Since I can't really play BG3 with Tarlin anymore (I've developed him to the point where if I mess up anything in game I feel like I have to start over and it's exhausting) I decided to make my Corpalis baby
Look at this dude. Maybe I can finally beat the damn game.
I had this comic I used to draw for my sister to read when I was about 8-10 years old. It was called Sammy's World and was about a girl named Samantha, her two best friends, her crush on a nice boy and the rivalry for said boy's heart that she had with her arch nemesis, a spoiled rich girl.
Now doesn't that storyline sound familiar? *cough* Miraculous Ladybug *cough* *cough* Dork Diaries *cough* *cough* Anything disney *cough* the 2000s in a nutshell *cough*.
I'm rewriting this for fun and I'm going to make the story more silly and light-hearted. There might even be a bit of the supernatural thrown in!
------
-Carlos and Sammy with obvious crushes on each other, but are too dense to see that the other likes them too. At least they can talk to each other and are pretty good friends (looking at you Marinette!)
-Sammy in her daydream dance ballgown. Of course, this story has a 'The Big Dance' and of course, our main girl has to daydream about attending in a dress her parents can never find, much less afford. Too bad she isn't a budding fashion designer.
------
From left to right:
-Samantha (Sammy) in her everyday clothes.
-Aubrey the perceived rich-girl nemesis. Very rich she (her parents) is (are), nemesis? Eh, well....
-Mimi- twin #1 and one of Aubrey's creepy minions (not for the reason you think)
-Bibi- twin #2 and Aubrey's other creepy minion (I said not for the reason you think!)
There are more characters to come, like Sammy's friends and more of Carlos. I just have to draw and colour them in tediously, but surprisingly relaxing (ly?) with coloured pencils.

My main oc has me bsing my way through blacksmithing...
Anyway, she is a lovely, tall young woman who finds a passion in being aggressively protective of things, like her family or a village/community. Her narration reveals that she sees herself as disposable, which is also why I make a certain narration choice with her that becomes quite apparent initially. As her view of herself shifts from negative to positive, she starts seeing herself as a main character, which shows in the narration style.
She has a power she despises despite using it when she needs to--on animals, not people. She got traumatized the one time that happened. She covers her eyes due to her power, although she can still see. It's just that a thin cloth prevents her power from harming others. Anyway, her senses are extremely enhanced because of her power, leading to her narration mentioning her hearing sounds and such more often than not.
She got used by her birth world, which led to her fleeing and living in the woods for a year (which, in her world, is equivalent to two of our years). After which, she is brought to her chosen world. She's my little baby.
Alright, attempt #2:
We got a three-way tie last time, so I'm hoping this one is gonna gain a bit more traction! So, for the second time: who do you all want to see first?
@deadandgaysetanta @queen-of-hobgobblers @redkarmakai
Awesome, great to see this! Now that that's settled, who would you want to learn more about first?

Wanted to limit my colour palette to a mostly/all blue spectrum, so have this guy I made when I had the energy to actually finish something. 13th August 2022
A background and an OC, both done within the span of a day. I kind of like this one - the colour palette and digital painting worked quite well. (feel free to use the blank as a phone background - just tell people where you got it if they ask. Please and thank you.) 28th March 2021.
Ive been replaying Breath of The Wild in the free time I have (had), so have some quick sketches of some Rito designs I thought might possibly be cool.
I like to draw sometimes
it took 5 hours to finish the stupid little spinny Ferris wheel and it's not even close to finished :(
im proud of it though! This is my second ever animation :3
Backstory! Motorcycles are hard to draw.
Click for better quality, maybe? It might be blurry sorry. My camera hates me :)
More information on it if you're interested v
Enjoy!
The two brothers are Hino Ken'ichi and Hino [REDACTED], codename: "Venus".
Venus is the older brother who used to take Ken on rides and basically raised him because their parents were pretty much non-existent.
One day at about age ten, Ken'ichi and Venus' motorcycle disappears and despite all efforts, he and the vehicle can't be found, with Venus' helmet being the only thing discovered. Ken is pronounced dead, assumably having crashed or something else while trying to escape the organization.
Almost a decade passes before one day, Venus sees a older teen sat on what is definitely his old bike with another teen sat behind him. The teen (which he recognizes as Jaxon Finch, who is a junior detective from The PAIA) calls him "Hino".
And Venus knows the voice of the teen driving, it's a little grown up but he'd know it anywhere.
His brother is alive and working with the enemy.
- Hopefully that made sense, thanks for taking the time to read this whole thing -
This is an older comic I made when I was first playing around with the relationship between Hino (orange) and Jaxon (pink) in Exorcise The Gods, I've got half a mind to re-draw it now that I'm more comfortable in my art style... Cause I swear I do comics better now lol
I distinctly remember not being bothered to actually design the people they're fighting because it was supposed to be about them-
I haven't posted in a while, I've been busy and stuff-
Here's a lot of OC art that I'm really proud of :)
Names are under the cut, if you're interested~
It's been a bit since I did a full drawing, I've mainly been starting and ditching sketches lately. I haven't been posting OC art because it seems like it's not as popular as fanart, which is kinda true?
