Something funny before bed :)
Melli introducing himself to the family Ingo Protection Squad.
what if one day Ingo finds a way to go back to Unova and he has to leave Melli...
(I'm literally crying rn)
A silly thing that @draconicsparkle and I wrote together for fun. Nagizuru but he's an SCP. Please enjoy.
...
It had started out as a typical day. Well, typical for this place. The SCP Foundationâs bases tended to have bizarre occurances on a daily basis.
But still, it could be relatively routine at times. And it had been shaping up to be that kind of day again. The morning and afternoon had been fine, Hajime keeping SCP-4673 company. It wasnât hard at all. It mostly consisted of him simply being in the same room as the entity. Though there were moments of physical contact. But not enough to be annoying.
But the evening rolled around, and the two shared the consensus of not wanting to make dinner themselves. So they elected to visit the staff cafeteria. They did this on their lazy nights. So there wasnât too much panic when Nagizuru teleported them into the room.
âThank you. Now, letâs see what they have. Want me to grab you something while you get a table?â Hajime asked as he stepped away from the white haired man.
The always present smile widened. âThat is a suitable delegation of tasks. Very well. Return to my side as swiftly as you can.â Then he disappeared. Hajime turned to get in line, ignoring the startled shouts of some of the staff who clearly hadnât expected the Apollyon class monster to appear near them. His sudden teleportation caused some overhead light bulbs to explode, slamming into some unfortunate people in line. The shards completely dodged Hajime, who seemed unaffected by the situation. "Keep that thing away from us, will you?" someone in line yelled. Hajime had to hold back the urge to punch the guy.
Putting that temporarily out of his mind, he accepted two plates of tonightâs dinner. Large bowls of fried rice. The scent was mouthwatering and he found himself excited. He hadnât had this in several years.
So he quickly walked over to the table Nagizuru had chosen. It was a small one near the back, away from everyone else. Not unusual, as the SCP enjoyed having all of the brunetteâs attention on him.
He placed the bowls down on the table with the silverware, pulling his seat in and grabbing a fork. âIt smells really good. I might even get seconds.â
He scooped up some with his fork and lifted the steaming food to his mouth. But before he was able to take the bite, he noticed the man across from him. His hair was writhing, as if it was alive. And he was glaring at the bowl in front of him. Hajime sighed and put the fork back down. âAnd what is the matter?â
Nagizuru glanced up at him before returning to stare at the food. âRice⌠and peas.â
Hearing the displeased tone, Hajime groaned. âAgain with this? Grow up and just eat them. Itâs not like you are allergic or anything.â
Nagizuruâs smile was clearly more of a grimace now. âI refuse. You shouldnât force yourself to eat repulsive food groups such as these. I shall change it for us.â
The SCP reached for the food, fingertips making contact with it. But Hajime grabbed his bowl and pulled it closer to himself. âGet off! This is mine. And Iâm gonna enjoy it. Now you eat yours!â
Nagizuru let out a growl, accompanied by the sound of crackling. The pale limbs began to elongate and the entityâs form also started increasing in scale. In addition, the white hair grew longer and longer.
Several members of the foundation screamed or shouted in fear and the sound of tables and chairs being pushed away or falling were audible. Most of the people were terrified of the creature in front of them and they ran out of the room.
But not Hajime. He didnât even bat an eye, just returning his attention to his food and picking up the fork. âThrowing a tantrum because you donât want to eat certain things? How mature.â Hajime started eating his food, as if nothing was amiss. âReturn to normal. You are surely breaking things,â he said with his mouth full of peas.
âI will not,â the SCP stated in a voice that sounded layered by dozens of others. He rearranged himself so that his body was more comfortable with the increasing size.
But the creatureâs sudden growth pushed over the table they had been sitting at, both bowls of the fried rice falling and splattering onto the floor.
The sight of the food on the ground made Hajimeâs patience snap. âFine. I wonât push it anymore.â But before Nagizuru could feel any sort of victory, he turned around and began walking back to the kitchen area. âHowever, I intend to enjoy this meal. So I shall get another portion and go find somewhere else to eat it. Away from you so I won't have to put up with your whining.â
âWhat?â the distorted voice asked in a panicked tone.
