O'Neil Cylinder: It would consist of two counter-rotating cylinders.They would rotate so as to provide artificial gravity via centrifugal force on their inner surfaces. Eg: Cooper Station in Interstellar movie 🌃🌌 4. Halo ring: Ringworlds or Halo rings would have a thickness of a few thousand feet, and require raw materials with a mass equal to that of Jupiter. Mountain "walls" a thousand miles high would line each rim, preventing the atmosphere from leaking into space.
