Why the hell do people hate Gabi so much???? She’s not a bad person. She’s a child, raised to be a soldier, whose friends and loved ones were slaughtered by strangers that she was taught were the definition of evil. Of course she’s mad?? Of course she wants revenge for Zofia and Udo and all the innocent civilians Eren trampled.

What happened in Marley is almost exactly what happened in Shiganshina to Eren and his friends. Eren was just as angry and distraught seeing his hometown get destroyed, and started planning his revenge immediately. I haven’t seen a single post saying he’s a bad person (at least before season 4) or an anti-Eren hate blog.

Yeah, Gabi shot Sasha and I loved Sasha, but I’m not going to start hate pages for a child righteously hellbent on revenge on behalf of her people. What she did is understandable, and all the hate she’s getting is ridiculous.

Rewatching Season 1 and Armin says something like “To rise above monsters we must first abandon our humanity” to Eren and honestly... I think he took it a LITTLE TOO FAR.

Not me in the middle of class wondering if the reason Reiner came out and just told Eren that he was the armored titan because his warrior and soldier sides were clashing and he couldn’t bear watching more scouts be killed. He saw the beast Titan and was like “oh shit if we don’t accomplish our mission, they’re going to come kill everyone and I really don’t want that.”

Guys. Why do we see all the other titans talking but Eren’s Attack Titan doesn’t?

If anyone is feeling bad for the Marleyans... I want you all to remember when Grisha and his little sister snuck out to see the blimp. Yeah. How the guard killed his sister?

Then the scene where the other guard is laughing at the guy being chased by titans.

Now about the fact that they are all content with them sending Eldians to live in concentration camps.

Now how the Marleyans WANTED a war. They declared war. And they’re getting it.

Obviously it’s not black and white and the Marleyans aren’t all bad. Lots of propoganda. But you can’t tell me Eren just straight up destroying the bleachers with the Marleyan military wasn’t satisfying.

Does anyone else just aggressively multi-ship for AOT or is it just me. Cause like, in the show I love all Erwin x Levi, Jean x Mikasa, Jean x Eren, Mikasa x Annie, Mikasa x Armin, Armin x Jean, Sasha x Connie, Reiner x Eren and Levi x Hanji (In that order).

Hi I’m pissed because I saw a manga spoiler in a TikTok video comment section because people don’t like a ship. So rant time

First of all, it’s all fictional. No one is getting hurt in these ships. Because, you know, they’re fictional ships.

What happened to “don’t like don’t read” like come on, it’s so easy to just, I don’t know, IGNORE?! Don’t like, don’t interact.

Second of all, what gives you the right to ruin the experience for others? And for what?

Not only is it rude and an asshole move, but it only strengthens the person’s conviction to keep doing what they’re doing. Trust me.

Third of all, the ship you don’t like is actually legal now. Is it still wrong cause of the parental role of one figure? Maybe. But that’s also NOT your call.

Fourth of all, people are entitled to their own opinions. And if it is not hurting you or anyone else tangible, it’s not your place to get upset.

Finally, I don’t even canonically ship them (yes I’m talking about Ereri). I canonically ship Eruri but read aged up fanfiction about Ereri with a smaller age gap cause I like the character dynamics. Wtf, people.

You’re being petty over a fictional ship and ruining the experience for others. Let people enjoy things.

People can, and have, shipped worse and will not stop because you tell them to. You’re just being mean for no reason.

Do you sometimes go on Ao3 or Wattpad and find an absolutely beautiful Ereri fan fiction? I do. But when I do, there is always one thing that bothers me. WHY!? WHY DO YOU MAKE THEM SUFFER?! Eren and Levi don’t need to turned into asylum patients and depression sufferers! And although Eren already is a suicidal bastard, he doesn’t need to be trying to commit suicide every goddamn day.
