Monday 30/10
Today I had 945 calories which is a little too close for comfort for me but at least it's under I suppose. I wish I could make my own dinner so I can control what I eat more😭
For lunch I had an apple and some black tea because I was feeling pretty hungry, which was 50 calories
After school I had a little bowl filled with lettuce, salmon, scrambled eggs and a tiny bit of avocado which was 196 calories
For dinner mum made pasta, leas and crumbed sausages which I ended up having two of, that was 697 calories😭
My families ordering pizza *again* for dinner😭 I think I might just take my meta day today so I can enjoy it because ill feel disgusting regardless. God I wish my family was healthy, I did so good today too I only had one thing and it was like 200 calories </3
I think this is gonna be my new safe food because oh my god it's actually so yum and only 114 kcal for the three of them. I am literally obsessed like you have no idea
Saturday 28/10
Today I had 729 calories, I really wanna cut down though because I haven't really lost any weight in the past week😭
For breakfast/lunch dad made me some sausages and eggs and I felt bad so I didn't wanna turn it down😭 it was 353 calories
I had a little meal around 5 because I get hungry around then, it was around 25 calories
For dinner I had what I had yesterday which is some glazed salmon with some leftover creamy potatoes which was 350 calories
I made a little breakfast for school today! I'm going to go shopping after school and get some more fruit+vege because I'm a little sick of living off of Greek yoghurt and oats😭 this was 229 kcal and I can't wait to eat it in a couple hours
Oats- 1/4 cup- 156 kcal
Greek yogurt- 1/4 cup- 63 kcal
Honey- 1/2 tsp- 10 kcal
+a little bit of ginger and flower petals for some colour
Just had a quest bar and I'm sorry but they taste so bad😭 I think if I really got a craving for something sweet I'd rather just have a chocolate bar and go for a run or something. They only had the cookies and cream one so maybe that's just a bad flavour?
Friday 2/11
Sadly I couldn't do a full 24 hr liquid fast like I wanted to because my step sister was getting sus but I did consume net 0 calories instead😭 I went on like a 3 hr walk
In total today I had 632.5 calories! I feel so much better than yesterday, I was actually devastated over those chips
Breakfast:
1/4 a banana, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1/8 blueberries, 99 kcal
Lunch:
2 rice cakes with cucumber, 85 kcal
Dinner (which my mum made):
1/4 a mince pie, 2 tablespoons of baked beans, 1/2 cup potato, 394.5 kcal
Dessert:
An apple, 3 tsp greek yogurt, some cinnamon, 54 kcal
Went out for an early tea, I had to eat it all because my aunty knows about my ed and now I feel so gross😭 I reckon it was around 700 kcal from what I've looked up
I made a little fruit bowl with yoghurt! Only 126 kcal

Half a banana- 53 kcal

Due to outrageously high processing fees, the family seven-year-old Omar still has not raised enough funds to do Omar’s complete skin graft. A partial graft has been done, but they still need funds to cover the rest of Omar’s wounds. Their father also remains in critical condition and in danger of permanent paralysis.
They need to raise €300 EUR to cover the cost of transportation. Of this amount, they have raised €180 so far. That means they still need €120 EUR to evacuate.
