in which kenma finally meets his online best friend and crush , whom his friend , kuroo , is convinced is a catfish , only to realize they're so much better in person
kenma sat at a table in his favorite cafe, secretly excited to finally meet the person he had been chatting with for so long.
his friend, kuroo, had insisted to come along, the rooster haired boy badly disguised at a nearby table, trying to remain secretive, though his act just made him stand out more.
the blonde boy huffed out a sigh at his friend's obvious spying, slouching down in his seat, pulling his nintendo 3ds further over his face as he attempted to distract himself.
only a few moments later he heard a familiar voice clear their throat, looking up to see the person he had been texting and calling for months standing in front of him.
"hey," he shyly mumbles at the beaming smile in front of him, setting down his gaming console.
"it's nice to finally see you in person!" they replied eagerly, sitting down across from him.
"yeah," he quietly replied, shooting off a quick text to his friend.
