Leona Kingscholar x Reader: Love Letters (3)

The 3rd part is here! For the sake of this fic, we'll pretend Episode/Book 2 either never happened or happens later lol

SUMMARY: To get Ace and Deuce to complete the favor, you must engage in cafeteria warfare to secure deluxe menchi katsu sandwiches! You also meet a mischievous beastman.

Would you really do this much just to get Ace and Deuce to watch Grim? Well, you admit your ulterior motive to agreeing to this was to try out the deluxe menchi katsu sandwich. 

You really doubt you'll get the chance to try out some new foods ever again. Not until the far, far future in which you finally earn some madol. You'd been living off of Crowley's free lunch pass this whole time. You really have to bring up pay at some point with him.

"Go!" You shout as you race forward, holding a tray above your head. Ace and Deuce had gone around throwing a few pieces of food or messing with people's trays and had already incited this chaos. 

Of course, nobody knew it was them specifically with so many people around. They had started an all-out food fight. 

Grim incinerates any food that comes near you with a small puff of blue flames. You catch him also swallowing the incoming food sometimes. He balances precariously on your shoulders. You slip through the disrupted line and finally, you make your way to the front of the queue while everyone is distracted.

There, you secure a few deluxe menchi katsu sandwiches with the money Ace and Deuce loaned together. You also get an egg salad sandwich.

You hold them close to your chest, hiding them in your blazer. You're sure if you get caught with these, you were going to get jumped by several people. 

You carefully slip through the crowd until you're near the exit. There you spot familiar green hair and glasses. "Trey! Thanks for the chocolates! Happy Valentines!" You wave at him. Trey notices you for sure and waves back. 

"[Name], are you alright?" He asks, looking a bit concerned. "Yep, Grim's been protecting me." You nodded. "Nyahahaha, I'll eat everything they throw at me dazo!" Grim smirks. 

"Oh? And where's Ace and Deuce? Did they start this?" Trey smiles, looking amused. "What? No, I was with them when it started. But then I lost them in the crowd after everything uh, happened." You lie casually. 

You can feel him scrutinizing you briefly but he relents in the end. You let out a quiet sigh of relief. "Do be careful. Have a happy Valentines day, [Name]." Trey nods with a smile. "You too!" You yell, "Grim!"

"Nyahaha! Leave this to me dazo!" He hops onto the top of the tray you're holding, now above the crowd, he begins blasting fire to stop the incoming food from hitting you. You open the door and quickly flee the chaos. That should've been the signal for Ace and Deuce to leave as well. 

You get out of there and lean against a wall, taking a break. "Uwah, I can smell it from here dazo! Gimme!" Grim grins, he paws at your blazer where the sandwiches are. "Here you go." You pass him the packaged sandwich. 

"Ah crap. I completely missed the lunch time free-for-all. The deluxe menchi katsu sandwich Leona wanted is already sold out." A beastman with dark blonde hair and large animal ears walks out the cafeteria with a sigh. You squint at him, he looked…had you met him before?

There was no way, you really don't remember meeting any guy with adorable, fluffy ears! Plus, his face was cute. Okay, sue you for liking guys with cute animal ears and maybe a tail. You don't spot  a tail on this guy though. If you think about it, they were just like catboys. 

You stop that thought before it can go further. If you want to survive, you can't just approach danger like this! The above average guys here were the worst.

Your friends were definitely attractive in your world's standards. However, in Twisted Wonderland, this seemed to be the norm. Your friends also happen to all be troublemakers, even though some are less obvious.

Therefore, it was best you steered clear of this guy completely. You get up and begin walking away. Grim is too busy munching on the sandwich to question you, he only follows after you, sandwich in hand, "Nyahaha! The taste of victory, I'll take my time savoring it!"

"Hey, you. Is that a deluxe menchi katsu sandwich?" The boy approaches, spotting you two. Grim, why! You panic. "No, what's that?" You turn around with a curious expression. If you ran, you'd end up looking suspicious and you doubt you could outrun a beastman. 

He sniffs the air. Oh god, he could smell them on you. The beastman stares at your chest. "Hey, my eyes are up here." You glare at him. He raises an eyebrow. "Shishi, I didn't mean to! Not that there's anything to see here." He smiles at you with a mock cheerfulness. 

