100 Days of Productivity

Had a late start day and pretty low energy. I tried my best to push myself to do the things I’ve been doing the last few days. Trying not to be hard on myself about it and being happy about consistency.
What I did today:
-only got 5,700 steps :/
-went to the gym
-spent 30 mins drawing
-got some gas
-went to a second hand bookstore

I’m surprised the amount I did consider I’ve been at work all day. Pretty tired out but pushed on through, so I’m pretty proud of that. I think all the paczki I ate today kept me going.
What I did today
-walked 10k steps (30 mins on the treadmill)
-listened to 30 mins of my audiobook “The hundreds year war on Palestine”
-spent 20 mins drawing
-went to the gym
-did some cooking
-also did some physical therapy exercises
Might read a little before bed 🤔

Pretty chill uneventful day, today but I’m pretty happy with it. I didn’t accomplish as much as I planned because I keep falling back asleep after waking up early…
What I did today
-listed to 1 hour of my audiobook “the hundreds year war on Palestine”
-walked 10k steps (50 mins on the treadmill)
-did some stuff with finances
- journaled
-did some physical therapy exercises
-spent an hour drawing in my sketchbook
-cleaned dishes
-read 1 ch of “Dopamine nation”

Woke up pretty late in the day so I didn’t get to do as much as I wanted but still happy with what I did.
I think my body isn’t used to so much activity had slept through my Alarmy app.
What I did today
-went to the gym
-got 10k steps in (50 mins on the treadmill)
-spent 30 mins drawing in my sketchbook
-read 2 chapters of “Dopamine nation”
-listened to 30 mins of my audiobook “The hundreds year war on Palestine”

Decided to start this up this challenge to keep myself accountable since I feel like I’ve been pretty stagnant. Today has been really good but we’ll see how consistent I’ll be with this.
What I’ve done today
-Walked 10k steps (most of this was on the treadmill 🥲)
- Went to the gym
- Did some laundry
- 30 mins of Drawing
-Finished an audiobook-“Opus” by Gareth Gore
-Read 2 chapters of “Dopamine Nation”
-Got my car washed ✨✨✨ he’s so pretty and shiny now
-Journaled for 30 mins (this was really nice)
-Did some physical therapy exercises
