I had a dream I had a little V1 doll with me and I would feed it blood via straw to keep it running and I loved it so much it could be used as a flashlight it could also give a small child 8 stitches and it would fly around me and I loved it I loved it

So uhhh…
I don’t want to die.
Obviously, fear, V1 is afraid of death, it needs to fulfill it’s objective and therefore it would go against it’s programming if it died.
But *pushes up glasses* according to my personal headcanon, I like to think V1’s objective changes from surviving to maximizing efficiency. Not a big change just a small tweak. So in dying V1 has failed to be the most efficient possible. In this interpretation “I don’t want to die” is more out of anger and disappointment towards itself.