You deadpan at him as he laughs. You watch as his gaze turns to Grim. "The deluxe menchi katsu sandwich is the sandwich your familiar is holding right now." He gestures toward him, staring at you with an amused look. "Hey! Who are you calling their familiar dazo?!" Grim snarls. You don't like this.

"That's pretty great, y'know? You got your hands on a deluxe menchi katsu sandwich, huh." He grins at Grim. "Huh? What's it to you?" He shot him a wary look. 

"I have to get that sandwich no matter what, but they sold out right in front of me. So, I have a proposition." The beastman pouts, his ears tilting downwards, "Could you trade me that deluxe menchi katsu sandwich for my mini bean paste bread?" 

You clench your fists, you must stay strong and resist. "Huh!? No way in hell dazo!" Grim scowls, "We fought for those!" 

You've never been so thankful for this stupid cat. "Now, now, don't say that." He smiles, "...Here you are."

It's as if some will comes over you, your hand reaches into your blazer and you pull out a deluxe menchi katsu sandwich as he does the same, pulling out a mini bean paste bread. 

"Fgyaa!? Henchman, don't give it to him dazo!" Grim gapes, looking betrayed. "My arms and legs are moving on their own! I'm not doing this!" You shout, trying to stop your limbs as you walk closer to him. 

You switch items with him, horrified to see the mini bean paste bread in your traitorous hands. 

"[Name]! What are you doing!?" You can't even turn your head but you can see Ace and Deuce racing toward you in your peripheral. "Negotiations complete. Shishishi! Thanks for being kind enough to trade me! That mini bean paste bread is just as good." He begins backing away as you test your fingers. 

"It being tiny is a defect. Thanks and bye-bye!" He waves and runs off with a smirk. "No!" You cry after him, chasing him. He's too fast as you expected though you chase him down a few hallways before he jumps out a literal open window. 

You bitterly hope he broke his legs or something down there. "Wh-Why in the great sevens would you give away the sandwich?!" Ace pants, running after you. You're all in a random classroom now. You slump against the wall, defeated. 

"I didn't! He must have some sort of magic that takes over your body or something!" You yell, frustratedly waving your hands around. "F-F-Fgyaaa! My deluxe menchi katsu sandwich!" Grim whines. "It could be his unique magic but still…ugh!" Deuce growls, he looks like he's about to punch the wall and you can't say you don't feel the same. 

"Oh I see, you just kinda went along with it. That happens sometimes." Ace hums in understanding. "No, that's not it all! I can't explain your stupid magic stuff!" You glare at him. "Geez, no need to get mad at me. I'm not the one who gave away the sandwich." He rolls his eyes. 

You rip a bite from the mini bean paste bread with a scowl, "It should be totally illegal to have magic that overrides free will!"

"I don't think there's any rule against that."

"Seriously?!"

You completely forget about the letter and card as you all sulk in the empty classroom.

"Leona, I'm back with lunch." Ruggie calls out, dangling the packaged sandwich in one hand and holding an ice tea in the other. He nudges aside branches and leaves as he makes his way through the botanical garden.

"Hnh, already afternoon?" In a small clearing lies a handsome beastman with brown locks and braids. His tail with a tassel at the end sways lazily as his animal ears twitch under the warm sun. 

"Were you by chance sleeping here all morning? You're gonna fail another class." Ruggie sighs, handing off the sandwich and ice tea to Leona. He peeks inside the package and shakes it around a little. 

"Seems like you got what I…" Leona pauses suddenly with a frown as he sniffs again, "Where did you get this?"

"Ughh, Leona, you always want the stuff that's the most competitive. It was already sold out when I got there so I 'negotiated' with a random student." Ruggie explains, exasperated. 

"Which student? What dorm did they belong to?"

He raises an eyebrow. He really wasn't sure why the usually apathetic Leona cared so much. Still, he racks his brain to recall.

"Oh, it's the student you kept getting me to secretly deliver stuff to and to find out where they sat, I think!" Ruggie snaps in realization. He suddenly stares at Leona, a look of surprise and confusion painted clearly.

"Ah, wait…it's because you have a…um, on them, right?"

The Diasomia boys are well boys, and until you join them, they never really knocked before entering someone else bedroom.

Being at the school they started the habit but once back home they quickly forget this.

Malluesxyou, Liliaxyou, Silverxyou, Sebekxyou

Had anyone in this castle/ cottage hear of knocking?!

