Hello dear friends, tonight I was going to show a side profile photo of Wisdom, but as its New Years eve I thought I would present this stylish and striking photo of Tut.

This is the super close up side profile photo of my sculpture Tut shown as a new sparkling hue blue, I will show the side profile of Wisdom on Friday night next week.

Hello dear friends, can't believe that as I sit here typing this it's Christmas eve before we know it summer will be here again. My sculpture Wisdom is now in its final stages, tonight I would like to present a photo showing the back of the sculpture. I just wanted to show the last stage of forming the hair style which is close to the finish.

Next week on Friday evening I will show a side profile photo of the face and then on the following week I will show a full frontal photo showing the portrait finished. To the full likeness and detail etc, I've put a lot of work into this sculpture in the hope that I can make a very life like head.

Hello dear friends, a little something here I wanted to share just before I start showing the finishing shots of Wisdom.

This is the vintage shot of a previous vampire project I modelled long ago and it was one project that I never actually finished.

These are modelled teeth that I created and I suppose I was trying to create a light snarl as though she was about to bite. Not every project always works out the way you want but I did manage to get this photo.

Can't wait to to show you Wisdom not long now and this is one sculpture that will be finished up beautifully.

Hello dear friends, just a little something I've created here from a photograph of my sculpture of Tut. I call this picture the The illusion cut Tut, I enjoy creating these on the computer, it's a little bit of creative imagination time away from sculpture.

Wisdom has just 3 more weeks and then I will be able to show the photos of the sculpture finished and I look forward to that. For it will mean that I get to start a brand new sculpture and I've come up with a wonderful idea for a new project that I think will be interesting.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photograph of my sculpture Wisdom. The sculpture is really taking shape now and I'm very close to the finish. It's now all about the fine tuning of the wrinkles, lines and really trying to capture the very character of my subject.

The likeness is nearly there and once the fine tuning is finished and subtle shaping is over this portrait should be a full likeness of my dear late Nan. I really look forward to showing you the finished shots very soon and then I will be able to start a new sculpture.

Hello dear friends, from time to time on a computer I create pen sketch designs from photographs of my sculptures. It enables me to present the sculpture as a drawing, I like doing these as it's a different way of viewing it.

This is the red pen sketch design of a large creature I created long ago, I think this picture really brings out the character. This guy was a large friendly, loveable, clumsy and very likeable creature and I think it shows in this picture.

I'll try and sculpt up another character creature design in 2022 if it's possible, work is on going on Wisdom I look forward to showing the next photo very soon. Hope you've had a good start to the week, Take care.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom. This photograph was taken from behind the portrait coming from the right side of the sculpture. Work is on going in terms of creating the hair style and slowly a wavey perm like style will develop.

The face is being refined and I am now adding the lines and really trying to create the finishing details. Soon I will be able to turn the sculpture and hopefully reveal a beautiful likeness of the subject. Once finished this will be a portrait of my late dear Nan.

Hello dear friends, may I present a previously shown sculpture to you but today I show this sculpture in a new photo design. This is the worn torn close up photo of a large creature design sculpture that I sculpted long ago.

I took the original photo of this sculpture just as I was finishing up and this was a great project to create. I haven't actually created a creature design in a long time but perhaps next year I will able to create a new one,I'd really look forward to that.

I hope to show at the end of the week the next photo of my new sculpture Wisdom, I will finish this sculpture sometime in this month. Then I will begin my new project called Tiny Tiger Tim which I can't wait to start.

Hello dear friends I thought that I would slip in here tonight to share with you some of my details for my first trip to America. As I've mentioned in a previous post I'm very interested in working in California as an artist.

I have a pre Visa meeting coming up soon where I will have the process of applying for a visa explained to me, you can have these meetings before you officially approach the USA Embassy in London. The idea is to really work out if you will have a real chance and to understand what you will face.

But before I start to apply officially I'm going to save to make two trips out to California next year. For my first trip I will stay in Los Angeles and spend some time in Griffith Park, Pasadena and Hesperia I'll also visit Lake side in San Diego too. The idea of this trip will be to see what I think of the areas and to really find out how I would feel about living there if it can be achieved.

Then a second trip will be made to talk about artistic matters, this trip will be planned at a later date. I hope to make trip 1 in April next year so its not to far away. I'm on a real journey now and time will tell if I can achieve my dream of being based in California.

I will look forward dear friends to sharing all the twists and turns and ups and downs of what I will going through in order of trying to pull this off.

Hello dear friends, may I present to you the gold lit side profile photograph of my sculpture called Tut. This is a newly created picture and perhaps a possible image that I might use for canvas wrap prints. I will let you know when I make the prints available for those that might be interested in hanging one, fingers crossed I can achieve that.

