It's a psychological problem. Humans are born with an instinct to worship others, particularly those who've accomplished what others could only dream of having. When it comes to shifting, the community doesn't rely on themselves but rely on the one's who have reached that level of "impossible". They see them as some kind of "god" and believe that if they put all their trust and support into the creators, they'll have a better chance at shifting themselves, which in my opinion is plain stupid.

moral of the story: stop relying on people who've shifted to help you shift, it's an individual journey !! you won't get anywhere closer to your goal if you spend all the time you could be spending in your dr putting others on a pedestal.

Idk something about how (some if not most) shifters will treat you better when they know you've shifted kinda reminds me of classism, like why is there a hierarchy in the shifting community 😭💔

CIRCULATING — since dream academy will only just end once I shift there , a perfect world would mean no rumors going around just yet. But alas, most of our fans so far are kpop fans—the messy kind, of course—therefore it's only natural for them to find a problem with something about the final line up, even before we were chosen.

This video was messy, to say the least. To summarize: the creator went on a 30 minute rant about each contestant on the show, giving their very honest opinion about us based on our first appearances. It was posted a couple hours after the first episode aired and to say they were quick with it would be an understatement. I find myself on Twitter during one of my breaks from training and I see me—quite literally—at the center of a discussion between viewers of DA: "Did Yuuna really deserve her spot on Dream Academy?" ... According to the post, "Yuuna doesn't have enough experience in the [music] industry to participate in a show, a survival show out of everything too ... She should just stay an actress or a model or whatever instead of "joining" Dream Academy because it'll just be embarrassing when the judges stop accepting her briberies and she's one of the first-" The thread was lengthy but why I destroy my peace for people—twitter fans especially? I couldn't bring myself to care enough anyways.

This rumor was honestly so fun to watch . It all started when Giselle shared a photo on her Instagram wearing a white lace tank top (like the one in the photo) and a backwards cap. It was already hinted that Giselle and I had been friends since their debut era, so I didn't think much when I posted a selfie of myself wearing the same clothing pieces. Oh, how I was so wrong.. According to Soompi and Netizens , "Giselle had been in 'girlfriend' mode since Yuuna was revealed to be a contestant on Dream Academy, even going as far as commenting on posts she would personally share on the survival shows account." Honestly, we both thought it was stupid, since we were just really close friends. Then again, that photo definitely lead to a chain of events : random photos with the other's shadow peeking in the background , subtle mentions of each other during work hours, and ...questionable moments between the two of us were discovered and theories were spreading quickly. I'm pretty sure Netizens are currently sitting here practicing their shocked reactions while waiting for Dispatch to finally confirm the rumors TT.

MEIYUU — Megan and I have the most chemistry in KATSEYE ! she really gets me as a person and vice versa. Our personalities definitely differ from each other at times, but the universe made us destined to be in each other's lives, always . Our first meeting wasn't actually during Dream Academy ?!! We met at Disney's Carribean resort in Florida back in 2014 and that's when we both decided that we'd be BFFAE's (best friends forever and ever)—or however long it was before one families trip was over. The universe must have loved this idea because it seemed that where either of us went, the other would silently follow. We actually trained under the same J-Pop company before appearing on DA though we worked on different projects !! After KATSEYE's debut, an image featuring the two of us circulated the internet : 9 year old me, in hot pink tank top and white shorts, blowing a (rather dramatic) kiss to the camera while 9 year old Megan, dressed in a white tank top and hot pink shorts, has her hands on her hips, posing like she made it on the cover of Vogue . An image of the two of us ten years later sat next to it, with the both of us in the very same outfits and poses, the only difference being the features we've grown into and Megan's ginger hair.

side note : we're roommates in our group's home and just by hearing the loud bangs and screams and giggles second-hand during any other members lives, it's pretty easy to tell out that the other KATZ are sick of living with us (lovingly).

KATSEYE is a kpop-inspired, 6-member girl group under GEFFEN RECORDS and HYBE. The group was formed through the survival show "Dream Academy" with Sophia, Manon, Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yuuna making the final lineup. One afternoon, Han, Hyunjin, and I went out to get a bubble tea. After grabbing our drinks, we decided to stop by a nearby pet store just to look around. As we walked through the different sections, we ended up in the area with cat beds. That’s when Jisung had the brilliant idea to throw himself onto one of them, making a pretty loud thud. Not even two seconds later, a security guard appeared, standing right in front of us and staring without saying a word. Jisung quickly got up, nervously laughing as he tried to fix the mess he’d made. Meanwhile, Hyunjin was almost choking on his bubble tea from laughing so hard, and eventually ran off. I just stood there in front of Jisung, not having the slightest clue how to help him. Minho, whos afraid of needles, came with me to get my tattoo and piercing. He also helped me with the aftercare. Vivienne Westwood announced me as an ambassador and the face of the brand. I was literallyyy freaking out Our first performance… we were ALL stressed and anxious, so much that I could feel my heart beating in my ears. The post-performance adrenaline really made me realize: “I did it. I’m here.” For my first Fashion Week, I went alone, and all the members sent me encouraging messages in the group chat while I was about to board the plane (I cried). I adopted a black cat that had snuck into my house, and I named her Luna <33 Minho texts me about 20 times a day just to remind me to drink water since he knows I forgot to drink it. :\

Remember that manifestation/shifting isn’t about affirming or visualizing and then getting your desire in the 3D world, nor about feeling happy only when you see it materialize in physical reality.

It’s like looking in the mirror and seeing your makeup smudged; instead of fixing your face, you try to clean the mirror and then feel frustrated because nothing has changed.

first of all, I have the assumption that I just say "I'll wake up in my xxx dr" and then go straight to sleep to shift. I don't want to make shifting too complicated.

Many don't understand that if you assume shifting is hard, it will be hard . If you assume shifting is easy, it will be easy. That's all.

It's annoying to read it every time someone claims to have shifted but doesn't want to share their experiences.

You can't expect someone to necessarily tell you what happened in their reality, especially if you're a stranger. It's like if I asked you to talk about private matters in your cr, how would you respond?
