my original character princess Rhaenya Targaryen. daughter of Queen Alicent Hightower and King Viserys I Targaryen, and the twin sister of Daeron the Daring.
She was known as the fallen princess, as she was easily seen to be fallen into manipulation tactics. She wasn’t sent to Oldtown, because she was used a political pawn for Prince Aemond Targaryen her own brother.

She is technically a fan character… if you can guess the franchise/fandom I made them for, you win one zillion dollars. It’s not completely impossible, there are like 3 details that, if put together, form a decent hint.
