Cassiopeia lore 1

She was happy before it happened: always smiling, beautiful, and had ruby lips. Cassiopeia ruled over the Dreamland skies wonderfully. She painted the sky a beautiful red and pink as the sun set, and covered the sky with her decorated blanket as the night became. Her crown slept in the stars while she slept, and it called upon the blanket to fold when dawn arrived. She was kind to her servants, and never worried about... Anything! She was even friends with the ancients, having tea with them regularly!

One fateful night, and as Cassiopeia laid her blanket, her cousins in the Floralian kingdom wanted her gone. They were upset that she was such good friends with the ancients, and they were scared of her power. So they came up with a plan: they would trap and frame her. They told her that a new Queen of the Dreamland ground was arising, and that she was evil. So Cassiopeia punished the poor innocent soul in the Dreamland kingdom. The Floralian messenger told the ancients, and Cassiopeia's powers were lessened. She was no longer in control of the skies, and her blanket was stolen. Her kingdom was destroyed, and she was devastated.

Soon, her soldiers and servants went with her to find a new place to build their kingdom. A place in the deserted parts of Popstar, above the clouds. The building of her new castle was underway. Her throne room was complete, along with her bedroom. It was a navy blue castle, complete with pink and red highlights. It had no ceiling, as it reminder Cassiopeia of the beauty of the night sky.

One night, she went with her soldiers to gather new material for her castle. The group went to a cave in the ground of popstar, finding a child (See this story). As they made their way to the exit, a creature stopped them. It atttacked the Queen, digging it's claws into her second set of eyes and her mouth.

In the present, Cassiopeia wears a bandana around her face, covering her scars. She remains upset about her exile, and plans to kill the King of Dreamland to take the planet of Popstar for herself. Of course, no one but her soldiers understand her intentions, and Cherish remains blindsighted.

This is the design for Kirby and... 'thing'...

The lore of Cherish and Cassiopeia

Part 1

So here is the basic story of how Cherish became the royal jester to Cassiopeia-

It was a dark time in Dreamland, and a cave was being discovered by a queen and her royal gaurds. What was she looking for? Certainly not a child stuck there. A little boy ran behind a rock, hiding from the two guards wearing silver and gold armor.

"Halt! Put your... nubs? Put your nubs up!"

"Yeah, stick em up!" The guards shouted at the boy. He squealed, and tried to run. He looked back making sure that he was safe, when he ran into another being. She was a little bit taller than the boy, with elegant green wings and beautiful blonde hair. She had pink lipstick on and eyeliner on her 4 eyes.

"What's your name, little one?" She curiously asked. The guards shoved their spears in the boy's face. "Stand down, this one is coming with us. Now, what did you say your name was?"

He tried to speak, but he didn't know how. All he could do was, "pbbllltt." This made the woman laugh.

"Haha! This one is funny! He shall be my jester. Now, you two, go get our ride." She looked back at the boy, saying, "We will have so much fun together child- say, since you don't have a name, I'll give you one! Your new name is Cherish. Since I will love and cherish you, and you're so funny!"

When they got to a castle in the sky, the woman called on her royal taylor, and told him to make an outfit for Cherish. "Oh! Cherish, my name is Queen Cassiopeia, by the way." Cherish looked around, and started running to another room. "Hey! Where are you going?" Her Majesty yelled. She followed him into a room full of party decorations, how strange! Cherish quickly found a balloon and pointed to it. "This is a balloon! They're very fun to play with."

Finally, Cherish opened his mouth and pronouced, "bawoon."

Y'KNOW WHAT??

I want you to know where Cherish and Cassiopeia come from-

IT'S KIRBY AU TIME

Warning!!! Mentions of Needles, Harmful Experimentation, Trauma, Light Body Horror (I think), and Blood

There was peace in Dreamland, Kirby sat down against his favorite tree. Finally, it's over. Nothing to worry about or fight against... Right?

Kirby woke up in a laboratory, panicked. A strange creature in all black clothing and pale blue skin walked up to him with a needle. Kirby attempted to inhale the creature, but he realized his mouth was sewn shut. He dodged out of the way, right into another creature with the same appearance.

"Come on little one, just a little soul matter wouldn't hurt, right?" Kirby screamed as the needle went into his side. A powerful force pushed through him. His eyes went completely white, and he was a new being. The 'thing' ripped the stiches from it's mouth. It started bleeding.

"W-what is going on, who are you people?!?" This new thing said. The creatures looked at each other in panic, and sent the thing out the window. "Uh oh." The thing sunk back and closed it's eyes, trying to get away from the sight of the ground getting closer. Kirby awoke, realizing he was falling, and started to puff up in the air to fly. Barely catching his fall he fell down safely. He looked down at the ground, where there was a pool of blood infront of him. He touched his mouth, it stung. He quickly started running, crying, to Dedede's castle.

So uh, a little dark... However, there won't be as much darkness as there will be light! There'll be a lot of good things that happen, but keep in mind that theres still the spooky angst.

Some little traits about Cherish!! I still don't know what I want his age to be, but just know he's young.

Here's some canons for Cherish!

He has a HUGE plushie collection

He's only a few hundred years old, pretty young for a starborn

He HATES carrots, in fact, he's afraid of them

He was adopted by Cassiopeia as her Jester when he was found in her castle playing with balloons he found in the closet

He loves Cassiopeia like a mother

Slightly older than Kirby

Is scared of Dedede, even though Dedede is very fond of Cherish

Besties with Bandana Dee

Close with Kirby but not as much as Bandana Dee

Does NOT like Marx even though they're both Jesters (this is because Marx popped his balloon once)

Wants to be friends with everybody. But is too scared to talk outside of performance

Let me know what your head canons are! Maybe some of them are true!

Ok so long story short, I once wrote this fic a long long time ago about Kirby and friends coming across a mansion that housed the painting Drawcia was sealed away in.

I decided to scrap that idea then.

Now I wanna bring it back, but with a new story:

Palette Knight (my newest OC) is on a little adventure to get themself transformed from a 2D painting on paper (think Paper Mario) to a real 3D person.

Palette heard about Drawcia and figured she would be able to make that possible.

So Palette (and some other OCs) venture to the mansion where Drawcia's painting is hanging in and travel to her dimension to find her.

But little do any of them know how corrupt this witch actually is.

Now I'm not necessarily going to turn this into a fic (since I'm not an expert in writing OCs that aren't mine). I was considering making it into a rp, but I think I'm just gonna make a small series of comics/artwork to go along with it.

I'd like to ask you something.

So the AU is called "Kirbetrayers" (thanks to my father).

Magolor and Marx came up with this club after Marx mysteriously found Magolor's address despite only talking to him at Merry Magoland for a few seconds (a simple hello and how are you). They rented a building and started doing stuff for it. What wacky adventures will they go on next?

Magolor must learn to work retail, along with some new "friends"

Magolor closed his shop in Dream Kingdom because he wasn't making any money, so he goes to find a job

He ends up in a village called Arcturus, where they have taken components from the forgotten land and created a town, containing:
