Sorry, but this is the first thing I thought about after reading this post...
I don’t think Yautja have money. or like any currency. I can’t imagine a Yautja fumbling at their belt for a sack of coins
they just take what they need or want for whatever, everyone who is not a Hunter/off-season Hunters get a job they have a passion for and provide their services, and more “valuable” items can be traded for. they all do what they do because they want to, take pride in their hobbies, and it all supports their quest for glory
I just think it would be very funny to watch a human explain money and capitalism to a Yautja who goes “oh, ew. we don’t do that” and the human is just flabbergasted at every turn like “how do you afford anything??” “we don’t afford anything because affording is not a thing”
the Yautja would simultaneously be horrified like “our planet is half desert and water is free, yours is 75% water and you have to PAY for it??” “to be fair, we can’t drink most of it and making it drinkable is expensive” “okay but whose fault is that and why put a price on it”
Yautja eventually concludes that money exists because humans hate their lives and love shortcuts
I'm just trying to make everything more anatomical and correct, please don't throw your sneakers at me,OK? I don't know what I can do, I'm trying to get out of the artblock and force myself to draw something. I've been very passive lately...Mostly I just sleep or just lie on the bed. Probably, it is because of the stress at school and with personal inconsistencies. I don't know who it is. I just decided to draw something, to be honest. Probably, there will be another character lost in my collection.
