Hell, in my opinion, it's the best Megatron-Starscream relationship.

Megatron actually uses the word "kawaii" here, so he literally says "My subordinates are cute" which means that he cares for them. The fansub is too cold here...
Also --as a bonus-- have these cute Megatron smiles 😊

The first 10 episodes of Armada look like Megatron has teenage children who constantly cannot share something
I know that in the Japanese version Optimus is called Convoy, but I'm much more accustomed to calling him Optimum Prime
