Mickey on the phone: Can you believe it, the boss had a heart attack! They managed to save him, but for some reason he was smiling.. Doctors assume that it is a stroke...
Donald: Oh, it's very sad...
Pete in the background: *dying of laughter*
hi, i love dynamics that r like “we make each other worse” on the surface but when u look deeper it is actually just “we understand each other on a level that no one else does and nudge each other out of our typical comfort zone” which just circles around to “we make each other better”. it’s abt the accidental growth just by being in each other’s lives. idk
Donald, in his outburst of anger, who beat all the criminals: *stands and breathes heavily, all red with anger**
Phantom Blot: Well, I didn't think that the anger of this duck would be scarier than a mouse... We need to leave quickly and... Pete?
Pete, with a big black eye: *lies and looks at Donald with eyes full of love, ignoring all the words of the Fantom Blot*
Pete: Ha... I hope he likes flowers...

Up to this point...
CRASH
The door in the office opens abruptly, almost falling off its hinges and an angry duck stomps inside.
- "Damn Glomgold, stupid Rockerdak, unbearable Magic.. Was it really necessary for you to disturb my quiet day?" thoughts raced furiously through Scrooge's head as he threw his top hat on the hanger. Batista had already gone far away to finish the job and not get caught in the hot hand of his employer.
Scrooge angrily looked around the office, looking for his nephew — the only person who can calm, resist and withstand the anger of his uncle (depending on the mood of both of them).
McDuck's eyes sparkled with rage and the sparks slowly ignited the fire when old duck thought to himself that Donald was skipping work again?! He spun around and froze like a statue. All the heat and fervor died out in Scrooge's eyes, giving way to emotions unexpected for his character: tenderness and love.
Donald was lying on one of Scrooge's money bags, curled up like a kitten on his stomach, his legs dangling gold coins down to the floor, and his arms were crossed and the sailor's head was lying on them, pressing his cheek against his own sleeve.
Scrooge felt the butterflies flutter and he clenched his beak faster and tighter so as not to squeal, but still could not stop himself from shaking his hands in the air.
"You're a stupid nephew, Donald! How dare you be so sweet when I'm so mad at you?!" — Old duck thought to himself, not a bit angry at the whole world anymore.
Scrooge finally pulled himself together and crept as quietly and quickly as possible to his desk. He took out a notebook and a small pencil case from one of the old, almost unused drawers. McDuck quietly pulled over the nearest other money bag and, getting comfortable, began to draw.
The room gradually filled with Donald's quiet snuffling and his uncle's even quieter giggling, which captured another calm but important moment in his life.
Batista opened the door to bring new papers for Scrooge, but when he saw that his employer was already busy with something else, the dog simply put on black glasses and grabbed the nearest broom, walked away while no one saw him, tapping the back side on the floor.
Donald: What if I'm actually a terrible uncle? Or a terrible nephew or a sibling? Or maybe all together? I always try hard, but what if it's not enough? Or I'm trying in vain.. The kids have a great mom, cousins and Della have great lives and they don't need me in them. And Uncle Scrooge probably hates me at all, I'm not a businessman or an adventurer. I'm just a duck with terrible luck who can't stay in one job for more than three months...
Pete: Okay, for the record: no fucking coffee or tea before bedtime.
Minnie: 💅
Donald: 🙁

Halloween is coming soon! What if Pete told scary stories to Mickey and Goofy (and maybe someone else) and everyone would be scared, but Donald was calm as hell. And when would you ask him: "Donald, what the hell? You're usually the first one to jump out of the feathers!" Donald is like, "I was there. It won't work a second time"