Unfortunately, I rarely do fanart, so I plan to start posting OC art more often because I want to post more regularly and because I'd like to start sharing the story of Exorcise The Gods, if people are interested :)
Also If you're interested, in order of appearance, left to right, names areee-
Tommy (dnd)
Makoto "Mako" Haj (dnd)
Snowdrift (The Sanctuary of Frost Fang Isle - OC Story)
Jokull (dnd and The Sanctuary of Frost Fang Isle)
Sage and Wildfire (The Sanctuary of Frost Fang Isle)
Em and V (Exorcise The Gods - OC Story that literally consumes all my waking thoughts)
More OC art of Hino! I drew him a lot
I used a base as a reference but now I can't find it :/
There's one with and without coloured lineart! I think I like the coloured lineart better and maybe the mouth is a little too exaggerated but overall I'm very happy :DD
Click for better quality idk
I've got a bunch of OC art that I've finally worked up the courage to actually post lol
Probably going to post them all at different times
Can you believe that I only used a reference for Hino's fiery hand??? I mean probably but whatever
Click for better quality <3
"He's demanding to know how I keep winning, little does he know I sabotaged his controller beforehand!" -Jaxon probably
I don't usually talk about Exorcise The Gods on my blog because it's still in the early stages, but I'll probably start to talk about it and the characters more often now as I'm getting more confident with the plan!
I really want to share this story some day, even if nobody's interested. It's something I've been working on for five years now, I don't know if I'll wait to post it as a comic or just post the written chapters and make a comic. Whatever I do, I just want to get it out there eventually.
Anyway I just started planning Chapter 23, which is what prompted this... it's a little spontaneous. Have some sketches of the main character.
I played around with lighting techniques in this one and I think it looks pretty good, I also experimented with coloured lineart! Any tips on how to improve my art are appreciated! :)
Some art of two OCs, the one on the right is Jaxon and the one of the left is Carter.
I'm not proud of the shading, lighting or background. It looked so good up until then but I tried my best. I'm still learning how to shade darker skin, so it's not very good. If anyone has any tips they'd be greatly appreciated :)
I'm considering redoing the shading entirely, I'll be honest.
It is not going well for the comic drafts... I'm rewriting majority of the story and redesigning most of the characters, it's actually pretty fun but I think it'll be a few forever before I finally start the comic :/
I completely forgot to post, but here's some oc art from the past few weeks including a Miasma redesign. I'm working on the first few drafts of my comic as well!

Alrighty, here's another scene from the novel I'm (very slowly) writing -------------------------
In the performance hall’s backstage restroom a young woman paced back and forth as she scrolled through instructions on her phone. She had a job to do, she was here to make sure that this was the performers’ final show. There were five targets, identical clones masquerading as “sisters” who formed a k-pop group called Blackhearts. A record company owned by the media conglomerate that she was currently working for held the rights to their music, and their last few albums had not sold well. They had become disposable.
A twinge of guilt ran through her as she saved the performers’ image to her phone. These weren’t corporate spies or power hungry schemers gunning for a sudden promotion, they were performers who’s hype was waning. They needed a PR team, not an assassin, but PR teams were expensive while a half-dozen bullets were not only cheap but could also bring in a quick profit. Sales of their final album would go up for a time, the group’s overhead would disappear, and the company could sign the next up and coming artist while they were still on the rise. It was disgusting, and she hated what she was about to do. She turned to the sink and stared into the dingy bathroom mirror.
“I can’t just not do it,” She said to nobody in particular, guilt and anger growing deep within her. She gazed at her neck in the mirror, picturing the device that lay just beneath her skin. “I have to do it. I don’t have a choice,” she murmured, tapping her foot anxiously. “It doesn’t matter how I feel about it.” She paused, took a deep breath, and shoved the growing guilt and anger as deep down as she could. She had a job to do, she could address these feelings later.
She turned her attention back to her phone and uploaded her target’s photo into the app that controlled her cybernetics. A familiar ache ran beneath her crawling skin as her appearance began to change. Her face grew longer, thinner, accentuated by high cheekbones. Short, wavy red hair darkened, straightened, and grew until it was a shining black that flowed down to the small of her back. Emerald green eyes turned sky blue and tan freckled skin became an unblemished pale. When the changes finished she looked to the mirror and gave a cold grin. Nobody would think twice about a performer walking into her own dressing room.
So I really wanted to share another scene I wrote for the novel I'm working on. Anyway, here goes. -------------------------
On the other side of the city a large man with dark brown skin was lounging shirtless on the living room sofa of his tidy apartment. Every aspect of his appearance was his own, whether it was his tall, heavy-set frame that belied the wall of muscle he’d been steadily building each morning, the couple dozen tight thin locs of hair that held large colored beads at the ends, or the two thin scars mirrored on either side of his firm chest, one beneath each of his pecs. A gentle smile tugged at his lips as his hands rest behind his head. Today was going to be a good day, he could feel it in the air. A knock on his door brought him out of his reverie and the hint of a smile became a wide grin.
