I'll look into Livonian Order/Terra Mariana, and I have a design for The Grand Duchy of Lithuania !! Two, actually, because the GDoL is split into two - From the beginning to,, around 1522, then the rest is GDoL number TWO, her daughter.

It's that way with Kingdom of Poland too ! As shown in the Polish-Lithuanian family tree
