I have these millisecond moments of feeling dazed or like my mind went blank during my meditation.
I was thinking about my wr at the moment, and I redirected so that I can focus on affirming and felt my body jolt as I did that.
I thought that I was entering the hypnagogic state for like a week until I questioned it right now.

Let's see, that feeling when your mind is dazed and blank? It's a sign your actually in SATS, not the void yet, the void will feel like something will indulge you in darkness and snap away from the reality.
ACTUALLY U WERE IN SATS, which is one of the most easiest state to enter the void from, and that "jolt"? It's actually your body just wavering from the fact if you're asleep or not, you were SO close to the void no seriously, because for a fact I know you were in SATS.
The difference between the hypnagogic state and SATS, is by one thing, hypnagogic happens AFTER SATS (maybe I'm wrong but that's what happens to me all the time)
SATS first comes up, the feeling where everything is at peace and how your mind randomly and easily flows through, a comfortable feeling of bliss before bed, just like how it's a winter night and you know you're in for SUCH a sleep, yk?
Hypnagogic happens after it, where you still train your body you're already asleep but you're actually awake, it happens after not moving and indulging your belief that you're sleeping, this state will conjure imagery in front of you, although abstract ones, playing in front of your eyes, sometimes feeling tingly all over and you feel like you're sore sometimes, this state is also powerful as fuck.
Then comes the sleep paralysis FOR SOME PEOPLE, remember, I said some people, because some minds immediately skip past the hypnagogic and go straight for the void.
Either way, all those states I've mentioned? One affirming that you're in the void from there and you will be YEEETED to there in a millisecond, CONGRATULATIONS ML YOU WERE CLOSE AF

So, when feeling symptoms, you have plenty of ways of inducing the void:
Simply affirming = "I'm the void" "I am in the void" "I am pure consciousness" "I allow myself to enter the void" or just simply say this "I am", you can use any affirmation.
Just visualize the blackness behind your eyelids = not wanting to affirm? Easy, just stare into the blackness of your eyelids and pretend it's actually the void. (Pretending means being at peace that you actually achieved it)
Not wanting that too? = Easy, just let yourself go and imagine whatever you want, silly little scenarios, daydreams, whatever to keep your body asleep and mind awake, you'll find yourself naturally slipping in no time.
Are you the type to Lucid dream a lot? = Use it to your advantage! After grounding yourself in the dream (touching the ground), simple affirm you're going to enter the void and bam you're in it.
Are you the type to get sleep paralysis? = Easy! When entering, push fear aside and tell yourself you're in the void, bam.
Don't wanna do all that and just wanna wake up in it? = ALSO YES, simply affirm before sleeping that you always wake up in the void aware.

Hello, how are you? I'm manifesting to my SP. He's my classmate and I haven't shown any interest. In fact, we don't chat or even hang out in class because he always stops by with a girl. Let's say for example:
Lily has a test tomorrow, and she needs to study for it, she took 12 hours on studying, but she worried herself in between saying she fears the exam will be hard and that the hours she had studied won't be enough.
Now we have Monica, she also has a test tomorrow, same subject, but she only took 4 hours of studying on it, and never once thought the exam will be hard or that she hasn't studied enough, she simply was proud to say she studied so little and yet she knows she's going to ace it.
Lily got 89, Monica got 99
You see the difference? It does not MATTER how much you do something or how much time you consumed it, it lies in the belief, in the fact you let go of it, the 3d is showing you things you don't like? act like it's nothing and it's not wavering your doubt, if someone told you their name is xyz, do you overthink if it they are telling the truth? Hell na, you simply click it in your mind and let it stay there.
Same thing with your s/o, no need to look for results, YOU ALREADY HAVE IT, stick to that mindset, it's not "kidding" yourself, it's simply reminding yourself who you are, and one tip, when affirming, don't think it's a chore, think as if it's just a reminder you're telling yourself.

Now first of all, the void feels nothing and everything all at once.
You don't hear anything, don't see anything, don't smell, don't look, don't feel, nothing, nothing at all, it's like you're a big gloop in space.
Here are the MAIN signs people get:
Floating feeling (no body attached)
Hearing nothing
Seeing blackness (WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER)
smell nothing
A huge sense of peace
No pain or discomfort
Just you, it's just you.
Now notice how at number three I said when you first enter, why? Because the void normally is a state of pitch blackness and you see nothing, BUT, you can MODIFY it as you like ONCE YOU ENTER.
For example, when I first entered, yes, it was pitch black, then for the fun of it I affirmed it that my void is filled with stars and whatnot yk? That's how it is for different people, I've heard some even made their void a pink space, some made it green, but either way, it's your choice to "modify" it once you enter.

HI GIRLY.
Okay, so first of all, I have VERY limited knowledge to astral projection, I am so so sorry but I don't want to say anything that might be wrong about it, I've never been close to astral projection and I honestly know nothing about it, SO SORRY.
But I have tons about sleep paralysis! So let's see, sleep paralysis is a state where your body is completely asleep, mind awake, making you vulnerable into seeing everything around you while not a body part of ours is aware of it.
Of course some get it naturally, some never gotten it but still can induce it, I'd say it's actually a really good state to enter the void to, there's a post about it on @ruloaapaul that I ADORE sm, but here is how it's done.
If you naturally get it, THAT'S COOL, next time you wake up in it, stabilize yourself to push fears aside, because sometimes it can project fears from how your mind perceives itself, once you are in it, stabilized yourself, you LITERALLY only need to affirm for the void ONCE and bam you're in it.
Sleep paralysis is such a great way honestly, but inducing it when it's not natural to you might sound hard but it really isn't, all you need is to have patience, and not to ever move when laying down until your body falls asleep completely, it's a state when you cannot move.