Inspiration has come to me sharply, therefore, here is the relationship of the Duck-McDuck family to "feminine" things and etc.
Della Duck
SHE HATES wearing skirts, dresses and makeup.
She admits that all these things are cute and all that, but the maximum that she will allow herself from the "feminine" is only long hair.
She may be interested in something, but she doesn't see herself in it.
As a child, she was often naughty and changed clothes with Donald, which is why she often got a kick in the ass, especially from the ancestors of the McDucks and grandma Duck, but in the end they resigned themselves.
She is offended that she is primarily seen as a girl, and not a pilot and/or an adventurer.
She likes to admire something feminine, but not in terms of "I want it too"
"Wow, this girl is so beautiful..." "Yeah, I wonder where she got this dress?" “what? Oh, well. Uh."
Donald Duck
As always, Donald is the complete opposite for Della and he LOVES "feminine" things.
As a child, he almost never quarreled with Della, and if she said she wanted to change clothes, then he just shrugged and changed. When McDuck's grandparents and grandmother Duck scolded Della for looking "not like a girl," he never understood why they couldn't change clothes. Grandparents McDuck and Grandma Duck stopped after he asked Hortense why they couldn't change clothes.
In the emo phase, he mastered makeup and learned how to work with hair and even had a wig!
When he got older, he realized that he was a femboy (you can also say crossdresser) and, fearing condemnation and ridicule from the family and especially Scrooge, began a double life with the name Dolores NiPato
Growing up, he began to give up his second life more often in favor of his family, arguing for himself like this: "I am already an adult man, I need to stop"
During the ten-year breakup, he wore a long skirt so that the triplet ducklings could reach out and attract his attention, but when they grew up, he stopped, fearing that he would set a bad example
Huey Duck
It's hard for me to say anything about him. Everyone remembers him as a trans girl, but I do not know my exact opinion about this, so I have two of them:
1. He is indifferent to women's things and does not mind wearing pink according to his mood. He can wear skirts and dresses, but mostly when he realizes that he is actually half-naked and in the mood. He wants to grow his hair out to see how it will look with sideburns. He can learn to wear makeup to help his brothers.
2. Transfem, but tomboy with long hair.
Dewey Duck
Like Donald, he loves women's things very much! But unlike him, the duckling is not afraid to show it, because Donald tried all the time to show him that he is normal, different, but normal
Sometimes he receives jokes from Huey and Louie in the style of "Oh, my lady, you are so beautiful today!", but often does not understand that this is a joke and is sincerely embarrassed and rejoices at the compliments, which makes his brothers feel a little awkward
Some days, she dresses up with Webby in the same clothes because it's cool and thinks it seals their union as brother and sister
He always tries to join the bachelorette party or ask Lena to teach him how to make up (for Lena it's exhausting, so she taught Huey how to make up so that he could teach Dewey)
When he was at school and wearing a skirt, he was bullied, but he could often stand up for himself and/or he was protected by Huey and Louie
When Donald was called to school because of Dewey's "inappropriate appearance", he made such a scandal that the principal was very afraid of him and the duckling sometimes compared Uncle Donald with his mother in his thoughts
He likes to show off his images and outfits in front of Della, even if they are stupid. Della loves them all. "YES! YES, BABY! THIS IS MY BOY! SHOW ME THE EMOTIONS!"
Louie Duck
He mostly doesn't care about clothes, he only wears something comfortable and/or expensive
Sometimes he may wear makeup, but he is mostly lazy
He loves different rings and bracelets, but he has almost no sense of style, so he had to be taught how to wear jewelry correctly
Will destroy your life if you say even one bad word about his femboy brother (and trans sister)

DonPete: Both are traumatized because of their relatives and do not know if they are loved or not; don't give a shit about complexes and feel incredibly free with each other; at the same time two chaotic trouble makers and two calm ones; the language of love: words, physical touches, food, music, just spending time with each other; everyone hates their couple But they don 't care
Scrooge: Oh, that damn black cat! I am completely sure that this "vacation" is just an excuse to take advantage of my poor, little, pathetic, stupid, sweet, pure and immaculate nephew!
At this time
Pete and Donald: *They fish, cook and make origami together. They kiss very, very, very much and are so very comfortable and sweet that it is simply impossible, especially with Pete's character.*
Donald: .. And that's how I learned to fluff my tail without hands. Of course, I didn't use this skill much, but hey! It's cute.