Hi dear friends, may I present the next stage of my sculpture Wisdom in the making, I'm really starting to sculpt the hair now.

The hair mass and volume has been added and its now all about creating the individual sections of the hair style. My late Nan had a slight perm look about her.

So it's going to be a lot of sculpting curls on curls kind of thing and breaking it into separate sections and bunches of curling tendrils.

It's surprising how much sculpting will go into trying to achieve that look. I look forward very much to showing you more, it won't be to long now until this portrait will be finished.

Hello dear friends, may I present the blue pens sketch design of my sculpture MMV. I wanted to try and create an image that was striking, startling and perhaps eye catching.

This image was created from a photograph that I took of my sculpture MMV, sometimes sculptures can be tense to create as a lot goes into it in terms of the look and detailing. But I've got to say that creating this on a computer was perhaps a little bit of creative fun time.

I'm kind of toying with the idea of perhaps creating some items with this design on it for horror fans maybe. I'm really working hard on Wisdom and very soon I will be able to present the next photo to you.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making. I took this photo from beneath the sculpture as looking up at the portrait is always a good way to check the setting of the facial features.

There's still a little way to go on this sculpture but it won't be much longer until I get to the finish. Just making small changes now and really getting to the nitty gritty detailing in order to really bring this portrait to life. And achieve the fully finished likeness of the subject.

The exciting thing is that once this portrait is finished I will begin a new sculpture called Tiny Tiger Tim. I'll talk about this soon in the meantime I hope you've had a great Tuesday, Take care.

Hello dear friends, may I present to you the Michael Jackson pencil sketch design. This was created from a photograph that I took of my portrait sculpture of Michael Jackson.

The Portrait was modelled in water based clay and was life size, the sculpture was based on a photo of the singer taken on his Bad Tour.

The effect is clever because it means that I can create a sculpture, take a photo of it and then turn that photo into a sketch. So that I can hang it on the wall as wall art in terms that it now looks like a hanging drawing.

I'll look forward to trying this out with some of my other sculptures, very soon I will show the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making, the sculpture is becoming more life like all the time.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making to you. I have now added the hair mass to the sculpture and I am developing the hair style.

The sculpture is now really starting to take on the shape of an old lady and very soon the portrait will be the face of my dear late Nan.

There is still much to do and it will be all the little adjustments that I'm doing all the time now that will finally be part of achieving the likeness.

I'm going to really push this sculpture so that in the end I deliver up a very life like portrait, I can't wait to show you more of this sculpture very soon. Hope your having a great week and keep well and Take care.

Hello dear friends, my sculpture Wisdom from time to time has to be put on hold as I have to paint frames for my canvas wrap prints.

Today I would very much like to present the Hue blue canvas wrap print called The Egyptian Pharaoh, now fitted into it's white frame.

I created this from a photograph I took of my clay sculpture called The Egyptian Pharaoh, which was modelled in water based clay and life size.

Hello dear friends, this is a sculpture I wanted to show before I show the next stage of Wisdom. This is a clay portrait sculpture I created long ago of the singer Michael Jackson.

The portrait was life size and modelled in water based clay and based on a photo that was taken of Michael Jackson. Just as he finished a song at a concert, this particular appearance was based on the Bad tour era.

I present this sculpture in a black and white photograph, I've also created a pen sketch design of this photo which I will show soon. Hope your keeping well, Take care.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making, a real face is taking shape now. And soon this face will take on a full likeness of my subject, which is my dear late Nan Tribe.

It's all about chasing the likeness now and really pushing for the fine detailing which will all be part of achieving the likeness and character of my Nan. All the time I make small adjustments here and there until everything falls into place and the face is that of my Nan's.

This is a black and white photograph that I took of the sculpture in my small workshop. The next photo I present of this sculpture will show added hair mass and further finer detailing.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making. A portrait of a beautiful old lady is slowly forming and soon this will become a likeness of my dear late Nan.

I will show the next stage of this sculpture very soon, work will now start on really forming the contours of the face and adding the real details.

Soon I will start adding hair mass as this will help with achieving a real likeness. This is a standard workshop photo and will become one of many that will show this sculpture from the start to the finish.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making, this was taken from behind looking towards the right side of the face. I decided to show this photo as a black and white photograph, there's a real sense of reality developing now.

Soon when I walk round and face the sculpture it will be my late Nan's face looking back at me, as the likeness will now really start to develop. Soon hair mass will be added as this will be an important part of the process in achieving the likeness in the portrait.

