As one of the Rebels, Perio knows he has to kill her, but her sincerity shook him to the core, his faith wavered. "No one is at fault! The world is at fault! All of us are!" She cried out, just at the moment Perio pulled the trigger…. Watching her lifeless body, Perio pondered "What does it mean to be human?"

He's a general-purpose bot, partially destroyed during the War of Total Eclipse and has been wandering in the ruins since then. He can sing but sounds like an old, broken computer. He used to wear military uniforms but changed to the suit after leaving the army.
