying saying that the fragments are falling on us. It is worth mentioning that the video shows part of my family members, including a disabled person with quadriplegic cerebral palsy since birth.
I personally was injured in my back in order to protect my family and children, and I was transferred to a hospital to receive treatment
Yesterday, we wrote a new life, but if other attacks occur, we may become martyrs, so if you want us to remain alive and live happily, this is in your hands by donating to us and contributing to saving an entire family consisting of 42 individuals.
The fate of our lives depends on you, so have mercy on us and our dream is to collect the money and all of us travel and live in safety

"The thobe is the bullet that will scatter into the faces of our enemies.
"Meet Samira, the Palestinians woman wielding her traditional dress as a weapon of strength and defiance." from The Tatreez Circle, 14/Apr/2024:
We are well beyond canary in the coalmine warning levels with the way trans people and particularly trans women are treated on this site.
Maybe you've heard the metaphor of allowing wolves and sheep to share the same space, welcoming everyone. You end up with just wolves because allowing them in that space makes it unsafe for any sheep. Or the story about how a nazi goes into a dive bar and is refused service. The bartender then explains to someone else at the bar that if you serve them once they tell their friends and before you know it you're the nazi bar they all go to and normal customers don't feel safe.
Terfs and other bigots are seeing these targeted harassment campaigns succeed against trans women and rejoicing. They see Tumblr ban them and officially stand by those decisions as endorsement for their harassment. It's a sign to bigots across the internet that Tumblr is a good place for them.
And what's more is that a lot of us probably don't realize just how much trans women contribute to Tumblr. The women banned recently were sources of site-wide memes and posts I wasn't even aware originated from them.any years old memes and references can be traced back to trans women on this site.
How many of these folks have to be removed before this is no longer a site you want to be a part of it? Sure you cultivate your own experience, but you can't follow or interact with people who aren't here. And if I wanted to interact with the nazis and terfs I'd go to reddit.
I encourage everyone to reblog this. Trans women shouldn't have to be the only ones speaking out against the bigotry they're experiencing. They shouldn't be the only ones risking their blogs being nuked by staff. We have to stand with them.

i have donated $5 to this and hoping others who see this can match my donation
Adobe's recent changes to their terms and conditions have been a bit frustrating for many of us long-time users, myself included. After using Photoshop for about 15 years, I'm a little sad to move on. But, the good news is there are plenty of excellent alternatives out there! It's always a good idea to explore different options, regardless of any changes Adobe makes. Here are some great alternatives I found while searching online:
