HMMMMMMM.
Well, I do think he would feel bad, since I do believe he genuinely cares for Ford, BUT!
I think part of him would giggle at the fact that it was a DAMN TRIANGLE (despite his own situations), and I think he would also point out the obvious ways Bill was in love (because I headcanon Ford never really noticed.)
But I also think it would hit deep for Rick, since he's been through betrayal as well, which further makes him empathetic of Ford.
Despite all this, he probably still talks shit about Ford being an idiot for trusting Bill, but mostly when he's angry or drunk. He'll also make little rude "jokes" about it, when he's irritated and maybe buzzed. All of his comments would be harsher when he's drunk as hell though.
He'll be serious when he really needs to though. When he's sober, not upset, and Ford's genuinely really sad. He'd be a little awkward, but he'd try his best to comfort his man<33
Overall, he cares but he's still the same asshole guy!
