This is my new gofundme campaign. I had an old campaign but on another site called gogetfunding, but the donations were very slow. I collected $2,000 in 50 days or more, so I decided to start a new campaign on the famous site gofundme.
Now I need all of your help to spread my new campaign and give me hope again.
The goal now is to evacuate my family from the war, and the first person who will be evacuated is me so that I can register at a university in Egypt to study medicine before registration ends. My dad is a Chilean immigrant and he came to this country when he was only 8, spending most of his life in the beautiful land of Puerto Rico. My mom grew up in Florida (where I was born) and has mainly Irish ancestry. I have two older brothers, both in college. One attends Juilliard, the other UNCC. Most of my friends are a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I also have friends who are children of immigrants, just like me.
When I was born, it was induced by medication and I was born 8 weeks early due to a disease my mom had contracted while pregnant with me. We both survived thanks to the doctors and nurses who helped my mom deliver me safely. Due to my premature birth, I have struggled my whole life with chronic illness and disability.
I am telling you all of this because I am scared. Tomorrow is November 5th, Election Day, and depending on who wins I may be in serious danger.
Please, for the sake of me, my friends, my family, the trans community, the chronically ill, the disabled community, immigrants, immigrant families, women who need access to healthcare, and EVERY. SINGLE. American citizen…

Iyad @eyadalanqar and his family have been displaced multiple times. Their home was destroyed by bombing, and they tried to take refuge in Al-Shifa Hospital, but it was bombed as well. They are living in fear of missiles going off around them, and they are desperate for help.
He and his family, included several young nieces and nephews, are lacking shelter, food, and water. Iyad has also developed breathing issues from the smoke and phosphorus, and has been unable to get treatment.
Right now, Iyad has only raised €1,898 out of his goal of €40,000. Donations have been small and slow, and he hasn't received any for over a day. Bombs have been falling around him, and he fears for his and his family's lives.
Please give Iyad your support. He and his family have gone through a year of suffering and struggle. Please don't ignore them and let them down. Lend them your help and support. Share and donate, do whatever you can to help.
