God, I don't envy people who have 3G and are trying to make Ticketmaster happen, that's for sure. I'm doing my best to make my voice heard but with everything else going on, sometimes things just get delegated to someone else and... yeah, that's my explanation, at least. i think hitting the gym is such a healthy outlet for stress. i am in the best shape of my life at the moment because i've channeled all of my stress and anxiety into pilates. i think you should allow yourself to eat your feelings for day one, and then once it's over you find something that makes you feel good and you focus on that.

some things just never change and that’s me hitting the gym to solve all my problems. when kylie and i fell out i hit the gym and had one of the biggest transforms of my life. i know it didn’t really solve my problems but it helped me out. any suggestions i can do before i eat myself into a vanilla salted caramel ice cream coma? @hfrpstarters

alycia: likewise. i feel like working on a new album is special update worthy. i bet all the fans are super excited about that after you've all sort of done your own thing for a while. i'm sure it's gonna be amazing, and i can't wait to hear whatever you guys cook up. not a whole lot on my end. i've just been a busy little bee work wise. i think the newest, biggest news i've gotten so far is that i've been cast in the new godzilla vs. kong film.

luke: aye, good to hear from you. i'm good and the family is good. don't really have any special updates except that i'm working on the next 5SOS album. should be dropping that sometime in the later year/next year. what about you? what's happening in your world?

girl, if you want to try pilates then let me know. i have this adorable studio that i go to and the ladies who teach it are the best. they snatched my waist so quick. exactly. i don't know what's going on, but if you need someone to vent to then i'm here. odds are i've probably been in the same boat as you, so we can swap war stories.

i think i should try pilates because i have been seeing people's results and they look fantastic. yeah i've been eating and drinking them today, but tomorrow it's back to the gym and working on my businesses. can't let one thing stop me from working on what i love.

i have never taken my career or the opportunities i've been given for granted. i know how lucky i am to have the jobs that i've been given. this business could chew you up and spit you out without a moments notice. right now it's still in the early stages. i believe we should start filming sometime later this year? fallout is such a beautiful masterpiece. i don't think they could have picked a better cast to bring such a wonderful game to life.

i can't stand the fact that we keep missing each other. we always promise to meet up and play catch up, but then we end up failing miserably. promise me that we'll make this happen very soon? i'll be out of town for a little while, but once i get back i demand a lunch date. we have so much to catch up on. @itsawsten