You joined the Diasomia group for summer vacation and stay at the castle/ cottage.

Despite the cottage's small size you're given a room of own our but it doesn't matter because you don't sleep there most nights.

Lilia:

Lilia and you try to sneak around the best you can. Trying not to disturbed Silver and you manage, until one morning.

Lilia and you were up up all night and still up. You normally went back to your room but you could hear Silver up and moving around.

"Sh, we need to be quiet." You whispered to Lilia, who just nodded.

Silver was use to you two sleeping in that was normal but you had talked about going to the lake today and wanted to go early. He opened your door to see the room empty.

He quickly went to his Father's door and flung it open. "Father!" Silver began but stopped when he saw the two in a rather compromising position. Luckily your back was turned towards him.

"Silver!" Lilia exclaimed as he pulled the blanket up to cover you up.

"S-Sorry!" Silver exclaimed as he shut the door.

"Knocking! Please learn to knock!" You called after him with a giggle but red faced.

"Good to know I can still traumatized him even in my old age." Lilia chuckled as he received a gentle smack around the chest.

"Lilia!" You gasped just making him laugh more.

Silver:

Lilia knows what you two are up to at night but he seems no harm in it as long as you're being safe.

He can hear you sneaking around at night, going back and forth between the rooms but he always assumed it was at night.

He had gone to the market for his weekly trip. He placed the groceries on the kitchen table. He listened and heard nothing.

"Are they napping again?" He wondered to himself as he made his way to Silver's door. He opened it to see you two laying on his bed naked and asleep but the banging of the door had woken you both up.

"Father!" Silver exclaimed as you did.

"Lilia!" As you both tried to cover up.

You were both red faced as the blanket was brought up to your chin.

"Oops, sorry I should have knocked." Lilia chuckled as he closed the door.

Mallues:

Of course you had your own room, as was proper.

Your room was close to his but it didn't matter where your room was in the castle Mallues came to your room every night.

Some times you even went to his room. That's what you did last night.

Normally you both up early so no one catches you but you were got carried away.

So you were getting out of bed and throwing on your robe when the door was thrown open by Sebek.

"My Lord, your late,...." He began when he was you in your robe and Mallues in just his pajamas bottoms. "My lord, forgive me!" He exclaimed as he blushed and quickly exited the room.

"Knocking Sebek, you need to knock." Mallues called after him.

"Yes my lord!" He called from behind the door making you laugh.

"Poor Sebek. Go easy on him. At least I was in my robe." You chuckled as you go up and hug Mallues.

"Thankfully." Mallues said as he leaned down and kissed you.

Sebek:

Dating a knight wasn't easy but Mallues tried to make it easier by allowing our room close to Sebek's. Right next door.

It made it so easy to spend time together, when Sebek had time. So most of your time spent together at night.

Despite your best efforts you still fell asleep in his room often.

You often woke up to him getting ready for his shift. Every once and awhile you managed to wake up before him and got to wake him up.

Today he had the late shift so you decided to take your time waking him up.

Or so you thought.

Sebek only had his pants on and you were only in your underwear and bra when the door was opened.

"Sebek, you're late." Silver called out as he entered the room and everyone froze. "Oh, sorry!" Silver muttered as he blushed and quickly left the room.

"Knocking Silver!" Sebek shouted after him just as red faced.

I hope you enjoyed this short. I wrote this quickly while I still had an idea in my head.

I was watching a show and there was a scene similar to the first one and it gave me this idea.

Twisted Wonderland Skate night

How I think the boy would react if you asked them to go to the new skating rink on the island with you (Platonic?)

I wrote this as soon I thought of it, so I hope it makes sense to everyone else.

Heartslabyul

Riddle:

I think Riddle will have never been skating but if he invite him he’ll go. I think he would start off on the wall but soon would pick it up and be confident by the end of the night and would agree to go back with you if you ask.

Trey:

I think he’s been before and would go with you. I think it would be a regular fun time. You both want to come back together.

Cater

He’s been before and loves to go on Disco Saturday night for the vibes and the gram. He doesn’t do much skating but you would both still have fun but you don’t come back together.

Ace:

He’ll probably tease you about wanting to go to something lame but he’ll go. He’ll try to show off and end up falling but the only thing hurt is his ego but you both have fun but you don’t come back with him.

