Credit to @rayday-mayday for my new Proship banner with my F/O! (I know you said I didn't have to credit you, but I'd feel rather sad if I didn't at least make a post with your credit!)
David x Max from Camp Camp was probably the first problematic ship I had. What was yours?
Gosh, I love my f/o so much. I love Slime Boy. He's so amazing USGYUSDJSDVjgvhgvkshgdvba
Gosh, that would be so nice! Someone went ahead and made me a better version (which I am so so grateful for!) but I would be interested in learning actual good design comp though! Maybe one day I could create a bunch of blinkies.
I created my own Proshipper warning tag for me. It's ugly as fuck, but it gets my point across and has my fictional boyfriend. I will gladly take any tips to make this look not as ugly. Banner design is not one of my skill levels lmao ToT

This is such a black and white argument holy shit. I have to rant about this, peeps.
'If fiction doesn't affect reality, how about we just make every character a cis, straight, white, abled, nerotypical man from now on!'
Wanna know the reason?
Comfort.
That's what it all boils down to!
Comfort!
You know how comforting it is to finally get to see a gay person on the big screen? You know how comforting it is to see a disabled person, trans, colored, fat on the screen? Comfort! Easy as that!
You know why some proshippers take their favorite characters and ship them? Comfort. You know why some like to race bend their favs? Comfort! You know why some like to put them into horribly dark situations that they hate IRL? Comfort!
Of course, not to mention the 30 page essay I could do on the process of censor ship. Because at a time, there was a point where only Men of those categories could be on the screen! When a women was needed, they'd just get a man and make him be the girl!
If fiction doesn't affect reality, then why do we need representation. why don't want just make every character in every media from now on a white cishetallo abled neurotypical man and nothing else.
Because that's boring. Next question.
