An Introduction
So I've decided to jump on the bandwagon and start a studyblr. After poking around a bit and lurking here and there, looking for inspiration, I've finally built up the courage to actually go through with this.
To be honest, it's a little daunting, seeing how nearly everyone on here holds themselves to a certain standard which I haven't been able to do so far, but I hope I get the hang of it soon enough.

About Me: - You can either refer to me by my blog name or my first initial, "H" - I have three cats and a dog :D - I adore the rain - My faourite subject switches between Biology and English

Academics: I'm currently enrolled in the IB curriculum, having started my first year in July of this year. This means that I'm currently in DP1, also known as 11th grade.
The subjects I take are:
Biology, Chemistry, and Physics HL (high level)
Maths AA, English, and Hindi B SL (standard level)
______________________________________________________________
Interests: Besides academics, I enjoy a ton of other things. I happen to be in a number of fandoms (One Direction, Taylor Swift, BBC Sherlock, BBC Merlin, Good Omens, and Heartstopper). Alongside this, however, I love learning/reading about space and black holes, dinosaurs, and the occassional history topic.
Hobbies: I enjoy writing and reading, alongside listening to music (who doesn't like music, c'mon).

Procrastinating my presentation/reading the book to the last minute: Check
Essentially, for our English coursework, we were supposed to make PPT's on the chapters we were assigned. My presentation was supposed to be on Friday, but by a sheer stroke of luck, it got shifted to Tuesday (Monday was a holiday for us) and now here I am, 12:30 in the morning on Tuesday, finishing off my presentation before I actually have to present first thing tomorrow in school.
Yep.
You can only reblog this on Nov 16 2023💥
Day 7/14, 6th September, 2023 – Wednesday
Alright! Like I said before, I tried doing that thing where people try to block out their time and then finish as much work as they can within that amount of time, which I guess is called time-blocking??? Or something of the sort?? Either way, that's what I tried to do today. I set reminders reminding me to switch tasks at a particular time and tried to accomplish as much as I could, as seen from my previous post, I'd added 7 tasks in total. Long story short, I had to prioritise and remove 5 of those 7 tasks. And hence, I discovered that time-blocking doesn't really work for me because once I begin a task, I commit to it for as long as I can bear it. Either way, it wasn't a completely unproductive day. I finished my biology notes!! Which was important, because I have my Bio UT on the 13th, which is next Wednesday.
i did a rebrand :0 (still gotta love bildad the shuhite tho
