His Last Sunset On Csilla

I just finished watching Transformers Prime (haven't watch the movie yet) and...when Bumblebee killed Megatron my heart just dropped, and I think that Optimus's did too. When it just panned over to him with his wide optics as he watched the light go out of Megatron's...I saw a glimpse of Orion there.

And with all honesty, I don't believe that he will be able to live without him. Megatron was his mission, in the beginning the war, before it was even a war, Megatronus was there, they fought together, they were brothers. Then the betrayal came and it became about saving his friend and his planet. Eventually Optimus started to just seek revenge, for his brother and for his home. But at the end, I think that Optimus still had hope that he could save him. He wanted to save Megatron. And that chance was taken away from him.

And for the past 4 million years! Optimus' every waking moment has been consumed by Megatron. How would he live once the mission was over? Who would he be? I don't think he's ready to find the answer to that, and I don't think he'll survive to find out. I don't think he can.

OCC Thrawn, Thurfian redemption arc, random idea!

Coming Home

Snow drifted past them all, sticking to their shoes and hair. His nose stung with the prickle of cold, his shoulders ached, and his hands began to numb. But Eli did not notice as he looked up at the face of the former Grand Admiral who stood before him, his head bowed, hands clasped behind his back. His red eyes were closed as tears trickled down the planes of his face, and Thrawn was smiling. A feeling of relief settling in his bones.

A Chiss with a general air of distain and wariness moved forward, an embroidered cloak, a sun on each shoulder, secured with a golden tassel moved forward and into Thrawn's line of sight.

“Exile.”

His eyes lifted up, tears still flowing freely.

“Thurfian, Patriarch. You are the one who called for my exile. Rest assured that whatever lesson you wished to instill in me, I have learned tenfold. I wish only peace upon the Chiss. But I understand our ways.” He fell to his hands and knees. “But please, if you are to kill me, shoot me now, so that I may not know a single more day away from Her.” Thrawn's finger curled around the snow beneath his palms, as if to soak up as much of the cold of his mother world as he could.

Thurfian, the Chiss, took a step back. His red eyes widening by a fraction. His head tilted to the others, military and political leaders alike, before turning his eyes once again to the Chiss before him. His shoulders slumped.

“Mitth’raw’nuruodo …” he stopped, and took a breath, he squared his shoulders, “My brother, you will not die today.” Thurfian unclipped the cloak from his shoulders and…and placed it on Thrawn’s.

“Welcome home, Mitth’raw’nuruodo. Welcome back to Csilla.”

"Tiny."

Yeah, young Thurfian is really selfish. Patriarch Thurfian is more laid back and a giver, he would do it for his girl.

Now does he has any game ? 🤭

Wether Syndic or Patriarch do you think he found success with women ?

Oh definitely. If only for the fact that he's powerful, more than a few women have found their ways into his bedchambers.

But personally I believe that even if at first glance he seems unlikely to flirt, maybe even prudish, he is extremely charismatic.

I absolutely love the first one. He looks gentle, sad, knowing, satisfied, and in control all at the same time. Maybe a little bit of mirth there as well.

*gasp* There’s more of my favorite blueberry, not just half a face on a book cover :O

Interesting point, only sons ? I do see him go crazy for his daughter yet. But yeah he would be super protective, like Thrawn, just a different way.

(Thrawn totally wants girls, but would be happy with boys)

I think that Thurfian would want boys, but would be crazy for his daughter. Tell her the story of how Thalias held him at gunpoint, and be like "never be afraid to stand up for what you believe in."
