One Piece Oc - Blog Posts

If I haven't made it blatantly known before, I actually have a multitude of art style at my disposal. So if my hands will not cooperate with the one for the day, I usually can switch to one of the others. This one is one of my more cartoony/simplified versions. (I will be drawing Ivankov one day, or even just going in and coloring the slide in this one because the drawing of them here is just *Chef's kiss* My art style did them justice here, and I couldn't love it more. This doesn't actually happen in her info, But Ivankov and Sabo both give her a hard time for going between missions and visiting Whitebeards crew frequently. (Also, because I don't like the idea that he's actually gone, this is in an AU where Thatch does survive, but these two goons just give her a hard time and make her worry for nothing, lol.)

I can't believe that I have this posted EVERYWHERE, and even have this sat as my profile picture here, but never made an official post on it! :0 Well, better late than never I guess, lol. Anyways, jumping right in, this little gremlin right here is Bernice. While she made look like she's sweet and cutesy and very she/nervous (which she really can be at times) she is actually a revolutionary and ally to Whitebeard's crew. You'll learn about her more as I post her introduction comic, but yeah. (Also, yes, eventually she does pick one group over the other, but not willingly. due to certain...circumstances, she actually resigns her position with one of the two and does try to game over someone over what happened. Not saying who she leaves or who she decides to take on, but it definitely isn't what you'd be expecting. Lol.) But yeah, Take this gremlin for now. Dudes, we need more oc with plain hair colors/brown hair colors and actually beauty blemishes. Ocs with brown hair are SEVERELY underrated, but ocs with multiple little moles/accurate freckles are even MORE disgustingly underrated. The same with female ocs with short hair- (This is my far cry for you peeps that have ocs with any of these things to tag me in them, lol. Or even just tag me in them in general, I need new artists to follow on here XD)

You guys are quickly going to know me as the crazy lady that simps for Heat and Thatch because, well....they're all I pretty much draw alongside my ocs, lol. But, that's ok. If we're going to have a fan base for these two, I'll be willing to single handedly supply fan art for them, lol. Anyways, continuing up yesterday's remarks of spamming art out, this was actually a piece I did last year for Christmas. I honestly do like how the colors turned out on this one. And I didn't really get to explain it in a whole lot of context when I posted it, so I will here: In a lot of the fanart that I post on Lee (my sweet bean that's in this post) most of the time she'll be drawing really upset/concerned or pretty much sleeping. In her info that I have posted up on Wattpad, I do explain it a bit, but pretty much she had nightmares about how she parted from her last crew (don't want to spoil what happens if you'd like to go read up on her-) and usually when she's around Heat, she pretty much is comfortable and feels safe enough to relax, hence the reason she usually is sleeping when he's near. Obviously it's not all the time, but it is a fair bit of the time. Also, I do have to say this as well: Lee is basically mute. She does talk maybe once or twice every now and then, but beyond that, she writes to communicate. Unlike Corazon, her reasoning is actually a medical condition that does impair her vocal cords. I will be putting out more art of these two because (HAVE YOU SEEN THIS MAN'S HAIR AND THE WAY I USUALLY DOODLE HIM?! IT'S SO FUN- Plus, Lee is my first and favorite oc, and I will never stop drawing her <3)

A Proper Introduction

This has been up for a while, so allow me to actually shorten this a bit now XD-

Hi! If you don't know me, please just address me as Ducky! Some of the things you'll quickly find out if you stick around on my little piece of the internet (I call it the duck pond-) is that I cosplay, do art (I went to college for animation, but I do tend to draw very slowly at times, lol-) and write. For the most part, I do tend to do a lot of art for One Piece. HOWEVER, there are certain fandoms that I will occasionally make art for... unless I'm just posting vent art of some kind. Which is rare, but I do every now and then. (Also, you will catch me making and posting art of my oc x cc shippings because...why not? FREE WILL EXISTS FOR A REASON, SHUSH-) Uhhh...other things to know for fun because why not? :D -I go by she/her -I'm 22, but VERY awkward with talking to everyone -I'm a Gemini! -INFJ with a 9w1 enneagram :3 -I am ALWAYS looking for peeps to do art/cosplay collabs with! So don't be afraid to reach out at anytime to ask to do one! ^v^ -The anxiety levels are over 9,000 (Hence the reason it might feel like I'm ignoring you or most people in general. Wild -Fairy finale appearance + akuma no mi info.

I don't have much to say, beyond that these are some of her appearances both in her time as piracy and retirement as a mother in the care of her little devil baby.

ohh; and a little more about his akuma no mi. she is/was (?) a user of the Yume Yume no mi; a paramecia-type fruit that turned her into a dream woman. As a base power, she can create small cloud-like masses called "cumulu onniricus" that puts anyone to sleep by contact putting them to sleep (with certain exceptions; such as a person with narcolepsy or who has haki protected the area she has touched), varying the amount of time the sleeper spends by the time of contact or the mood of its user (being heavier and longer dreams if he is in a bad mood, and if he is truly upset with his victim he could leave sleeping from days to weeks). this ability exhausts her; for she exhausts her own energies. She can also alter the mood of a sleeping person causing sweet dreams or terrible nightmares. when she sleeps she can separate her consciousness from her body similar to Brook, keeping her body sleeping when this happens.

over time (and part of her awakening) she can leave her body in a "somnambulistic state" which allows her to separate her consciousness from her body, but it is no longer unprotected and continues to perform the functions it did before and the ability to manipulate to deceive large crowds of people into "collective dreams".

Well, after like the 500th redesign and background rewrite I’m finally posting something for my one piece OC. She’s a pirate, or at least wants to be, but for a good portion of her journey she didnt have a crew and till she does she got around by mending clothes and sails in exchange for travel to the next island. It was pretty easy to find work so she gets around, sees lots of islands, meets interesting people.
