I know now I can easily do NNN (after being sober for almost a year before deciding to go back). NNN is a good way to see if you really need help. Please find yourself help if you need it (For example: therapy, getting sober on your own, distracting yourself, talking about it with partners, etc.) Please, please, please, it’s so important. /srs
