i remember when i was doing a religious simpsons painting in my painting 1 class and the professor had been talking about trends that annoyed him, specifically people painting bart back when he taught in the 90′s. i took my painting off the easel and turned it around and my 50-some year old professor had to cope with seeing imagery of bart simpson as a cherub 

So im in boston and there was a Mexican restaurant o really wanted to check out called Lolita.

Just the vibe inside is exactly what I wanted. Dark lights, loud music. And then outside there's a fucking cathedral just looming over it.

Girl are you the Hays Code the way you consider media irredeemable if it depicts anything that strays away from the norm you're comfortable with or depicts anything morally questionable without definitively condemning it and anyone associated with it, therefore creating worse stories and content and making it difficult for people to engage with complicated issues from a nuanced and controlled perspective?