Deuce:

Agrees to go immediately but doesn’t admit until you both have skates on that he’s never been before and he’s nervous. He starts off on the wall but picks it up after awhile and you both have fun. He agrees to go again if you ask.

Savanaclaw

Leona:

He doesn’t agree to go but shows up but doesn’t stay long. He doesn’t even put the skates now. You don’t ask again and he never shows up again.

Ruggie:

Only agrees after it’s free because you won tickets. (I think this is the only way he’ll go.) He doesn’t put on the skates either and pickpockets anyone who was dumb enough to leave their stuff out, including food. You never ask again but he sometimes shows up again.

Jack:

He agrees to go and he has trouble, stumbling but not clingy to the wall. He does get the hang of it. He seem to enjoy it, you both have fun. He would come back if you ask again.

Octavinelle

Azul:

Would agree to go with you, he is curious about the hype about it. He is stuck on the wall the whole night. You are skating backwards holding his hands the whole time to try and get his confidence up by the night of the night he’s still clinging to the wall. You’re next to him the whole time but he never falls. You don’t ever ask him back even through you want to because you know he’ll say no.

Jade:

He agrees to go he’s curious about it. He does a little better than Azul. You still skate backwards for him too but not as long as you did for Azul. He stays to the wall for awhile but he does a few laps away from the wall. It takes awhile for you to ask him to go back because you’re afraid he’ll say no when you do ask him he’ll say yes again.

Floyd:

Agrees immediately even through he doesn’t know what it is. He likes the skates. He goes balls to the wall. He falls a lot but he doesn’t care. He picks it up quickly and by the end is doing tricks flawless and even convinces you to try a few. He’ll ask you to do it again until he gets bored of it after awhile.

Scarabia

Kalim:

He’s never been but gladly agrees to go. He has fun despite falling a few times. He’ll absolutely go back with you.

Jamil:

Reluctantly agrees to go with you and Kalim. He enjoys himself surprisingly. If it’s just the two of you, he’ll of course have way more fun. He’s never been. He has no wall phase and quickly picks it up and only falls when trying some tricks he sees others doing.

Pomefiore

Vil:

If he has the free time and you ask enough he’ll go, in disguise. He’s glad it’s kinda dark there. He’ll probably bring Rook and Epel with the two of you. He enjoys himself. He has no wall phase either, he never falls and he doesn’t try any tricks. He has fun and would come back with the group.

Rook:

Would gladly agree to go. He’s probably been before and enjoyed himself. He’ll enjoy this time with you. He’ll probably try to talk you into trying a simple trick which you’ll both manage to pull off. He would agree to go back with you.

Epel:

He’s been ice skating before so he didn’t think it would be that different. He agrees to go. He’s glad it isn’t super girly and other guys are there. He won’t have a wall phase. He won’t fall unless he’s trying to a trick he sees others doing but he bushes it off. He would go back if you ask.

Ignihyde

Idia:

Will not go for a long time after you ask. He’ll try to convince you to do a virtual skating but you tell him it isn’t the same. If you manage to find a day when the day is tailored more to his taste and ask a lot of asking he might go, but only if Ortho comes too. He’s so out of his element. He never leaves the wall. He’ll never come back.

Ortho:

Gladly agrees to go. He has fun. Idia has fun giving him some new mods for this adventure. He of course picks it up quickly. He likes gathering all this new data. He would go back if you ask.

Diasomnia

Malleus:

Of course he’ll go if you ask him. He’s never been before so he feels awkward on the skates. He’s going to give it a try. To compensation he’ll use his magic to float until he gets the hang of it. You both have fun and he would go back if you ask. He’ll probably ask you first next time.

Lilia:

Of course he’s been before. He’ll make a comment about skating making a comeback. He’ll do trick for you all night and even show you how to do some. You’ll both have fun and want to come back.

Silver

He’s never been before but agrees to go. He’s very graceful on the skate, even the first go rounds when he held the wall. He’s quickly makes his way to the middle, keeping up with everyone else. You both have fun and he’ll go back if you ask him too.

Sebek:

He’ll go if you ask. He’s very awkward on the skates and takes a few turns around to the hang of it. He only falls when he tries to get ahead of himself by going to fast once he gets confidence. He quickly recovers. He would go back if you ask.