Pete woke up unexpectedly and uncomfortably early. But more frustratingly, he woke up from a nightmare.
He was breathing heavily, staring into space, while drops of sweat and rare tears flowed down his face and dripped from the selection. The screams from his dream could still be heard in his ears.
*— Peter!*
*— Everything will be okay!*
*— Go without me!*
*— I know, you can do it!*
*— I love you!*
Pete took a shaky breath, feeling a storm of goosebumps that ran down his back. Both then and now, these words had and will have their own special effect.
He rubbed his hand wearily over his face and looked at the other side of the bed.
— Thanks, God... — he muttered when he saw the one who had said all these words to him. Donald Duck.
Donald was sleeping peacefully, muttering softly in his sleep. It was so rare to see him in such a peaceful state that it was almost impossible.
Pete sighed and got back into bed, pulling his lover closer, nuzzling into the curve of his neck, inhaling the scent of duck. The scent of mango and kiwi filled his lungs as a thought flashed through his mind.
"He never liked pungent smells.." — no matter how expensive the perfume or the person who gave it to him, Donald will still throw away the bottle of cologne if it is too harsh. Instead, he will buy some kind of "feminine" or light perfume with the smell of fruits or berries.
Pete always liked to tease the sea duck about this, although subconsciously he always calmed down by inhaling exactly what Donald chose.

— You know, if you need to talk about your nightmares, then just say it. — Donald calmly applied his makeup without looking up from the mirror.
Today, as luck would have it, I received a letter from the boss with a new task. They would have refused, but the amount for the fulfillment was too tempting to refuse.
Pete shook his head, tightening his tie.
— I'll be fine. — He felt his partner's gaze as Donald looked at him through the mirror. — I just... — sighed nervously, choosing which jewelry with a transformation stone to take — I'll tell you when we get back... Ok?
Donald rolled his eyes as he combed his wig.
— I took you at your word. — he answered rather sternly as he put on and adjusted his wig.
The final touch, without which Donald did not consider his image complete: a couple of puffs of perfume.
After taking a second glance at the mirror to admire himself, he finally headed for the exit.
Pete was already waiting for him at the door, but before they left, he stopped the duck by putting his hand on his shoulder.
Donald raised one eyebrow, but did not have time to say anything, as his partner suddenly buried his nose in his wig, inhaling the scent of perfume. He stared at Pete in surprise as the cat's face slowly turned red.
— Oh.. My~ — Donald giggled and took the cat's hand, lifting his glove a little. — I love you too. — He kissed the back of Pete's hand and returned the glove to its original position.
Without further ado, they laced their fingers and walked confidently to the street, where a car was waiting for them, ready to send them on a mission.
All three adults are to blame for Selena's Spear.
Scrooge understood the risk that Della would find out about the spear and his relationship would deteriorate with Donald, but he did it anyway. Donald knew how tough it was not to know his own family, but he did it anyway. But Della didn't know that about the consequences and just hoped for the best.
I believe that Della had postpartum depression and she thought that after the children she would have no adventures and the pressure from Donald also played a role. Therefore, when she found out about the rocket, she grabbed onto it as the last thread of hope.
Scrooge and Della undermined Donald's trust (although they didn't want to) and Donald most likely scared them both by showing how far he was willing to go in his anger.
God, I want a fanfiction where the three of them spill out what was inside them and in the end ALL three of them say "I'm sorry" to each other
Scrooge: "I'm sorry, Donald, I should have listened to you", "I'm sorry, Della, I should have listened to you"
Donald: "I'm sorry, Della, for pushing you, I should have listened to you", "I'm sorry, Uncle Scrooge, I shouldn't have gone so far as not to let the boys should know about their family,"
Della: "I'm sorry, Uncle Scrooge, Donny. I needed to tell you how I felt and what was on my mind."
Well, since May and June have apparently been alone for quite a long time, life on a boat will be a good time to start their quiet life and time for themselves so that they understand what it's like to be children with loving parents.
And for a couple of months a year, they can live in a mansion for socialization and adaptation in large companies.

I read the comic thanks to one of the users on tumblr (I don't remember which one, I'm sorry)
My English and memory are bad, but I remember that Della flew into space on a spaceship and disappeared on the radar for several years until Gyro picked up her signal so that Huey, Dewey and Louis could talk to her. The boys lied to her that they were her sons so that she wouldn't get upset that she was somewhere far away (because she thinks she's in space for about a few hours or days) and to stay with Donald.
You know I wonder what would happens the comics version of Della had a prosthetic leg and brown pants like her Ducktales 2017 counterpart besides that would be cool