Hajime raised his eyebrows with a smirk. âUntil you behave and fix everything you broke, I won't talk to you. AND you will need to eat the fried rice.â
He felt something clutch onto his midsection, pulling him back towards the sea of white hair. He could barely see a giant red eye peering down at him, looking far more resigned than defiant. âOkay⌠Iâll fix everything. And Iâll try it. So donât leave me. Please?â
Rolling his eyes, he nodded. âDeal.â He looked back to see stunned faces staring at them, peeking through the window door. He shrugged and said:
He poked the face hidden under the white hair. âAnd stubborn. Now go back to how you normally are, okay? Can you do that for me?â He made sure to ask these questions in a soft tone, knowing that Nagizuru was not able to resist requests when he talked like this.
âAlright,â the SCP said, body shrinking back to how he usually appeared. Once fully human-like again, he embraced the brunette. âIâll do anything for you, Hajime. Even⌠eat rice and peas.â
Hajime pet the head in a comforting way. âGood. Thatâs what I like to hear. Now letâs fix this room back up.â
A whooshing sound occured and all the tables, chairs, and spilled food was back in perfect condition. Hajime rewarded this with a hug of his own. âThank you.â He separated and pointed to the chair. âNow, letâs have a less chaotic meal. No more shenanigans.â
âNo more shenanigans". Nagizuru repeated.
Hajime sat down and picked up his fork, the entity copying him seconds after. Before taking his first bite, he looked at Hajime's eyes with his usual smile, now looking amused.
â⌠for now.â
fuyuhiko birthday fic
â â â â â
this is gonna be posted after his bday is over, but i finished it before 12AM so TECHNICALLY. i am on time.
i adore fuyuhiko, probably expected from my mod name. he's my favorite character in goodbye despair, i kin him so hard and i wanna kiss him all over his stupid rosy cheeks!!!! he's my fave boy ever
if this reads as a bit rushed, it is, i was actually racing the clock. i started this at like 10:30PM and finished at literally 11:59AM, i had to get it done for my bestboy
i hope you all enjoy it!!! and wish fuyu a happy birthday <3
- mod birthday boy
â â â â â
đŻď¸ â you knew from the very beginning of your relationship that fuyuhiko wasn't one for big parties. he just wasn't used to them.
đŻď¸ â growing up, he never had a big birthday party with other kids. no music, no party hats, no dancing. all the other adults in his family would come over, give him his gifts, and socialize while fuyuhiko spent the rest of the day alone with peko.
đŻď¸ â and while most of your classmates encouraged you to throw a huge party for him, the last thing you wanted was to push him out of his comfort zone on his special day.
đŻď¸ â the first thing you did was get him a small notebook. it was small, brown leather covering the front and back. it was bound by an elastic band with a little golden ribbon as a placeholder.
đŻď¸ â you'd gotten yukizome to help you, so she asked fuyuhiko to run an errand for her that'd take a good amount of time. pick up a paper, make a lot of copies of it. simple, but time consuming.
đŻď¸ â this gave you time to go around the room, offering some assorted gel pens that yukizome gifted you, letting your classmates write individual notes to fuyuhiko in the first pages of the leather notebook. a bit of supervision from yukizome was needed so that no one wrote anything mean.
đŻď¸ â after everyone wrote their note, you all left your signatures at the very back page of the book. you'd already gotten natsumi to write a note and leave her signature that morning, as well as her friend from the reserve course.
đŻď¸ â yukizome skillfully stacked all of the gift boxes from your classmates behind her podium so that fuyuhiko wouldn't find them, just in time for him to come back with the papers she asked for.
đŻď¸ â a few of your classmates were terrible at being subtle, but it helped ease the element of surprise a bit.Â
đŻď¸ â the day of his birthday, fuyuhiko walked in to balloons tied into the legs of his desk. to his surpriseâ as per yours and peko's requestsâ everyone was fairly calm when wishing fuyuhiko his birthday. he'd blush a bit, suck his teeth and wave them off with a dismissive, "thanks."
đŻď¸ â he was just as bad at being subtle though, it was easy to tell the attention was making his day and flustering him.
đŻď¸ â instead of starting class normally, yukizome wished fuyuhiko a happy birthday and pulled out the gifts everyone got for him. after she told everyone that it was a free day because of the special occasion, she left to go grab the cake.
đŻď¸ â everyone was teasing fuyuhiko alongside their birthday wishes, making him blush red and get more defensive than usual. he wasn't angry though, the way he would fight back a smile before responding to his classmates gave him away.
