Ok, here's one of the many pieces of evidence that Techno will get through cancer:
If fw! Techno and bones! Techno can get through their health problems, I can believe irl Technoblade can do this fight! It doesn't matter if their fictional or not, they met their low in the face and crushed it at some point. Like how fw! Techno sort of moved on and created Whitelisted.
