a blog is not about writing personal stuff but to be honest a very proud moment happened with me when I was in class 6.

I performed with The God of Kathak Late Guruji Birju Maharaj.... The moment when I got up on stage I was shivering.. He taught the dance moves in the most easiest way.... One of his favorite student also assisted...

I often don't disclose my proud moments but I had to write it down...

Pankaj Udhas (1951-2024)

I was in class 5 when i heard his song, my mom played a song called "Chitthi Ayi Hai"... At that age I was not aware what the lines of the song carried. Again, after some months I heard the song "Ahista" and "Chandi Jaisa Rang"... Never knew that his songs will become a daily habit...

Never imagined that a day will arrive when I have to say Pankaj Udhas is no more with us....

You were there with me when the world was against.. Your songs made me heal from all the traumas I had...

Whenever I used to stay quite and sad, Pankaj Ji's songs used to be a healer..... Who knew that my journey with him is going to end so soon...

7years of listening to Pankaj Udhas.. You will be in my heart, forever Pankaj Ji...

Ahista se nahi bata pai, dhadkan ko bhi sunne de rahi hu, raaz ki sarri baat bolrahi hu... Magar aaap nahi rahe.. Aabh mujhe kaun hakikat se chutkara dilwayega?? Itni bhi kya jaldi thi??

Being a girl of Kolkata always made me feel good. I never regret the fact that I am from Kolkata (even though it lacks employment) because I am so in love with this city. Though I live in barrackpore but kolkata has occupied a special corner in my heart. Roaming around Central Avenue, Rash bihari avenue, Shakespeare Sarini, Coffee House, Cathedral Church, Victoria, Dhakuriya, and what not.

I have a weird wish to fulfill and that is, when I will be in college I will roam around to view the simple beauty of Kolkata all alone (since I don't have much knowledge about the road/street which leads to what) to gather some sense about the city. Wearing a simple saree, earring, teep (bindi), churi, and earphones on, which will play all types of bangla gaan (je kawta din and abar phire ele is a must, will be repeated).

Weird i know but I want to enjoy some part of my life/day being alone, roaming around the streets of Kolkata which will give me some degree of piece. Thats all for today

সুন্দরী মেয়েদের বয়ফ্রেন্ডরা কেন পজেসিভ বা প্রোটেক্টিভ হয়, আর বিড়ি বা গাঞ্জা খাওয়া মেয়েদের বয়ফ্রেন্ডরা কেন এতো উদার হয়, সেই প্রশ্নটার উত্তর সেদিন থেকে আমি জানি।

এইজন্য সবার আগে সক্রেটিসের কথাটা মাথায় রাখা জরুরি। নো দাইসেল্ফ। নিজেকে জানতে হবে। আপনি রইস্যার নানী, ঐটা সমস্যা না। কিন্তু আপনি নিজে রইস্যার নানী হয়ে যখন আপনি সবাইকেই আপনার মতো নানী ভেবে বসেন, এবং সবাইকে কেন আপনার মতো করে ট্রিট করে না, ঐ প্রশ্ন করে বসেন, তাহলে কেমনে হবে?
