šAfter_Adapted , almost done. With the black strip decorated on arm would look much better I thinkš„°.
Wondered should I add the black inner or not so it would be more like the quidditch rope.š„°ššš»

It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but just as much to stand up to our friends.

yeah yeah regulus was one of the best seekers of the history of quidditch , but have you seen Alice Fortescue? in my head they were james biggest inspiration
I donāt care for Ginny, I just donāt. Iāve tried to figure out why and in rereading the series Iāve tried to give her another short but she just comes across to me as blah and her relationship with Harry comes out of nowhere to me. Obviously, he couldnāt have fallen in love with her from first glance when they were children, but while Harry will say that he slowly became friends with her and then fell in love, I just donāt see it. Even in my re-read, I found that Harry found her annoying, she was Ronās sister and then, bam, he was āthinking back to their years of friendshipā when I just didnāt see any friendship. Yes, they all hung out, but in a group and it never seemed close. Ginny hanging out with her friend Hermione and her friends then them all hanging out together.
Regardless of my feelings, Ginny Weasley was revolutionary and a badass. She is repeatedly shown to be intelligent and creative, funny, extremely loyal and moral, and athletic. Following the possession of her by Tom Riddle Jr. she is still extremely brave, fighting against Voldemort whenever she can, fighting against those who try to oppress or harm others and standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. In addition, she showed how girls should be confident with boys. She didnāt submit to them and it was written that boys didnāt want to date her because she was pretty but because of her personalityāeven thou they sometimes tried to one-up her.
Along with her equality to the boys at school and her bravery, Ginny should be looked at as a role model in how she encourages and sticks by her friends. While Harry, Ron and Hermione are seen as the golden trio and had a lot to deal with, there seemed to be a silver trio between Ginny, Luna and Neville and Ginny, who was more popular then both of them, still hung out with them and encouraged Hermione to open her mind to how Luna was and thought and her individual brilliance and was always helping Neville to get him to see himself as they saw him. She didnāt care what others found interesting or popular, she knew they were good and interesting people and that was enough.
Harry Potterā¦..eh. No, I do love Harry, I do and there is a lot we can learn from him and a lot we can appreciate, itās just odd as the central character of the story one of his best and most important qualitiesāis that heās like everybody else. But thatās also so crucial, that heās not special. Yes heās got magic (but so does everyone), heās skilled at Quidditch (but Voldemort could actually fly), he wasnāt particularly smart (Hermione) or charming (Cedric), but he also wasnāt a complete lost boy (Neville), he was averageāand yet he changed and saved the world in ways big and small. So heās a bit underwhelming, which made him so powerful.
While some of the biggest aspects of his life were not his choice, others were. One of the biggest and most crucial choices he made was his being kind and in his friendships with others. He didnāt like Draco early on, and liked Ron; he maintained a friendship with Hagrid once he was more settled into his Hogwarts life and while not particularly close, would hang out with Neville and didnāt lash out at Ginny or Colin (Colin!!) or Dobby, even competing against Fleur, Krum and Cedric (who he had a personal, one-sided rivalry against), he still was kind and friendly and always tried to do the right thing.
Harry was never perfect. He didnāt always listen, let his emotions get to him more times than there are pages in the series, he didnāt think things thru and he could be very close-minded. While he did not mature in all these accounts by the end of the series, overall he did mature and learn to see the world outside himself; being there for Hermione when Ron was with Lavender, sacrificing himself to save a world he would never get to be in. Over the series Harry grew and learned from (most of) his mistakes. This is crucial as it is important for us to know that one instance wonāt ruin your life, and that people are always making mistakes and how to own up to them.
PS My favourite thing about Harry, and one of the things I love the most about the series, is how throughout it, even in his fifth year (as I remember it), every once in a while Harry would pause and meditate a bit on the world around him, how great and beautiful magic is. I love that so much
So Happy Birthday Harry Potter and Happy Birthday JK Rowling
Tom Marvolo Riddle, oh boy.Ā
What did we learn from him? About love, courage, bravery, compassion? ahhhhh. No one can say he had an uneasy childhood, and we donāt know if Harry had discovered his magical capabilities one his own without supervision, how he would have ended up or the choices he would have made. But I would believe that it wouldnāt be too different as it is our choices, not chance or circumstance that shows us who we are.Ā
Relating to him more as with other, previous, erroneous leaders it did always astonish me how the Death Eaters just followed him even thou they all knew him and themselves were lessĀ āpure bloodā than they were. It ALSO drew me crazy that no one fighting him (except Dumbledore of course) would call him Tom, that would drive him CRAZY and knock him off his game, but, oh well.Ā
While again Iām not sure about the hypothesis that he couldnāt love because he was conceived under a love potion, I do agree that he really didnāt understand love. So whileĀ I agree he probably didnāt love Bellatrix, I do think he cared and admired her, or at least appreciated her loyalty to him.Ā
Happy New Year loves, please resolve to not be like Tom in the new year, and to do your best fighting your demons.
PS We did get reminded about not too much plastic surgery (hahaha) and with a final annoyance, with all his evil deeds, I am most upset about the timing of Tom Riddles return as Lord Voldemort as itās influence on Hermione Granger. While I think she should be with Ron, once Lord Voldemort had returned she could not continue any real relationship with Victor Krum as she would focus on the second Wizarding War, she would have gotten to be her own (Princess Belle) great role model. What a GREAT role model as the girlfriend of a Quidditch star: a reader, someone for equal rights forĀ āhalf breedsā, and a Muggle Born whichĀ already had upset Igor Karkaroff.Ā

Oliver Wood refused to retire.
It was only when his eldest daughter played against him on her first ever professional game. She got past his keeping every goal and beat his team by 225 points. It was then that he proudly retired from playing...
...and became a coach.
Harry Potter definitely has an ass and thicc thighs. All that quidditch and fighting. He is THICC
