Rewatching MHA, and I’m sure others have pointed it out before but when the sludge monster is trying to take over Bakugo, I had assumed that the fires going on around them were caused by the villain damaging their surrounding but it’s just hit me that the fire is caused by Katauki’s quirk as he’s trying to fight the villain off.

The fire surrounding them is the result of someone trying their absolute HARDEST to DESPERATELY fight for their life. He was doing EVERYTHING he could to fight and stay alive and it wasn’t enough.
