Yoshida is NOT the death devil I can’t believe y’all would say some disrespectful shit like that😭 I’ll be real I’ll be surprised if the death devil is even in the human world because there’s no way a fear as instinctual and old as of death could be killed in hell, unless by chainsaw, like I just find that notion silly. If death is gonna be in the main cast then it’s either of their own will as one of the primal fears, or because they’ve been harnessed and are now weaponized by some shady organization (see Yoshida). Secondly WHY out of ANY alter ego they could pick would death want to be Yoshida. He is a hentai subgenre he is fujobait he is godawful at his job he has served no role in this manga so far besides show up when no one wants him act like a creep and then leave. He has knowledge on the horsemen (and there’s good reason to believe he even knows them) but that certainly doesn’t guarantee him being a horseman himself. He’s powerful, that much is certain, but if he can get bodied by Quanxi and intercepted by Infinity I don’t think he could possibly measure up statistically to what Fujimoto has in store for Death’s potential character.
