Full thing and a detail shot of the Moomins print I had at Otakuthon 2014. This print was 100% self indulgent, I didn’t even intend to sell any (which, to my surprise, some were very excited about)! I’m slowly getting around to posting the new things I did for the convention.

EDIT: because tumblr is a big pile of poo and resizes the first image, here’s a reasonably sized version!

I bought Moomin The Complete Tove Jansson Comic Strip Book 4 just to see this scene lmao they are super adorable! <3

Also the book’s quality is super great, It took me a while to decide to buy it because oh gosh the price!!!! but it’s really worth it

Hello here i made some drawings of they story of a friend of mine called " The Wizard of the South and the Cursed Prince " god i swear that when i read this scene it was very beautiful and i wanted to draw it and as you can see here i kept my word i enjoyed drawing it.

In my brain, Snufkin is really ticklish and sensitive, but most people don't realize because he doesn't let them get physically close enough.

Moomin, on the other hand, used to being around warm and touchy feely people, approaches Snufkin like he would approach his friends or family. On the rare occasion Snufkin lets his guard down, Moomin finds out it's not quite the same sensation... There grows a mysterious craving that forces him to steal all the light touches he can get. But, as if they've just burnt themselves by touching a hot surface, they promptly pull away, and, just as quickly, begins to swell a feeling of cold and itching, of distant lingering.
