given that since the tmagp hiatus i’ve barely posted, this ended up being kind of accurate actually
if i ever post about anything that isn’t silly or tmagp or both assume i’ve been replaced and kill me before it’s too late

so the theories were right. this is our celia. and also sam is gone. and also GWEN IS A GIRLBOSS!!!
this was honestly such a fantastic conclusion (even though the epilogue still isn't out, and it's prolly gonna be the real end of the season) and it's set up such an interesting new dynamic to the story as well as a bunch of new story opportunities! for instance, how is gwen gonna run things? what is she going to learn in her new position? is she still going to be meeting with externals or is she going to delegate that to the rest of the cast? what's going to happen to sam? are we gonna get to hear his perspective? are celia and alice going to try and save him? what's the archivist going to do now?
and WHEN. IS. BONZO. COMING. BACK.
lots to consider and i can't wait to see how the story progresses! in the meantime though i'll be happy snacking on the bonus content :D

also holy shit poor gwen. from the date of the case it can be discerned that the groom was probably the name found in the letter. seeing the results of her actions (in a situation where she had NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING) must have fucked her up severely. and then, of course, there was the fact that she grew up to some extent on mr bonzo. very wacky

i think it’s safe to assume that the theory that the audio glitches whenever somebody lies is basically true at this point, especially after this latest episode. even smth as simple as sam asking for cinnamon swirl when he really wanted pain au chocolat prompts a slight fuzzy noise.
that being said, time to relisten to the previous eps and see what these mfs are hiding :D

logging every time i hear it. starting with episode 1.
-when alice assures teddy they’ll stay in touch.
-when teddy says that colin is having a blast at the leaving event.
-colin when he halfheartedly plays along.
-teddy when he says colin wants to go to the pub.
-not sure about this one but when lena starts talking about gwen being able to resign it gets sorta static-y?? it’s not the same as the others and could just be me reading too far into things. maybe it’s just confirmation bias.
-when lena apologizes for telling gwen she doesn’t have what it takes to reach her position. (damn)
-when colin says alice’s joke was funny.
-when sam says he’s ok after listening to the magnus institute case.
that’s all i found! if anybody can find more then i’d be keen to hear them :]
an interesting thing i wanted to note is that sarcasm seems to be exempt from this whole thing. gwen’s comment towards lena when she leaves her office as well as alice’s whole shtick don’t prompt any fuzzies. this leads me to believe it’s specifically when someone’s hiding something, not when they’re just wrong or joking.