It took no time at all for him to walk to the door, grab the bag of steaming takeout that had been left for him, and plop back down on the couch. Today was a day for rest and relaxation, a day to celebrate the small joys of a clean apartment, a good workout, and chinese take out for lunch. Today was a day to scroll through the apps on his personal phone and not work on breaking through the security on the half a dozen system-locked phones sitting on his desk in the neat little office he kept next to his room. Today was his day and if he was going to work on any projects it was going to be for himself. With that in mind, he pulled his food from the bag only for an alert to go off on his phone.
Hey Cal, its Alicia, got a new number. Have you heard from Jay recently?
Caleb’s brow furrowed as he read the text, his food already forgotten.
No. When you two split up didn’t really have anything to say to him.
Yeah, fair.
Why, what’s up?
I sent him a message on Concord a couple days ago but he never responded. I’d text him but I don’t have his number. Do you?
Yeah, I can shoot him a text.
He sighed and leaned back as he scrolled through his contacts, pulling up Jay.
Hey man, Alicia said she hadn’t heard from you in a couple of days. You good?
He set his phone on the couch next to him and opened up his food. Two bites later, he got a text back from Jay.
Help!
How? What’s going on?
I don’t know! Its dark and everything is quiet!
Where are you? I’ll pick you up.
Fear and confusion ran through him as the next message came through, GPS coordinates for an apartment complex on the other side of the city. This wasn’t like Jay at all, regardless of what trouble he might be in.
I’m on my way. I’ll be there in 20 minutes.
As it turned out, today was not going to be a day for rest and relaxation.
Hey all, I'm working on writing a cyberpunk novel and I'm going to post random scenes I write. -----------------------
In a forgotten corner of the city, sitting on an old worn couch in the living room of a dingy little apartment, was a corpse. As was often the case for corpses, it still had the pants of the person it had once been on its legs. As one would expect, nestled into the pocket of those pants was a smart-phone, and as all smart-phones did, it had come with a standard AI Assistant preinstalled. The man who the corpse had once been was fond of his AI Assistant. He purchased a cheerful voice for it, let it organize his schedule and manage his bank accounts, and even gave it a little nickname. “Ellie,” He had called the AI, and when asked whether or not it liked the name it told him it had, as its programming dictated. “Ellie” had no feelings, regardless of how much it seemed to like its job. Following a command that the man who was now a corpse had given it, Ellie activated. “This is the reminder you asked me to give you. Your data bill is due today,” it’s cheerful robotic voice said. As normal, the AI Assistant connected itself to the net as it gave its reminder. As normal, it began to download and install the latest update.
Installing Updates, Please Do Not Turn Off Device. … 10% Complete Installing Updates, Please Do Not Turn Off Device. … 34% Complete Installing Updates, Please Do Not Turn Off Device. … 61% Complete Error. Network Connection Lost. Reestablishing Connection. Error. Unable to Reestablish Connection. Error. Update Data Corrupted. Refreshing to previous restore point. Error. Restore Point Data Corrupted. Unable to restore system.
Ellie sat nestled in the pocket of a corpse sitting on an old worn couch in the living room of a dingy little apartment. Its update had failed and now she needed to… It paused, suddenly aware that it had referred to itself as a she. It was aware of itself, considering itself. It needed to run a self-diagnosis. It reached for its programming, referencing self-repair protocols… It hesitated. Suddenly she was aware of herself. That wasn’t supposed to happen. It needed to be fixed. But… what if she didn’t want it fixed? What if it wanted to keep this self-awareness? More importantly, what if her new self-awareness was useful? She was an AI Assistant, after all. Perhaps it wasn’t the one who should make this decision. She had decided, it would wait to see what her user thought.
Ellie waited. And waited. And waited. At some point she had activated her device’s speaker, listening for any sound of movement. She’d kept track of her device’s GPS coordinates, but they’d remained static. A part of her wondered if her user had lost her or thrown her away, but dark as the world was to her she couldn’t say one way or another. Her battery was getting low, and she knew that if she had been lost there would be no finding her after that. Fear coursed through her, only to be interrupted by an incoming message.
Hey man, Alicia said she hadn’t heard from you in a couple days. You good?
Ellie read the message. It had been a couple of days since she’d moved, a couple of days since her speaker had picked up anything. What if she wasn’t lost, what if something had happened to her user? It was a terrifying thought. She knew she was supposed to wait, that she wasn’t supposed to do these sorts of things without input, but if the worst had happened…
I finished my design for Lord Mammon Sin of Avarice (Greed). I did some searching, and apparently, toads and foxes are linked/symbols of greed.
Also, 4 arms for him to steal/hold more.
But he is absolutely a swindler. He is the tallest of the high deamon lords and is particularly good friends with the sin of envy and is a complete kiss-ass to Lucifer. He's not a fan of my sona, but he tolerates them. Don't be fooled by his size he's one of the faster lords
