I was really indecisive about the bg in this one so there's two versions... tbh visually I prefer this one but I think the black bg and red text makes more sense for the context of the image. feels scarier.

made some new ocs for something i want to write called Unterland which probably wont bear any results for a while but i am very excited about

to this day i think the best part of journal 3 was definitely just these two going hiking in the pacific northwest, both ill-equipped in different ways but clearly having a lot of fun.

giving some context because I never do that for EV stuff: Gills was picked out of a handful of parentless ambymander kids in southern Kaalera for the ATLAS program, which is supposed to fast-track you into a STEM job for Somapex by shipping you to school off-planet. (Supposedly better than the alternative... according to them) Many of his fellow students went on to spread the word that the library was haunted most nights by the spectre of a six foot tall 15 year old with scary glow in the dark eyes.