Hello dear friends, may I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making. The sculpture is starting to really develop now as I slowly build up the face.

As I work more and more on this my dear late Nan's face will slowly emerge and a real likeness will take shape. The sculpture is getting really interesting now as I attempt to capture the full look and character of my Nan.

I will now show a photo of this sculpture in the making at the end of each week until the sculpture is finished. As I feel this will be a great insight of how I went from a wooden armature to a fully furnished portrait.

Hello dear friends, may I present myself to you here, I took this literally after I received some good news and I would say is a true reflection of how I'm feeling right now.

In October I have a pre Visa meeting where everything will be explained to me about visa application requirements. I'm very interested in going out to California and perhaps becoming based there as an artist and I'm hoping this might be a first step to achieving that dream.

If all goes well at this meeting I will then set travel plans in November for when I will fly over to see what it's like. If I truly like it there and California likes me kind of thing then it will be after this trip that I will then see about being based there full time.

I'm on a real journey now and only time will tell if this will become something I can achieve, I would like very much to share all the stages that I go through with you here. Wish me luck because I'll really need it, I will have my fingers crossed.

Where ever I end up I will still try to present some fine sculpture to you, In the meantime I have to sculpt hard and save hard. I'll show the next stage of my sculpture Wisdom very soon, Take care.

Hello dear friends, I present the next photo of my sculpture Wisdom in the making, this is going to become a life size portrait sculpture of my dear late Nan Tribe.

This photo shows the very early stage of the beginning of the portrait sculpture, the features are mapped out as you see here. And will now be developed so that i slowly begin to sculpt up the full shape of the face.

And as the facial features develop so too will the likeness of the subject. The next photo that i post soon will show the features in full development and this will start to become a face of an old lady namely my dear Nan.

I thought that I would show this portrait in the making from the start to the finish as it would be an interesting insight into how I create a portrait sculpture.

My new sculpture Wisdom is slowly forming and I will show the next in the making photo of this sculpture on Wednesday. This will show the next stage of the process of this sculpture, I'll continue to show in the making photos until its finished as I'm hoping it will be an interesting insight into the process.

Hello dear friends, I thought that it was that time again to post a new photo in my gallery. Wisdom has been put on hold for a week or so and will remain on hold for the rest of this week. I have been very busy painting white frames for my Canvas wrap prints.

Unlike last year, this year very soon I will actually set up my website and start to place art works for sale. I might also try and place artworks in to some shops perhaps based in my local area.

The photo here shows one of my hue blue canvas wrap prints in its white frame. This is a print of my sculpture called The Classical Venetian, I'm hoping that the white frames will give the artwork a glamorous and fresh look. With luck they will look beautiful hanging on a wall.

I have many designs worked out for prints that I will show over time. Wisdom will commence from next week and I will show more in the making progress shots of the sculpture.

I'm now saving up for a trip to America, I'm hoping to seek out opportunities there and spend time with someone who is very special to me. Perhaps in 2022 I will be living in England no more, Take care of yourselves and I will post a photo of my sculpture Wisdom very soon showing the next stage of the sculpt.

Hello dear friends, this is a workshop photo and is a first look at my new sculpture called Wisdom. Wisdom is actually going to be a portrait sculpture of one of my late Grandmother's.

I had two very kind and beautiful Nan's, my lovely Nan Topp who was my father's Mother and my lovely Nan Tribe who was my Mums Mother. This sculpture will be a portrait of my late Nan Tribe as I just seem to have a few more photographs of her. And if I'm to create a fine likeness I need as many photos of my subject as possible.

The sculpture will be called Wisdom because as a little boy I remember feeling back then as though my dear old Nan new everything I ever asked her.

This photo shows the sculpture at stage 2 of the process, I will now begin to map at features as I start stage 3 of the sculpt. There's a long way to go but in the end this will become a very detailed life like portrait.

Hello dear friends, to night I would like to present to you the close up black and white pen sketch design of my Madonna portrait. This was created from a photo I took of my life size sculpture of Madonna.

This art was based on Madonna's Blonde Ambition tour 1990.

I start work on a new sculpture now called Wisdom, the next photo I show will be a very early in the making shot. And I will explain exactly what the sculpture Wisdom will be about.

Hello dear friends, I would like to present to you my sculpture called Mirror Mirror Vampire, MMV. The sculpture is shown here in a black and white photograph that was taken in the workshop and is more or less finished, perhaps just a little tweek here and there.

The sculpture is about 28 inches high and was modelled in water based clay. It is a work of art based on the horror theme of vampires. This sculpture is based on the idea of an evil female vampire that lived in a mirror.
