Another one that's just too good Not to repost Like I got such a good laugh out of this like a whole-hearted cackle sesh.

I just like to imagine that Rick fucks up writing all the time and he tries to avoid writing all the time Like he misspells shit 24/7 and like fucks up where to put a comma sometimes.

i love how its basically canon that although rick is incredibly intelligent, skilled, and talented, supposedly being 'the smartest man in the universe', he doesn't bother with learning english and he's not exemplary at it. obviously we see this first in that morty's mindblowers scene where he says "granite" instead of "granted", where he is fully convinced that its pronounced granite. but also in the vat of acid episode he mocks morty for bothering to do english homework ("you're still learning english? that's the language you speak. how dumb are you?"). rick finds only the bare parts of english important, just the aspects that let us communicate to each other well enough. but if you made him sit down and write a 2000 word essay without being able to invent some kind of machine to do it for him, i wholeheartedly think he'd explode

I said this before the smartest ppl, besides Rick, are the women in the show. And he acknowledges and respects that often I think

I was idly thinking about the people that Rick sees as his equal--Beth, Space Beth, Summer, Diane, Dr. Wong--and it hit me that, oh yeah, what do they all have in common? They're women!

I mean, he does view some men as equals--Bird Person, probably Squanchy, maybe Mr. Poopybutthole before he went off the rails--but Raising Gazorpazorp gets more ridiculous with every season.