đŻď¸ â the cake was wonderfully made and decorated, thanks to teruteru. after you all sang happy birthday and fuyuhiko blew out his candles, it took a lot of convincing that there wasn't milk in the cake and there were no attempts to punk him on his birthday before he ate a piece.
đŻď¸ â class ended a bit after everyone finished their cake, akane taking the rest that no one ate for herself before anyone could protest. both you and fuyuhiko bid peko a farewell as he led you out of the classroom toward your dorm. fuyuhiko insisted on walking you back instead of the other way around, despite how much you insisted that it was his special day.
"soâŚ" you started with a smile on your face, fuyuhiko looking at you and raising an eyebrow. "so?" he asked in a similar tone, almost mocking you. "did you enjoy your day, birthday boy?" you asked, taking his hand to swing them back and forth.
fuyuhiko looked away from you, head tilting downward as his gaze fell to the floor. you knew him well enough to look for the way the corners of his lips tilted upwards. "yeah.. yeah. today was nice. i already know you planned all this, so⌠thanks." he said, squeezing your hand softly to convey his gratitude.
"anytime, fuyuhiko." you told him sincerely, pulling him closer and leaning your head on him. "do you have enough energy for one more gift, though?" you asked, catching his attention as he raised his head to gaze at you once more. "yeah?" fuyuhiko replied, eyes roving over you to see what you could have for him.
the two of you reached your dorm, fuyuhiko moving to stand in front of you the way he always did to bid you a goodnight. you reached into the inside pocket of your blazer, pulling out the notebook. "happy birthday, fuyu." you told him softly, pushing the book into his hands. fuyuhiko examined it, turning it over in his hands before pulling the elastic band off. he flipped through it carefully, skimming the notes in the pages with softened eyes. he flipped faster through the rest of the empty ones before he landed on the last page, a genuine smile growing on his face at the signatures.
"i hope you like it," you started, nervous at his silence despite the smile on his face. "and i hope you enjoyed yourself today. the notebook wasn't expensive and the pens were yukizome-sensei's, so don't worry about repaying me. i'd do this for you any day, but i thought you'd like it especially today."
fuyuhiko merely looked up at you, and that's when you noticed the tears brimming his eyes. "aw, fuyu! don't cry!" you cooed happily, making him scoff as he scrubbed his eyes with his wrist. " 'm not crying! shut up, dammit-" he grumbled, pulling you into a tight hug. you hugged him back, squeezing him a bit and making him laugh a little.
"happy birthday, fuyu." you mumbled softly in his ear, turning your head and pressing a kiss to his cheek. fuyuhiko did the same in return, "thanks. you.. you do too much. you make me too damn happy, you idiot." he told you stubbornly, pulling away and sniffling a bit.
fuyuhiko carefully pulled the elastic band back over the book, gazing at you with a loving look in his eye, "go to bed. i'll see you tomorrow, alright?" he instructed. you nodded, grabbing your room key out of your blazer pocket and unlocking your dorm. you smiled at him as you pushed the door open, "i love you, happy birthday again."
fuyuhiko rolled his eyes fondly, "yeah yeah, love you too. thanks." he mumbled, pulling you into a kiss before lightly pushing you into your dorm. he waved at you, walking away as you closed the door.
looking down at the small notebook in his hand, fuyuhiko smiled.
happy birthday indeed.
Hello!! Different anon, but i'm currently making Midoriya's battle suit, how did you go about making his belt and those black leg parts?? Thank you!!
Hi! I donât have any pictures of these parts in-progress, but here are some illustrations that might help! I made the leg armor out of an old yoga mat; you need something firm yet squishy. These are the parts I cut out of it!
Youâll have to do your own measurements to get it to fit your body, I canât help you there. Youâll want it to be kinda snug, since itâs only being held up with pressure. (If this doesnât work for you, you could try to attach it to your pants with velcro or pins or something.)Â
I attached everything together with hot glue and duct tape! (Basically the entire interior is covered in duct tape.) Itâs not very professional but it works.Â
Next you just need some old/cheap leggings!