1. If you naturally get in the sleep paralysis state then go to the next step, meanwhile, in order to induce it, lay still and do not move, tell yourself that your intention is to enter the void through the paralysis, and actually understand it's a calm and safe space.
2. Some say it takes hours, some say it's minutes, it all goes down on BEING STILL.
3. Now your body will lock in place and only you can see and look around being in bed, now it's the chance to affirm once and twice for the void, you should be there by then.

I used to have this I swear, and it was the only thing stopping me from entering fr, I get you, it feels suffocating and suddenly for some reason like you fucking ran SIX marathons with the shallow quick breathing and the crazy heartbeats.
DON'T WORRY I FOUND A TRICK.
First of all, it's totally fine, it's just a reaction your body gives you to a "new" environment that you're entering, it's like you're body is saying:
"WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE DYING, WHY ARE WE ENTERING WHILE WE ARE AWAKE? I THOUGHT WE DO THAT IN SLEEP-"
again, totally normal, all you gotta know is how to make your body understand it's natural, and here's my trick.
Whenever I am about to enter and get hit with the lack of oxygen, I calm myself down by forgetting about anything, stop focusing on the void, and stop ignoring it, the more you ignore it? The more it comes, acknowledge it but DON'T be affected by it, then, start to actually tell yourself everything is safe, everything is supposed to go this way, basically actually damn down your nerves and be gentle, talk with yourself how it's alright and whatnot.
I like to do that and also add in some quick breath stabilizing I've learnt from somewhere, imagining a coin that rises with exhales and drops with inhales until my breathing goes back to normal, it usually just takes around 3 to 4 minutes to get it back on track.

Yes it's you, it's not a place, not a time, not anything, many people got misconceptions about it long before and glad to say we managed to clear up one thing.
You are the void, it's a state of mind where everything is possible.
a state where there is no limits, no discomfort, no pain, no negative emotions, nothing.
It's everything and nothing at once, a peace aligned where your mind is, your consciousness becomes one with you, taking hold of it.
And of course the void is limitless as I said, so WHATEVER you ask for it, it shall be given, it's a state of mind where nothing exists, one dollar bill here can equal to a million, there won't be a limited as how big something will be once you affirm for it, it's a tool for simple manifestation.
It is different for many people, the void usually is a black pitch darkness, a comfort space where you don't feel yourself, you don't feel grounded to your body, but here is the fun fact, the void state can change in appearance from person to person, the black pitch around you? It can change, some people say they see stars, some say they can change the color, there is NO LIMIT.
for me it's a black place with small stars because I affirmed for it the last time.

so, reprogramming the subconscious mind is actually a subject I've tapped into with the mental diet I have.
Now listen, I'm not an expert but believe me I use this method for anything, especially studying, but of course you can do it to reprogram the subconscious as I have done too.
STEP ONE:
identity what you are thinking, you're aiming to make your subconscious realize you're the creator, not aiming to make our subconscious mind know we are the creator.
Sounds like a brain teaser โ๐ป no really, acknowledge that yes, the idea of being in control of your reality is actually something in you, you just need to step in and break the mindset of your old self yk?
STEP TWO:
Once identified the idea, STICK. WITH. IT.
God this is so important, and by "idea" I meant assumption, like listen, COMPLETELY know it's a thought that was supposed to be there ever since you were born.
Just like for example, your name is xyz, right? It has stuck to you for ages that it is your name, and that's it, yk? It has been an already naturally formed idea in mind, whenever someone asks your name, you reply them naturally without thinking.
So stick through it until it feels natural.
STEP THREE:
do not dwell on the past nor the time, both does not exist if you chose not to believe in it, make it a habit for a couple of days, some say it takes 7 days, some say it takes 21, it all depends on how quick you absorb the fact that yes, everything is in your hands.

Listen I understand how it may feel to some people, believe me I've been there to doubt everyone around me because of how "large" their result may seem.
Law of assumptions does not "wait" on you, it waits on your perspectives to change that everything is in your will, yes, I agree, there could be liars and I've been in this community for SOOOOOOO LONG to see the actual lies and these things.
But one thing, lies or not, it cannot change you.
What good will it be to you if someone lied? Nothing, lies and false perspectives can't EVER change YOUR perspective, and if it did, then it's totally fine ml, you can gently stand back up on your feet.

How does it feel or how do you know you are in SATS?
Good question ngl.
SO, SATs had always made me curious my entire life on how it should feel or whatever, and believe me some people might find it hard to believe that the weird drowsy feeling right before you sleep is actually SATs.
BUT AGAIN, IT COULD BE DIFFERENT TO PEOPLE, THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE!
I've gone through it a lot, and to me, it's a state where I go and become in peace with myself, my body becomes drowsy, I start to ignore thoughts in my head and I feel clear, yk? The void is different from the SATs, in the SATs I still felt my body, but I ignored the existence of my body, it's a state where things sound lower and your mind almost goes tame.
SO SORRY ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN, but it's a state where you KNOW you're there, no urges, a clear mind, feeling peace, knowing you get what you want, it is exactly before you fall asleep, or so that's how I found for myself.
