Decided to try a different drawing style and this is what happened. I recently got into american comics and wanted to practice some shading, cross hatching, and wings was all. Learned a lot.

Есть люди, чьи дела заставляют тебя активироваться и подталкивают к собственным действиям. Я не хочу называть это «вдохновением», это слово сегодня очень часто относится лишь к красивым картинкам, а здесь есть нечто большее. Недавно я узнала про молодого иллюстратора Джорджа Батлера и не могу не рассказать о нем. Он настоящий сорвиголова и любитель приключений. Вместо того, чтобы сидеть в своей студии, он колесит по горячим точкам и зарисовывает рассказы беженцев и раненых в полевых госпиталях, их быт и флору этих мест. Он был на нефтяных месторождениях в Азербайджане, жил среди солдат в Афганистане и его чуть не похитили в Мали. Он занимается делом, которое во многом оказалось почти утраченным с появлением фотоаппарата. Но его рисунки могут рассказать о происходящем гораздо больше, чем все слова и даже репортажные снимки.

I have a habit of only liking the characters that stick around long enough for me to get extremely attached and then they have to die for “story reasons”. The big three are Desmond Miles (Assassins Creed), Cayde-6 (Destiny 2), and Martin Septim (Oblivion).
