-Kaoru's inclination to illness is genetic, so Nako gets sick easily too. When that happens, Reki almost can't shut her up.

-Kiiro only gets sick once in a blue moon, and when he does, it never lasts longer than thirty-six hours.

-Jaiyan, on the other hand, is prone to illness, and they almost can't function when they get sick.

-When they do, Kiiro refuses to let them do anything. Not that Jaiyan would've tried, because a fever is like pneumonia to their body.

-What Kiiro hates the most is when Jaiyan cries when they're sick, because it means they're in a lot of pain. It makes him feel like his heart is being shattered to pieces.

I just had a fic idea-

OKAY- So I’ve been struggling with how to write a fic with a black m/c, mostly because even though I’m black myself, I’m afraid of overdoing any stereotypes. 

So, I’ve decided to write a fic with a character based on my actual personality, which I will admit, embodies some of the stereotypes about black people, mostly in how we speak, the words we use, and a hefty amount of sass.

I’m not trying to paint these features in a negative light, I’m DEFINITELY not saying that all black people are like this character, because we’re NOT all like this character.

I’m GONNA write this fic, and I just wanna say now that if anybody has a problem with how I write this character.. BOO HOO.

Okay So This Happened

I was at lunch with my friends, and my singular male friend Carter and I started talking about MHA. I have little education pertaining to the fandom, but he's a total weeb about it.

He told me Bakugo doesn't deserve love.

He deadass looked me in the eyes and told me that a character that is SUPPOSED to be written as an antagonist in Japanese standards doesn't deserve love.

I fucking hate Hasegawa Langa.

And I don't regret it.

Think about it: He's a total Gary Stu. He was practically a robot before Reki came along. There's a lot that I hate about him, but here's the thing I hate the most: He won't listen to anyone when they try to help him.

In Undesired Hero, Langa agreed to Miya's stakes without even thinking. He just wanted to skate.

Also, Langa went back on his promise to not skate against ADAM, basically kicking Reki in the back. Even after everyone tried to warn him, he still threw himself in harm's way just to skate.

So do you see my point now?

I will not be swayed on this.

I did my homework and figured out that yellow amaryllis represents happiness and joy. Red amaryllis symbolizes passion, love and attraction.

Calling someone your happiness is a running trope in SK8. Doesn't really surprise me that Shadow's doing it too.

Oka looks a little uneasy with the flowers at first, implying he might know what they mean (which he wouldn't need to do under ordinary circumstances, unless it was for a certain someone)...

BUT THAT SON OF A BITCH TAKES THEM ANYWAY
