When did you first start drawing? Like, have you "always" been drawing, like, since you were a Child, or was there like a Point where you "officially" started / got into creating Art? Alternatively, when did you start with digital Art?
Part one
I have been drawing pretty much all my life I started off with drawing giraffes over and over at a very young age along with many other animals
As I was getting older I started to trace dragon books and copied my little pony and sonic drawings specifically was fixated on sonic unleashed
Here is some of my first characters ever and sketches as I was 10 years old furry since birth birth it was destiny
For digital art I have I started when I was twelve years old and this is my first piece of digital art I’ve ever made of rainbow dash!

Any tips for shading? I'm pretty bad at it :,3
It is helpful to put a little sun where you want the light to be coming from and an arrow pointing towards the direction! And looking at spheres in different lighting to determine how it reacts. I think if things as basic shapes like cylinders, spheres, and cubes to try to understand how the form is. Reference is always super helpful! Don’t be afraid to use them
I typically start with cell shading on a multiply layer to get the basic shadows down and then blur the edges. I have my colors separated on different layers and I create a selection with the colors and I m cut out the shadow layer and pick specific layer and then change the shadows determined by the color. Then I add a secondary color within the the shading part called reflected light. I like to choose a background color and then incorporate the colors into the reflected or I pick a lighter version of the main shadow
