Aladdin AU Yasuhiro Hagakure is not something I ever thought I would draw, but here we are. This was a request from @princeasimdiya12 and I had a lot of fun doing it!
I definitely need more practice with fabric and anatomy, but overall I’m pretty ok with how this turned out. His hair is so hard to draw ( T-T)
Software used is CamScanner and Medibang Paint Pro, both on mobile.

He closes his eyes with a shiver and tries to take deep breaths, but everything’s too hot and there’s a pounding in his head that’s making it hard to focus.
He’s all alone, and that won’t be changing anytime soon. Whoever built Hope’s Peak was serious in making sure the dorm rooms were one hundred percent soundproof (a fact that, when he and Mondo have time on their hands, he’s really come to appreciate). Now, however, all it means is that no one can hear his suffering. And even if the walls weren’t soundproof, there’s no one there to hear him. His classmates, seeing the unusually nice weather this weekend, had decided to spend the whole day visiting a nearby town. When asked, Taka had turned down their invitation in order to spend the day studying for finals. Now he’s sitting here, sick and alone, while everyone else believes him to be peacefully completing homework.
His stomach flips, and his brief moment of reflection ends as he once again leans over the toilet and heaves. His throat burns.
He wants Mondo.
Ishimondo Week 2024, Day 2: July 15 - Promise / sickness

Sorry, this is a bit late lol. It took a long time to write.
Ngl I don't really like this fic or how I wrote it. idk, it just feels sloppy and messier than i'd like. :( I hope some of you like it, though!
Unfortunately, I'm not gonna be able to write 7 really long fics for every day, I'm too pressed for time rn. However, I will be 1. writing at least one more long fic for one of the days (two if I'm lucky) and 2. trying to post smaller drabbles for the remaining days.

As Mondo leans against the old stone wall of the Ishimaru family’s balcony, he wonders why the fuck he ever let Taka drag him into this.
A family dinner was a stupid idea; Mondo had said so himself when his boyfriend first brought up the idea. Sure, they had already had ‘family dinners’ before, but those were entirely different. Those had been a relaxing night at the Oowada brother’s apartment, with takeout and video games. Those were casual meetups, laughter and smiles almost eternally present. Most importantly, those were with Daiya and not Taka’s cop dad who had made it his personal mission to take down the Crazy Diamonds.

Hey everyone!
So, Ishimondo week is nearly upon us, and I've been working hard on planning my fics + finishing the first one (which took WAY longer than I expected, and also might have ended up being 9k? Oops). However, I have a question for all of you lovely people.
Accents in writing. I know that they get pretty widely mixed reviews - from what I can tell most people either love them or hate them. Now, I myself usually don't mind them. A lot of times, it helps me to better picture the characters and their way of speaking. However, I was talking to a few of my friends about it, and they all HATE it when a fic author writes in the accents. See, this is a little problem for me because while writing Mondo's dialog, I usually write out his accent. Despite this, I don't want to keep that in my fics if the majority of people hate it. Therefore, I thought I'd put up a poll to see people's opinions on this matter.
By the way, don't worry about whether or not it will take a lot of time and effort to change the dialogue, because it really won't be that difficult! It'll probably only take me around 5-10 minutes to do so if that's the poll's decision.
(P.S., here's an excerpt from my fic which shows an example of writing out an accent - or at least, how I do it: "I’d been meanin’ ta drop that shit for a while when he offered to help me with it last year, an’ the rest is history.")

I don't think I've ever mentioned it, but I'm a pretty big fan of Danganronpa (specifically THH). I love ishimondo more than life itself (its right up there with jaya from ninjago for me), and when I first saw that @ishimondoevents was holding Ishimondo Week 2024 I knew I had to participate!
I'll do my best to keep you all updated! I hope that when the week comes around you'll enjoy what I have to offer.

ishimondo fandom, here is an extremely self indulgent AU idea that I know in my heart will never get written, so I’m relegating it to a tumblr post
Starts at the end of trial 2, right before mondo is dragged away
takas entire world is crashing down, but the only thing he can think is that mondo can’t die like this, in one of monokumas cruel traps, scared and alone
so without thinking, taka cries out.- let me do it
now monokuma hears this, and he’s intrigued. It would certainly be the better option for mondo, but he’s dead anyway. And taka… it would cause him so much despair! Watching his boytoy die in his arms? Talk about drama! And actually killing him? Monokuma was already excited
fine, Monokuma says with barely contained glee, and hands taka a knife. taka gulps as he sees his reflection in the blade
mondo is shaking
you don’t have to do this bro, he manages to choke out
it’s ok taka says, suddenly very, very calm
they hug, and for a minute, it’s just them
“im sorry” mondo whispers
“It’s ok” says taka, face buried in his shoulder, still clutching the knife. “I love you”
Mondo starts to cry, smudging his eyeliner “i love you too”
taka kisses mondo, thinks, I’m so so sorry, then plunges the knife into mondos heart
mondo feels takas lips on his for the last time, then nothing at all
resurrecting mondo so he can give me eyeliner tips
saw this guy and was like omg I love him is anyone gonna change his view on himself and his life and make him try to be better and be his last thought before he dies and I was about to volunteer but this guy got there first😐😐😐😐

CONCEPTTT:
during his school years at hopes peak, mondo starts noticing his eyesight getting worse. He puts it off as long as possible but eventually has to see the optometrist. Turns out he needs contacts, but in the time it takes to order them, mondo needs glasses. He growls at anyone who asks abt them, and is actually super nervous about how he looks to taka, so ends up kind of avoiding him. Eventually taka finds mondo and mondos rlly nervous and taka looks at him and fucking blows a fuse. I’m talking stuttering, face beet red, the works, my guy is down BADD
and then they kiss or whatever scgshsja
now, I don’t like Toko as a person at all. And really, neither does the rest of the danganronpa cast. Her victim complex/annoying crush on byakuya/aggravating attitude generally isolate her from the rest of the group and make them look at her with a resigned annoyance/well meaning pity. But she is still the ultimate writer. And that’s not nothing.
now imagine what we could’ve had if the dr writers had leaned into her actual talent
Tokos room filled with manuscripts and crumpled papers all over the floor. Toko spending hours everyday typing furiously. Her struggle against genocide Jill bleeding out into her writing. Toko crying because she has written some of her best work in years here. Her work no longer being romantic and light, instead something much darker, more painful. Toko finding a strange joy, almost a solace in pouring her thoughts onto a page. Her discovering a new side of herself, that despite everything, she can almost feel proud of.
who wakes up earlier? is it taka with his “make the most of the day, lead the students, don’t waste time on little things like sleeping” mindset or mondo with his long ass pretty princess hair and makeup routine?

the only reason I kinda fuck with byakuya is that I sometimes like to imagine he’s very very sad inside
ok, so I love the ship dynamic where one character when sick is such a little baby and needs to be pampered and the other is so stubborn and completely disregards their own health and tries to go about their day as usual despite being severely ill
but the thing about ishimondo is that they are both the latter
When mondo gets sick he steadfastly ignores it because he is STRONG and will not let ANYONE see him being weak even if it means he goes to breakfast with no pompadour, dark circles under his eyes, shaking and coughing, growling that he’s FINE to anyone who asks. The only one who can get him to go to bed is taka, through a combination of relentless mother henning and unethical seduction.
meanwhile taka believes that when one is sick they should rest and recover to be at their best! This does NOT apply to him tho. Taka is also an eyebags coughing shivering mess but it is his DUTY to LEAD his fellow classmates and this man can NOT take breaks. The only one who can get him to fucking sleep is mondo, using the same tactics mentioned above
and if they both get sick?? Hooo boy
