To anyone,
WHY WERENโT YOU AT ELF PRACTICE?
๐
Ah, St. Nicholas!
Ah! My good fellow, I knew there was something I was forgetting. I am afraid it rather slipped my mind, as I had various cases going on in the foggy December evenings. I studied dentistry, astrology, heraldry, zoology... Elfistry somehow fell by the wayside.
My deepest apologies! I shall be better next time.
With love, Sherlock Holmes
For Klimt,
So, ahhhโฆ why all the murder babygirl?
Ace-chaser,
I... feel as though you are patronizing me. That being said, I thought I was doing the right thing. I felt as though I had no choice but to do that to make a change. I did what I thought was best for my people. I was wrong.
Regretfully, Klimt van Zieks
To Albert: What compelled you to visit Enoch Drebber at prison after all that has happened between you too? What are your feelings regarding him?
Dear anon,
That is quite a difficult question, if I am being perfectly honest. I felt as though I could not move forwards with my life if I did not discuss with him what happened.
He was a large part of my life for a great many months. I thought the two of us were friends, that we could continue to be friends, and I sympathized with his plight. While I hate that he did what he did, that cannot be changed. All I know is that the two of us were a fantastic team.
Furthermore, he is a very smart person, and I needed advice in some social scenarios I found myself in. I am hopeless when it comes to such things, but Enoch seems to find a way to the center of every problem. I have been coming back regularly... it seems he simply wanted someone to listen to him, and I have endless time to do so!
With care, Albert Harebrayne
Humphrey Van Zieks,
We hope you will take a few moments of your time to respond to our survey.
You are the father or lord Barok, yes? How many other children have you fathered? Is that number different from your amount your wife has had? Names of said children, would be appreciated.
Your response will be recorded anonymously. Thank you for participating in our survey

To the FDGSCB,
I find your questions rather insulting, though I feel I have no choice but to answer them. Yes, I am the father of Lord Barok. Of course I am. In terms of other children, I am the father of the late Klimt and Rosamund, with my wife, the late Eloise.
In terms of other children, how am I supposed to know? It is not my responsibility to keep track of them. I am not the one who was pregnant, nor did I live with anyone else who may have been. I was with my wife, with whom I had three children.
Lord Humphrey van Zieks
To anyone,
Hey look at that dog!

Erm...
I know I've only been reading for so long, but I'm pretty sure that's a goat. I do hope that helps.

special credit in this very special ask goes to my friend's beloved Countess Mavis "Bram Stroker's Dragula" of Pissington On Peepeesshire, ESQ
Dear father,
I have a request for you.
Please destroy any case files that has something to do with Victoria Karma.
Henry
My son,
While I understand you may be hesitant to re-experience a difficult time in your life, I will not be a part of any sort of destruction of evidence. I am honestly surprised that you would ask me, of all people, to do something like the conspiracy our family was dragged into all those years ago.
I will not be complicit in this. All I can ask is that you talk to someone about the trouble you are in. Particularly your Uncle Sherlock, if you can manage it.
With care, Lord Barok van Zieks
For herlock, what are your intentions for my friend and your self proclaimed โpartnerโ?
-genshin
Dearest Genshin,
My intentions for my partner all depend upon what his intentions for me may be. I assure you it is nothing improper, and--
EGADS!
Detective Asougi?! You have been dead for many years! Am I conversing with a ghost? How could this be possible?
Do not scare me like that, Detective! I know I frustrated you in life, but you do not have to frighten me so!
That being said, I have sent him a letter expressing my feelings towards him and asking him to come to England. Perhaps, if he cannot, I may visit him in Japan. I miss him dearly.
Frightened, Herlock Sholmes
Dear Mr. Holmes, erm, it's Gina. Inspector Gina Lestrade. You know who I am, we've met. This is probably a stupid question, but... would I be able to come live at Baker Street? Asougi can sleep on the floor. He said he's waiting on a special bed to come in for him. Or I could sleep in the same bed as him. Or I could sleep on the floor! I've certainly slept in worse places.
Inspector Lestrade!
How nice it is to hear from you! I have certainly been wondering if I would receive a request of such kind. There is always a spare couch at Baker Street if you so desire. You needn't pay rent if you cannot afford it, though I would certainly appreciate a spare bit of money. I am an avid spender! My methods are occasionally quite costly.
That being said, you are very near and dear to my family. It is clear that both Kazuma and Iris care for you quite a large amount. Kazuma has received the futon he was waiting on and therefore you could sleep in his old bed if you so desire, so long as you can put up with his general restlessness and tendency to stay up well into the night.
Please, come and enjoy dinner with us, if nothing else! Sit by the fire, recount some of your investigations for us, visit Iris's garden. We would love to have you.
Iris, I've heard that Kazuma is very fond of you. Did you know that? - ๐น
Dearest ๐น,
He is? That brings me such joy! I know that I find him to be quite an excellent older brother to myself, a good friend and a role model.
He seems to be quite down on himself a lot of the time, and in those moments I do try to find some way to cheer him up. I bring him tea, I give him a hug, I ask if he wants to participate in one of my experiments, and I talk his ear off about what I'm working on.
Sometimes when I am writing stories, I ask for his help in trying to figure out what the best word to use would be. He takes quite a bit of pride in his literacy, and I do like to try and give him that boost in self confidence. He is also teaching me to write in the Japanese script, and I hope to exchange letters with my family in Japan soon!
Thank you for letting me know!!! Iris
Dear father-in-law,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to invite you to our baby shower, which will be held in three months.
I know that this invitation comes at a difficult time for our family, as we are still mourning the loss of my brother-in-law. His memory will always be in our hearts, and I know that he would have been so excited to welcome our new baby into the world.
We would be honored to have you join us in celebrating the newest addition to our family. Your presence would mean the world to us, and we hope that you can make it.
With love,
Lord Blackquill.
To Lord Blackquill,
Thank you for your kind invitation. I am certain that my husband and I will be able to attend this celebration, and we look forward to welcoming this new life into our family. I hope that our presence there will be able to bring a bit more life to such a dark time you and your wife have been facing.
Respectfully, Lord van Zieks.