Just stretch the leggings over the cut-up pads and use more hot glue and duct tape to keep it in place. Youâll have to do some cutting around the little notch at the top, but otherwise itâs pretty self-explanatory.Â
The the belt is a strip of red pleather that I had left over from when I made Jasperâs boot-covers! I just sewed over the edges (and hot-glued an old belt in the back to keep it stiff). The pouches are made from the same material, and are pretty easy to make. Hereâs an approximation of my pattern:
I couldnât actually find a buckle I liked, so I improvised. The belt buckle itself is just an old phone case that I cut apart and spray-painted (lol). I stuck some velcro on the back, and thatâs how the belt sticks together. I bet you could find a better way to do that part though!
Good luck with your costume, Iâd love to see the end result!
A friend of mine wanted to cosplay Sylveon for an upcoming convention we were attending and asked for my help. As I love making cosplay props and helping others, I worked on making the ears for her and photographed the process for this tutorial to help others. This tutorial ended up a bit longer than expected so bear with me :)
What youâll need:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Craft foam: I had about three sheets lying around that were $1 each and I bought a huge roll at Michaelâs for $8
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Scissors
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Hot Glue Gun and a lot of refill sticks
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Pen and Pencil
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Acrylic Paint: Youâll need white, pink, two types of blues (a lighter one and a medium one), and a light teal/seafoam.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Three Pieces of Sandpaper: I believe mine were a 75, a 100, and a 150
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Headband: I recommend the stiff kind that is covered in fabric. You can buy a three pack at Walmart for about $4
The Process:
      Step One: Pattern Making
The first thing you need to do is draw out your pattern with pencil on paper. I just Googled a picture of Sylveon and used that as my reference picture. Once you have it drawn, cut out the pattern.
Step Two: Making the Foam Shapes
Now youâre going to trace your pattern onto the craft foam with a ballpoint pen (pencil tends to tear the foam). Youâll need: two of the little hair piece, four of the full ears, and two of the full ears with the center cut out. After you have outlined all of your pieces, cut them out of the foam. I trimmed along the sharp edges of the back of the piece on the bottom of each stack in the second picture, the front of the top piece, and the front of one hair piece and the back of the other to round out all of the edges for sanding.
      Step Three: Gluing
I donât have a picture for this step, but itâs easy to understand. You need to take your hot glue and glue together the two full ear pieces with the rounded edge at the back and glue the two hair pieces so the rounded edges face out. A word of caution: foam can warp with the heat of the glue gun so just try and smooth it out the best you can.
      Step Four: Sanding
Now youâre going to sand all of the edges that you rounded before. BE CAREFUL! The sandpaper (especially the roughest) will tear the foam, so sand lightly. Start with your roughest (the smallest number) and then use the middle size and then finish with the smoothest paper.
      Step Five: Paint it Pink
Youâre going to paint the very front and sides of the ear (the two pieces with the center cut out on the right) and the back and sides of the two pieces you glued together earlier. Youâll also paint both sides of the little hair piece. Leave the front of the glued pieces blank, youâll be painting them later. Also, foam tends to absorb the paint so it will take quite a few layers to cover the foam fully. I think I used about six layers. Let this paint dry.
      Step Six: Painting the Blue
For this step, I mixed a medium blue and a light blue until I was happy with how it matched Sylveon. This will be the âinsideâ of the ear. Most of this will be covered by the front piece so donât worry about having perfect edges while youâre painting. Let this dry before you move on.
      Step Seven: Some More Gluing
First off, I apologize for the terribly picture quality, the lighting wasnât great so the picture came out a bit orange. For this step, youâre going to glue the front piece over what you just painted blue. Again, the foam will slightly warp with the heat and stay that way once itâs cooled so work fast to smooth it out.
      Step Eight: Bow and Ribbons
Now youâre going to make a pattern and cut out the bow and ribbons (ribbons not pictured). For these you only need one layer, so youâll end up with one foam bow and two foam ribbons. The center of the bow matches the pink of the ear and the stripes on the ribbons are light teal/seafoam, blue that matches the inner ear, and pink.
      Step Nine: Assembly
Finally, youâre going to hot glue everything together. The bow is glued to the left ear with a little space left on the sides to slide the end of the ribbon under. The ears are then glued to the headband. I positioned them similar to how I saw them pictured when I was Googling reference pictures. Last but not least, slide the end of each ribbon under the bow and position to your liking. As you can see, I wrapped one up around the right ear and glued and the other is just slightly folded and glued to the side of the headband.Â
Now youâre done! I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial, have fun with your new Sylveon ears!
I will be posting better pictures of the set of ears soon, I just need to touch up the paint in places because the pen is showing through.
